Southern California!! You Get Albertsons Doublers!!!!

I nearly shot out of my seat when I saw this comment come through from Karen! If you are in Southern California go get your Sunday Paper out of the trash!!! YOU FINALLY GOT DOUBLERS!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are in So Cal or Nevada be sure to check your paper for a One Page Albertsons Ad with 3 Twice the Value Coupons! These coupons are valid until 3/16

Here’s the 411 regarding Twice the Value Coupons:

Albertson’s has In-Ad Coupons that can be matched with manufacturer coupons for additional Savings. Some of the In Ad Coupons found at Albertson’s are “Twice the Value” Coupons or Doublers. Doublers are good on any manufacturer coupon up to $1 in Value. So, if you use a $1 manufacturer coupon, and then the doubler- they will take off another $1. If you have a coupon for $1.01 or $1.50 etc., they will NOT (or should not) take an additional $1 off.

You may use one manufacturer coupon and one store coupon per item. Since the Doubler is a Store Coupon- You can not use it in conjunction with another In-Store Coupon. For example- If there is a In-Store coupon (in their ad) you can not use that coupon and a doubler- since that is technically 2 store coupons (just like you can’t use 2 manufacturer coupons on 1 item).

If you are buying an item for $1.88 and you have a $1 manufacturer coupon- and a Albertson’s Doubler- THEY HAVE TO ADJUST THE DOUBLER DOWN TO $.88.

WHOOHOO! I’m doing the happy dance. I even went out and bought three more papers! My husband thinks I’m even MORE nuts than usual, but this is exciting! Thank you for the post and the match-ups. It’s SO helpful for those of us that never get them.

I am always so jealous when you post about how to use the doubles…and until today…we never got them! I squeeled with delight as I openend my papers this morning. My husband though we won the lottery or something…nope just DOUBLERS! What a great Sunday surprise!

You should’ve seen the look on my hubby’s face when I opened the paper and found the ad… I was so excited!! I’ve heard so much about these, but they are a mysterious thing for us here in S. Cali. YAY!

OMG..I can’t believe this is happening?I just need to know the policy of the doubles here in Albies…so is there a limit of coupons that can be used on the doubles?So excited to get this started tomorrow.I had a bad experience yesterday there..I bought items that was in the promo by $25 and get $10 catalina then my second transaction I did the P&G promo and bought $30 worth of pantene hair products and came up to$32 before coupons and after coupons came to $22,I then gave the checker my $10 catalina and paid OOP $12 and some change but I didn’t get a catalina back…can u tell me what I did wrong?I thought catalina’s can rollover..but I don’t know why this didn’t work..the cashier told me it needs to be over $30 after coupons…I know thats incorrect,right?

I didn’t even notice them!! I rarely shop at Albertson’s, since it is a drive for me, and since they don’t double and Vons does… I think this will be worthy of a drive

WHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I was telling my coupon friend saturady that is sucks that we dont get doubles at albies and she said I know it real bummer. Then God must of heard me because he granted my wish over night!!! Sunday morning DOUBLERS at ALBIES for the first time ever!!!!!!! first this in the morning my friend called and left me a message about this exiting news that I had already new about by looking in my paper. She left me a message and as I was listening to it on speaker phone my husband was standing next to me and said what that heck was that all about all I know it was something to do with coupons of course!! I laughed and said it is coupon language and said it was almost like she was speaking a foreign langauge for you huh hunny! He said, yes you girls are NUTS and walked away. HA HAHA HA! get Shoppin SO cal GIrls!!!!!!!

Yes….I was super excited! I do have to admit I did envy the rest of you that would always use doublers and get everything for free! Screamed when I saw the coupons, words can not explain how excited I was….omg I think I have an addiction problem…

Hi. I’m in Nevada and just received these for the first time. I have a general question about them. Lets say you pick up 5 items and have 5 manufacturer coupons of differing values. If I hand them these 3 doublers as well, how does it know which manufacturer coupons to double? Do I need to do separate transactions to make sure the $1 off coupons are doubled? Or does the computer know to double the higher value coupons? Thanks.
