Restaurant.com Weekly Promo Offer 300 x 250

A little Restaurant.com info for newbies. Restaurants.com is a form of advertising for many restaurants looking for more customers. Restaurant owners sacrifice on their price margin but in return get new customers. On the restaurant.com website, you’ll be asked to enter your zip code and it will pull up participating restaurants in your area. Then you will see a list of restaurants and a selection of gift card prices. A $25 gift card is regularly priced at $10 (so 80% off means you’ll pay only $2). The only catch is there is a minimum purchase amount: clearly listed under the gift card prices. Usually the customer must have a total initial bill of $35. Then you pay with your $25 gift card and your total could be as low as $10 plus gratuity for a $35 meal. It’s as simple as that. Don’ be a skeptic! Once you pay for your gift card you may print it immediately from your computer- so you could dine for lunch or dinner today if you wish! They don’t expire for a whole year.

Sorry but I actually must comment that you SHOULD be a skeptic about Restaurant.com. I have had numerous bad experiences (although some good ones) with using their gift certificates. First, I have bought them and then shown up to the restaurant only to be told that they do not accept them anymore (even when I bought the certificate the same day). In some cases, the restaurant hasn’t been accepting them for months and yet the site is still selling them without the merchant’s permission. If you are going to buy from this site, make sure to call the restaurant BEFORE you buy to make sure that they accept them, and then use that thing as soon as possible! Just a word of warning! Love this Krazy site!

According to their website, these don’t expire anymore (unless they specifically say so for your coupons). I have several I never used from 2007 and thought I was out of luck, but I can print them again now and they say “No expiration”! Check under their FAQ section for more information! This makes these an even better deal!

We just used 1 we purchased last week! We went to a sports bar near our house, we had been there before, we took 2 adults and 1 kid, had apps, food, sodas, and dessert! Bill was 12 bucks after our gift certificate (25.00)! AMAZING! The waiter had 3 more from earlier that day too that others had used! He even knew the clearance was gonna expire tomorrow! They DO NOT expire, it says so right on them! I buy them and print them on brochure paper and they make GREAT gifts too!!!! Just thought I would let ya’ know!

These are great!! We don’t eat out often, but these are cheap! Many of them are $35 minimum, but you you pay $2 for $25 then have to spend at least $10 more, $12 is an AWESOME meal!

I’m with Anna M. I’d check with the restaurant before buying. The same thing happened to us. We went to the restaurant and thankfully before we ordered the waitress noticed my print out coupon. She said that they have contacted Restaurant.com many times and they still won’t take their restaurant off of the website. It was fine though, she gave us 10% off plus a free appetizer for our trouble, which was great. So to everyone I’d double check. :)
