I’m just learning how to use coupons and I noticed that Rite Aid has Glade Plugin Scented Oil Warmers for B1GF – I have two Glade B1GF coupons — how do I match these up to maximize my savings?

    • michelle says:

      Where are these coupons?

    • Nikki says:

      Per their policy
if there is a bogo sale and you have a bogo coupon, you get two items for free. One free from sale, one free from coupon. There is no need to pay for a 3rd to get both free. Some cashiers might think this is the case.
Take the policy with you just in case.

  2. Katie says:

Don’t forget about the Chex Mix and Dawn. Chex mix is on sale for $.99. With the $1 off 2 video values and $1 off 2 manufacturers, it’s free! Also, Dawn is $.88. There are several coupons for dawn floating around from all the P&G inserts. There are some $1.00/1 and $1.00/2 Dawn with oil of olay out there. This dawn is included in the sale.

  3. Janet says:

The Colgate coupon in my SS 1/31 is for .50/1, not $1/1

The link for the nestle candy/card kits is broken. Anyone know where to find this?

  6. Daiquiri says:

I’m wondering if anyone out there who’s having difficulty with the RA $5 off $25 coupons? Whenever I try to use them first (before my other coupons), they’ve been real sticklers about insisting that I have to use other coupons first, and THEN the RA 5 off 25. One manager even looked me dead in the eye and said “Lady, the blogs are WRONG” (and I hadn’t said anything about blogs)!!

    Okay….

    • Nikki says:

take in the coupon policy, it says in there that you can use manufacturer coupons in conjunction with the total purchase coupons. Once I had a cashier that was a little flaky. She didn’t scan the $5/$25 coupon first, it was more towards the middle. By then the total was certainly below the $25, and it still scanned.
Unfortunately, the policy implies that the total purchase coupon is scanned first, rather than explicitly. It states to meet the threshold then scan all coupons, rather than threshold be met after scanning all other coupons.
I’ve never had a problem with acceptance of that coupon. If the policy doesn’t help sort things out, I would call corporate right there. If you don’t have a cell phone, I would not purchase anything, take names of everyone, dates, times, location, then call corporate when you get home.
I would also suggest going to a different Rite Aid if that is an option based on your location. Sorry for your troubles, and if you need the policy, I can email it to you, just post your email or you can get one directly on slickdeals.net
clicking the link will/should ask you to download it directly.

go down to comment #161 (the comment numbers are on the right.)
It says “Bring in a copy of the rite aid coupon policy,

      found here ”
I tried to link directly to the link and it’s not working.

    • Sue says:

I would recommend that you email corporate through the Rite Aid website. Use the Contact us link. Also, you can bring in a Rite Aid coupon policy. The $5 off of $20 (or $25) or the $3 off of $15 come off first after that total has been met. Then the coupons come off. Here is a link to the Slickdeals website with the thread that contains the RA coupon policy. The policy is attached at the bottom of the first post. IAmFrugal went to a lot of trouble to get this coupon policy for us.

I hope it’s okay to post this so that people can print up a copy of the policy to bring into Rite Aid with them.

    • Melody says:

Oh dear! You can take in this copy of Rite Aid’s coupon policy and tell her the company must be “wrong” then. Goodness!
