$1.25/1 – LaCroix 8 pack or 12 pack sparkling water – (coupons.com)

Yesterday Joanie posted about Cheap Sparkling Water, which she just loves… and I have to admit I really don’t like Sparkling Water by itself… So, I found a few recipes that look yummy!

Coconut Cooler
By Bar None Drinks

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 2 oz. Lime Juice (Fresh)
  • Sparkling Water

Instructions

Shake milk and juice and pour over ice cubes in a glass. Fill with the sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade
By Martha Stewart

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pint (about 2 cups) raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • Classic Homemade Lemonade, or 1 quart store-bought lemonade (see how to get for free HERE)
  • Ice, for serving
  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) sparkling water
Instructions

Bring water, raspberries, and sugar to boil in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat, and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain mixture through a fine sieve, pressing gently on berries to release juices; discard solids. Let syrup cool completely. Combine syrup and lemonade in a large pitcher. Divide among 16 ice-filled glasses. Top each with sparkling water, and vodka if using. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

I just picked up my sparkling water with my coupon at Target tonight. And guess what? It was on sale at my Target for $2.50. And they had flavors too…I purchased lime. Can’t wait to try it once it’s cold.

When I was younger, my mom would always buy sparkling water and add it to fruit juice to get me and my sisters to drink juice. To us, it was like soda, so it was fun to drink. To my mom, we were drinking something far healthier than soda, so she felt good too.

    5lb of Flour
    2 1/2 pounds of Crisco
    1- 12oz coke
    1 cup of sugar
    1 table spoon of cinnamon
    1 teaspoon of baking powder.
    Rolling Pin
    cookie cutters
    Tin Container

    1st you mix flour,sugar,cinnamon,baking Powder,and Crisco together.
2nd after mixing all items together slowly start pouring the coke.
Do not pour all at once you want to do it slowly and mix to bring flour mixture together.
You will not use all the coke so make sure you knead really well to bring everything together.
Knead until the dough is smooth with no bumps.. What i did was broke it into 4 and worked on each one
it was easier than doing it all at once.

Make room in a clean surface and flour your area and rolling pin.
Just a little flour not a lot enough to not let the dough stick..

3rd turn oven to 350 degrees and get your cookie pans ready with wax paper.
Use your cookie cutters to make fun Christmas Shapes.

4 Get about 2 cups of sugar into a bowl and add cinnamon to the sugar about 3 tablespoons.
This depends on how you like your cookies with a lot of cinnamon or just a bit.. I used 3 tablespoons.

I cooked the cookies for 13min and they were done perfectly..

Wait for them to cool about 5-10 minutes then pass them through the bowl with the sugar and cinnamon..
