New to renting at Redbox?
It’s simple! All you do is find a Redbox near you. On the screen in the bottom corner you will see “Rent with Promo Code”. Select that, and then enter the code. Then select the movie, swipe your debit or credit card and you are good to go.
Be sure to return the movie before 9pm the next day

if returned by 9pm the next day, is my credit card not charged? i’m new to the redbox and wanted to try it out.
As long as it is returned by the due time, you will not be charged. It may pre-authorize the $1 until you return the movie. But once it is returned the $1 will fall off. Hope this helps!
