Thank you so much for posting the Nevada/So. Cal Albies list! I am in Las Vegas, and have been reading your blog for awhile now so I am excited to see our area posted here! Although for once our ad actually pretty much matches the Idaho Albies ad ;-)

YEEEEEEES! Finally someone cares about us poor desert rats in So. Nevada. I love your blog, read it almost every day. Thank you so much. What can we do about getting some doublers more often? I have a sad face when I see the doublers come out for everyone else.

Hi Joanie! Love your site! A Chicagoan posted this scenario, and I tried it last night, and it worked!!: http://www.mashupmom.com/?p=12237

The gist: 16 single rolls of Scotts paper towels. The computer must calculate it at 1.99 per roll, so comes out to be over $30 before preferred card is scanned, and coupon use (use four $1/4 from Smartsource or Coupons.com). My total was $18 (mostly TAX), and I got $15 back in catalinas! AWESOME! Best to you!

I used to love coming to your site, but now that it has a lot of other areas’ deals…I have to weed through it all. I wish you’d just start another site or TAB that is pertinent to a specific area. My two cents.

Thanks so much for the So Cal information. I enjoy your blog but most of the store match up information is not useful to me. I enjoy shopping at Albertsons and would love seeing the price match ups on your site.

I live in TX and in our ad it doesn’t say anything about spend $30 get $15 back. Although I do have something saying spend $30 on procter/gamble items and get $10 back. Is this anything close to being the same promotion??? How do I know which items are procter/gamble? How do I know which are the participating items. Thanks in advance!

Usually any of the “buy $X.XX of qualifying items get XYZ” provides a list of which items are qualifying. With ours (the $15 wyb $30) most of the back page is dedicated to what items qualify.

I vote YES. Please. Please twice. And thank you!

I’m smack-dab between Frisco and LA on the coast, so I’m not quite SoCal and not quite CenCal. Most of the items on the site are the same as the specials here, just one or two things are a bit off – but it’s certainly a solid “starting point”. Nothing regarding double coupons or doubler coupons this week though. :( That would have been too awesome.

I just did 4 rounds of the $15 wyb $30 Catalina deals. Used 4 different Alb’s cards, though, because the ad stated “one per customer” and I wasn’t sure if it’d prevent a second from printing on the same member card. Not worth the risk to me this week! :)

Got two “free gallon of milk” Cats, too!

One snag I hit: the Pillsbury crescents that are listed as qualifying items are the *big* crescents in a 10+ oz. can. I grabbed the smaller, 8 oz can and they rang up $1 more and threw off my $30 Cat requirement. :p

      Thanks again!!!

        ADDN:

Also printed, $1/2 Campbell’s Select Harvest 100% Natural Soups.

This printed as soon as I scanned the 2nd Progresso soup in each transaction.

I agree that the site is getting to crowded without of the area promos. Have to weed through to find the stuff pertaining to Boise.

For those who don’t want to weed, maybe you can put a tab that will take you straight to the stores you care about.

It doesn’t bother me though. I love this site SO much!

Honey Nut Cheerios are not part of the promo for my Albertsons, only the original ones.

I just got back from a trip to Albies in No. Las Vegas. I went to get in on the GM Promo, then back through line again to pick up ground beef and a few other things on the 8 hr sale.
So I get to the register, had everything planned out perfectly. My total before coupons was just under $31. Unfortunately my Albies I shop regularly have changed their registers or Cat. machines so that the promo ONLY prints if you reach $30 AFTER coupons. So I chalked it up to a lesson learned and went to shop some more without my $15 Cat.
Well, let me tell you that ALBERTSONS IS THE BEST!!! I finally decided that I would ask CS if I could return and rebuy with more items to hit the $30 w/coupons to get the cat. They said yes, but then realized that with all my coupons they could not re-scan them. So they were SOOOO NICE and just gave me a $15 gift card! Then we chatted about the new “rules” and I told them I would be happy to buy more items but they said do not worry about it it was a customer satisfaction gift card :-)
I will remember from now on that my Albertsons is adhering to the total BEFORE coupons. I know that there are other Albies in Las Vegas who don”t but I won’t go out of my way…I still love my neighborhood Albertsons.
So anyway…it was very busy this afternoon and I saw at least 4 other ladies with their printed lists (from Grocery Smarts..) and their coupons lol!
Thanks again to KCL for including So. Nevada on your blog!
