love it!!! I am all done with Christmas this year, but maybe I can get started on NEXT year!!! Love love love this deal!! Thanks for all you “configure” for us to use and enjoy!! Blessed Holidays to you all!!!!

  • Krissi

You say ‘details here’ about the Old Navy gift card, but there’s no link. I was just trying it online since you can use the cheer code online too, but I’m not finding a place to get my Old Navy gift card for 20% off. Thanks for all you do!

  • Krissi

Duh! If I’d just scroll down first, I would have figured that out. Sorry about that!

  • sara

Just to note: The 25% off sale is not at GAP outlets. I just called and asked. (in the Seattle area)

  • Kara

I tried this tonight? the 20% off deal circulating for the gift cards, at least the on I saw, is only valid for employees and their friends. when they coupon says enter employee id *99999 that means they have to enter a valid id (like their own) and use THEIR discount… the manager told me the coupon wasn’t supposed to circulate.

i thought this deal looked awesome too though, if you had different info on how to get the Old Navy giftcards for 20% off I’d love to see it!

    • Joanie

Kara, like I mentioned earlier, I called one store to confirm the gift card deal and they said that gift cards are indeed 20% off and part of the “stuff and save” event for customers. Sounds like you should call your store first, but some stores are definitely doing gift cards at 20% off.

  • shannon

richmond va area: to get the 20%off gift cards must be the friends and family…so DEFINITELY call ahead if that is the only reason you are heading out

  • Tia Ellison

You could get 50% off at Old Navy as well if you first bought your gift card for 20% off and then used it along with the 30% off one item coupon that was in the Sunday Papers.

  • Ashley Harper

Well I got the gift card, but they wouldn’t combine the 20% with the already 25% off in the stores. I went to both Gap and Baby gap and neither took the coupon. Stinks, but I am happy for the gift card.

    • Joanie

Bummer! Gap often does an extra 25% off sale items and sometimes the discount is automatic, sometimes the cashier has to type in the discount code.
This sale is automatic, so if you can get your cashier to try scanning the “cheer” coupon, it WILL work. But if they are unwilling to scan it, then I guess you’re out of luck. Sorry Ashley!

Everyone else, I know more than a few people who have done this seamlessly today, so there is still hope! Might be a good idea to call your store first!

  • shanda

Or if you can’t get the 20% off the gift card use the 30% off coupon to get the gift card. Won’t that work the same way?

    • Joanie

I don’t know for sure, but would think that 30% off coupon excludes gift cards.

I just did this whole offer in Nashville and it worked like a charm. I got a 80.00 gift card at Old Navy. Then went to Gap and I got 6 sweaters and a scarf. Spent $76.00 and got the extra 4 back as cash. This means I only spent $60.00 out of pocket for everything! Thank you!! I just sent my husband back to Old Navy to get me another gift card so I can go again tomorrow :)

  • shanda

Where did you get the info. that ON was having 20% off there GC?

    • carrie martin

I bought something at Old Navy on Thursday and they stuck a postcard in my bag that told about the giftcard sale.

  • Abbie

I went to the old navy in Orem Utah and the girl told me that you had to have a 20% off coupon to get the card. Any body else have the same problem so needless to say i didnt get a gift card. What to do??

  • Melissa

I just wanted to say “Thank You!!!” for sharing such great deals with us everyday! – I went and got the gift card at Old Navy and headed out with all my coupons and it worked!! I was able to get $130 of clothes for my daughter for $60!!

  • Sara

Thank so very much for sharing this deal with us. I was able to get real cute christmas pj for my kids and sweaters for my mother-in-law.

  • shannon

ok, here’s the deal in Richmond VA: Go to Baby Gap at Stoney Pointe Fashion Park. They have the 20% off Gap gift cards there. (manager there was SUPER cool). The coupons for the 20% off Gift card is at the register. Buy your gift card and then use it to pay for your stuff (in a separate transaction). Worked out really well for me. Then we went down to Gap Kids and got some more stuff with the coupons and gift cards!! Great great shopping, I must say!!! :) They also were giving out the 20% off Old Navy gift cards coupons there fyi! :) Happy Holidays to everyone!!

The associates at my Gap refused to take the 20% off Cheer coupon on 2 different occasions this weekend. They were all like “Well, you are already getting 25% off, so we can’t take the coupon”. I told them since the 25% is an automatic discount they should have no problem taking the coupon, but they held their ground, and were quite rude about it. I called CS and they told me that the discounts couldn’t be combined either, even if the registers did in fact allow the cheer coupon to be added to the extra 25% off sale (which people on here said they did). I told them Gymboree and Children’s Place NEVER give me a hassle with combining coupons with sales and that I will remember that the next time I need to buy kids clothes. Though when I read about the ON gift card 20% off deal, I went to ON the following day to buy a gift card and used it at baby Gap to buy the stuff I had wanted the day before (it was all sale stuff on pretty deep discount already, so I definitely got some good deals). So my love-hate relationship with the Gap continues (adorable, well-made clothes but annoying coupon/return policies and terrible customer service). Congrats to all the people who were able to use their Cheer coupons……consider yourselves lucky!!!

  • Christina

Hi.. I went to Old Navy today and was sorry to find they wouldn’t give me the 20% off of a gift card purchase without a friends and family pass. Does anyone have any idea if that can be found and printed online? Thanks!

  • JoAnna D.

I was able to use my 20% off CHEER printable coupon with the 25% off store promo no problem, in fact they even let me use the CHEER printable on some jeans for my hubby and I got a $20.00 “Customer apperciation” Gift Card. I had a little trouble using the Customer appreciation card with my CHEER coupon but I used it on a pair of the $19.50 jeans for my son and got them completly free {no tax} and I was able to get another “Customer Apperciation” card for $10.00. This is a crazy good deal! Thanks Joanie

  • JoAnna D.

FYI The Gap gift cards are also 20% off, if you are shopping in Boise they have a stack of the postcard coupons by the registers.

  • Sarah

Right now in stores they are marking down and extra 40% off already marked down items. With at least the 20% off cheer coupon you can get at least 60% off some great clothes! I’m going back tomorrow!
