Target in Nampa refuses to price match to Big Lots.

    • Joanie

I have heard of some Target stores refusing and saying they don’t price match ‘discount stores’. What have the rest of you found? Any other successes or failures at price matching a Big Lots ad at Target?

The prices in this week’s Big Lots ad are REALLY nice. No 2 for $3, etc. The v8 fusion is just a straight $1.50, no limits or anything. Hopefully it’ll be an easy price match.

I price matched the “All Detergent” at Target in Visalia, California. There was no limit and no problem. Now I’m stocked.

  • Sara

If i don’t get a big lots ad is there a way to print one off the internet?

    • Joanie

No, you cannot take in a printed ad to either Target or Walmart. But Big Lots has store ads in their stores, just swing by, pick one up and then head over to Target or Walmart.

I printed off Big Lots Ad and used it at walmart to price match the V8 fusion. The cashier was new and did not know how to price match yet so her supervisor did the price matching. I wasn’t sure if I could use a printed off ad since this is the first time I have ever priced matched. It Worked!!

there is also a $1/1 Boulder Q on their website if you want to pair that with the b1g1 that would make them just .25 a bag!

  • Lindsey

I’ve never had trouble price matching big lots ad at Walmart, but I’ve only done it a few times. Can’t wait to try it with this one!

  • Mel

how’s that price on the snuggle? anyone buy those regularly?

  • Kara Buchanan

I’ve had no trouble price matching a Big Lots ad at my Target in So. Cal. Only done it a couple times though…but so far, 100% success rate!

  • Luwina

My Target will price match if it is not too different than their own prices :)
I am in Tampa and that is the Target on N. Dale Mabry

I didn’t have a problem at Target either, I called first to be sure, hard to lug all the kids around for them to turn you down.

  • Yesi

Does Walmart offer printable coupons like Target does?

  • juli

Well, this sucks. I just came back from Walmart, and I found out that they had just changed their policy (maybe local… three weeks ago) and no longer take any printable coupons. Apparently, it is due to a large amount of fraugulent coupons. I went to the Lynnwood Walmart in WA. Anyone have similar issues with their walmart? I have not checked the walmart website yet to see if it is now their policy or if it was just local. Will check in a few minutes. What a bummer. I wish they can just find a better solution to deal with this coupon problem.

My Wal-Mart tried that, too. I spoke with the manager who said it was a Wal-Mart policy. I called the Wal-Mart corporate number on my cell phone from the store! They said that is not a Wal-Mart policy. All Wal-Marts are to take printable coupons. I asked the manager if he wanted to tell WM customer that he won’t accept internet coupons. He was not happy with me catching him in a lie. He started stammering and said he would accept them “this one time.” I haven’t been back to that WM. So, it’s possible the manager either doesn’t know WM policy or is lying.

The best thing to do is call corporate and find out the official policy specially about printable coupons

  • kim

I was in pauls grocery last week and saw that they no longer accept printed coupons due to fraud as well don’t know if it is all stores or just that one

  • Pam

I have a big lots here and went there to get this ad and they said there is no ad this week…so I asked if they had last week’s ad and they said no it’s expired. Huh?

  • molly

Hi, I’m new to this stuff. I want to get the ALL coupon. You have it listed on here RP 1/10. Does that mean Red Plum ad Jan 2010? If so how do you get to their old coupons?

    • Leslie

I was able to print 2 All coupons from their website for registering. You may want to check it out. Also, I brought the Big Lots ad to Walmart in Louisiana and they had no problem matching the prices and accepted the printable coupons for the V-8. Thanks for the heads up!

  • Sunshyne

I took the Big Lots ad to my target today and priced matched the V8 juice. I got 6 of them for .50 cent each~! GREAT DEAL!! I’m trying to get some more of those coupons so I can get more.

  • Ann

mmkay i’am confused it is saying the little debbie coupons are “There are no prints available for this campaign.
    You may close this window.”

Went to Walmart today in Latham, NY got 9 V8′s for .50 and then got 10 Softsoap Body Washes for .25, CVS had them on sale for .99 and then with my .75 coupon I only paid .25. Going back tomorrow for another round.
