First, thank you so much for your time and effort that you take to post these deals, I don’t want this to be taken like a disgruntled reader because I am not… however I feel sometimes these deals are a little mis-leading. Yes we will be able to get the dvd for $.99 (hoping the DVD had 2 upc’s) but the actual oop expense is near $9-$10 (once the rebates come back, which is still a killer deal), once you have bought the other items. I feel that I always have to read the “fine print” to get the deals. I wish that somewhere you would put the true actual oop expense. Thanks

k-mart in Northern California is selling the DVD at $20.99. With the rebates you would get the movie and the doll for less than $10

Its my understanding that its the Blu Ray/DVD combo pack that has two UPC, which I would think are more money – probably around $25? Both rebates require a UPC so you definitely want your purchase to have two UPCs. There is a $10 coupon available on the combo pack here:

Also the band-aid rebate accepts photocopied receipts so need to ask for a second receipt at store!

It shows on the Band Aid web page that it’s Toy Story, Princesses, Cars or PATF Band Aids or even some of the non-fun brand like flexible fabric, tough strips and Dry fit flexible fabric.

If you buy the movie with your club card you can receive a 6 pack of Smartwater, box of Jiffytime popcorn, a Princess & The Frog coloring book with crayons & a 14oz Princess & The Frog sip cup all free! CC it’s on the bottom right hand corner of the 3rd page. The back of the flyer says prices good for all Safeway stores in Oregon except Milton-Freewater. I got mine from the East Oregonian newspaper so maybe it wasn’t in the Oregonian. Also, I goofed it’s suppose to say Jolly time popcorn. Hope this helps.

I just bought Princess and the Frog at Walmart. It was $19.96. I used the $10 off coupon for a great deal on a new movie!

Just bought P & F at Target 15.99, used the $5 coupon provided above,purchased 2 band aids at $1.62 ea (Cars and Toy Story are marked down) used a 50cent manucoupon and $1.00 Target printable, there is 2 Proof of Purchase tabs. Target did not have the frogtape so I’ll hunt that down, I have till May. Not sure how much the tape costs but can’t be more than a couple bucks plus the less than $2 for the band aids.. I’d say it’s a good deal considering it’s all stuff I can use. Thanks for doing the homework for us!!!

You can also get a $5 rebate when you buy 2 Success Rice–this was in the Red Plum insert I got in the mail today, which will be in the paper Sunday. You have to print the rebate form from their website, but it isn’t updated yet.

I purchased the P&F DVD (15.99) at Target today and used the $5 coupon, $3 Disney Target coupon and it worked fine–I asked the checker and he said it was fine to stack them and it went through with no beeping. I purchased flexible band-aids at Walgreens on one of their RR deals and will submit it for the rebate and my flex dollars medical reimbursement. Thanks for your site!

I live in the Salt Lake City area and found an advertised price of $14.95 Blu-ray and $8.95 DVD for the Princess and the Frog in my Wednesday mailer from RC Willey. There is fine print that you are limited to one per customer but no other purchase is necessary. I plan to price match at walmart or target. I also found a coupon for $1 off bandaid products in the RedPlum insert from 1/3. Hope this all will work out!

Hi I did that purchase yesterday and got no purse? The add said found inside movie and that is what the manager said Got home with no purse? Where did you get yours? on a shelf> Target cashier had no clue about the purse

At my Target it’s all prepackaged together on the case, it’d be a manufacturer defect if not, or perhaps they sold through all the ones with the purse attached.

If you purchase the success rice for the $5 rebate, there is a coupon in the red plum insert for $1 off 2 boxes. Use your “twice the value” for a manufacturer coupon at Albertsons to save $2 off 2 boxes. Not sure how much the rice is at Albertsons, but saw it at Fred Meyer for $2.59 per box, so hoping Albertsons price is similar.

I got the 2 boxes of rice at Wal-Mart for about $1.50 each with the $1/2 coupon in the Redplum insert. Not bad, each box has 4 bags of rice (boil in the bag kind). A better deal than the frog tape, which my husband says runs around $4-5 at Home Depot and isn’t any greater than other painters tape (in his opinion).
