Hi, I am in the same boat. But I realized after looking further into it that their top status says

The Official Page of Regal Entertainment Group

“Today is the last day to claim your FREE POPCORN coupon! Make sure you get your copy & tell your friends!” on Friday

So it means that we are both out of luck because after I called regal and let them know i couldnt print out the coupon yesterday my ink was low so i favorited it to print it out today they said you have to have the actually coupon, SORRY then hung up so I might still go but what BAD customer service.
