We hope you’ve noticed and begun to utilize our newest feature, the Printable Shopping List, launched last week.  We’ve been working on this concept for a couple months, fine tuning it to be just right!  We set out to create this list as a means by which you can customize TheKrazyCouponLady.com a little bit, just for you.

Here’s what your Printable Shopping List can do:

  • Add multiple posts to one cohesive list.
  • Remove any products you won’t be purchasing, and delete any unwanted text to conserve ink and paper!
  • Rest assured your list is saved!  You can close your shopping list, walk away and it’ll still be there waiting for you tomorrow!
  • When you’re ready to head to the store, print your list!

We hope that as you read KCL each day, you’ll choose to add your favorite deals to your printable shopping list.  Think of it as your coupon to-do list for the week!   I know we’ve all seen a deal, and thought, “I’m gonna do that before the end of this week/sale cycle” and then things get krazy and it completely slips my mind until it’s too late.  Now you can read through all our posts and choose only those that are just for your family, your location and your needs!  When you’re ready to go shopping, you’ll be just a click away from printing your coupon grocery list!  I often shop without a list, but I regret it every time!  I always forget something if I don’t have it on paper!

Here’s a little diagram to walk you through how to use the shopping list feature:

Where do I find the printable shopping list on KLC? I have looked and nothing. I have even tried clicking on the headline and nothing. Thanks

I LOVE this idea! I had the problem of the list being cleared the next day as well. I have also noticed that the shopping cart icon is only on the articles (for lack of a better word) on the front page, but not if I click a particular store.

Yes, I have had the same printing problem of multiple pages of the first page.

just tried again, hoping maybe it was working…I said 13 pages even though I only had 6 items, and it printed multiples of the first page.

I was so proud that I created a list with all the new offers yesterday. When I went to add new offers to it today, my list wasn’t there.

Just tried printing too….had to hurry and cancel print job because it said 28 pages!! And I only did a short Target list….
I think what it is doing is printing your list- on top of the home page it starts printing…hope to see this cleared up soon, would be great to use if it will work!!

this is a great concept…..but, and just an FYI….I built my list yesterday, came back today and nothing is saved! Says there are no items on my list :(

Has anyone else had strange printing problems?

When I printed my list, it showed that the print job was 19 pages long (yikes!). What it actually printed was the coupon instructions at the top (which I was unable to delete) and the first item on my list — nineteen times! (Actually, I cancelled before it printed ALL 19) I haven’t figured out if it was something about my printer, but thought I’d see if anyone else was having problems.

LOVE this idea! Thanks so much!

I love it! I don’t have to copy and paste into Notepad anymore.

One glitch I found (you may already be aware): The shopping cart icon is not populating on posts when I use the shortcut links or click on the post link itself from the home page. The shopping cart icon is only populating when it’s on the home page and have to scroll all the way back to the original post.

Example: I wanted to use the new feature to create a list for Raley’s. I clicked on the shortcut link on the top of the page for Raley’s, and when the post came up, the shopping cart icon was gone. I clicked on Home, went back to the main page and scrolled all the way back to the Raley’s post (by clicking “Older Post” at the bottom) and then the shopping cart icon was there.

I thought it may just be my computer, so I had my husband try it on his, and it did the same thing. I thought I’d let you know in case you didn’t know already. I love this new feature though. I’m so excited to start making my lists “the easy way” now =)

    That’s great!!!

I don’t know if it would be possible to be able to add individual items in a post rather than the whole post and delete most of them if you don’t want them?

WOW! Thats pretty cool! Thank You!
