You have to take a brief survey before registering on the site, and apparently since I have no children I wasn’t “eligible” to register for the site.
I redid it by marking that “1 child” instead and it worked that time.
I decided not to sign up ultimately.
Since when does having children or not dictate that I want shampoo samples?
