Are you ready for Kmart to leave you scratching your head? Here’s the saga:
Few weeks ago, Kmart says no more doubles for the rest of the year, or indefinitely.
Last week, Kmart says they’ll be doubling beginning today
A few days ago, Kmart reports they will now only double P&G coupons
Today, the weekly ad shows no evidedence of double coupons.
I call Kmart, AGAIN and ask “is my local store is doubling coupons?”
KMart says, “What?”
I say “doubling coupons.”
Again, Kmart says, “I’m sorry ‘mam, what?”
I say, “doubling coupons, coupon doubling, doubling coupons, twice the value. . . ”
Kmart says, “may I place you on hold while I look into that?”
I say “yes”
Kmart comes back and says, “I’m sorry ‘mam I’m not seeing that in your local ad, it may vary by region, why don’t you give me your zip code and i can look up your store and get their phone number.”
I say, “no thanks.” I can find a store ad and phone number myself!
My local store isn’t even open yet. Oh Kmart! Who is running the ship over there? Is it this guy?
There are reports of the P&G insert and the Smart Source insert mentioning Kmart doubles of P&G items. Hot Coupon World is reporting that ALL coupons are doubling! I did my best to get an official source, but that’s not going to happen. It looks like it’s a green light for doubling though! Stay tuned for match-ups!

i just called the nampa idaho store and they told me they were no longer participating in doubling coupons

My Kmart in WV doubled all of mine. I saved over 90%. $13 for $150 worth of items.
I went to two Kmarts today and they are both totally doubling ALL coupons $2.00 and under! Yay!

I spoke to a rep at Kmart today. She gave me a little insight into there policy of doubling coupons. She said they they now only doubled coupons on the Kmart Super Centers, which are for the most part located on the east coast. I asked her why at point they allowed doubling everywhere and she said they were made to even though the systems were not set up for it. That was the best answer I could get. But I think we should all write corp Kmart. The systems should be set up the same in all stores and we should have the chance to save money here on the west coast as well.
I live on the west coast, California to be exact, and just called my local KMart. I asked the associate who answered the phone if they were doubling coupons and she said they were. When I asked if they were only doubling certain coupons, she said the only specification was that they had to be manufacturers coupons not to exceed a face value of $2. Looks like I’m headed to KMart!
I called the kmart 5 minutes from my house they are not participating, however kmart 40 minutes from my house is so I will be going there and this happened to me on the last double coupon sale what almost 2 months ago, and I wonder why this is 2nd time and still my store wont do it, when i called the guy said they dont know till the morning of whos store is doing it or not, its all up to corp and usually only mangers see emails being sent so if they dont answer the phone they wont know the answer
I might be wrong but it seems to me if you have to drive 40 minutes just to be able to use your coupons, you’re also using quite a bit of gas, therefore most of the value of your coupons is gone to gas when you figure up your round trip fuel cost.
Neither my P&G insert or my Kmart ad mentions the doubling event so I called my local store and asked. The guy read me the rules of this week’s doubling event and never said anything about only doubling P&G coupons.

Kansas City North stores are doubling all coupons up to $2. Yea Kmart!! I heart doubles
The Sunday Coupon preview list said “Swiffer Dust & Shine – BOGO no max value (will make 2 for free at KMart next week!)” So does that mean I can give them the BOGO coupon and get them both for free? I am fairly new to this and some of it is pretty confusing!!!

Only items valued 2.00 and under will you get two free. So it it is 2.50 you still have to pay 2.50 to get both items. It item is 2.00 = both free!
