    When I went to Safeway yesterday, I got a catalina I wasn’t expecting- $1.50 from General Mills, which was on top of the Buy 4 get $4 cereal/FiberOne, so I’m not sure what triggered it!

      Suz I saw the same one and it will print multiple ones out in the same transaction. The chicken nugget subs were marked still .99 at my store due to an exp. date VERY soon, so I bought 4 of them and 4-$1 catalinas printed out!

    I just got back from my seattle area safeway and got a “coming soon” cat… Receive a $5 coupon for a gift card when you purchase $15 in participating items in a single transaction .. mr clean, tide, downy, febreeze, ivory, gain, etc…. the photo of gift cards show best buy, barnes and noble and starbucks…. I have kinda old eyes and could not read any of the finer print.

    I used my free McCormicks seasoning coupon, which came in the mail today (6/15) via a Facebook campaign, and a $1.00 Catalina popped out! Nice.

    I did my last transaction of Scrubbing Bubbles at Tom Thomb yesterday 6/16 and catalina didn’t print – I called the catalina company and they said this promotion ended on 6/15 at Tom Thumb – how does KCL find out the exact ending dates of these catalina promotions, I never saw anything in the store stating it runs thru 6/16 or other date.

    I bought 4 bottles of Arrowhead sparkling water at Safeway this morning. I used a ‘buy two bottles get one free’ coupon. I received a $2 catalina. rather than the $3 one offered for buying four bottles. Is this because I used the coupon and only paid for three?

    Same as Yvonne, I got a coupon for free kleenex, I bought numerous items, not sure what triggered it. BUT, what I want to let everybody know is that I bought 9 scrubbing bubbles items (6 toilet gels, one brush kit, 2 brush refills), I was using some leftover coupons for buy a gel get a brush kit free, and some $1/1 coupons, AND I got 4 $2 catalinas!!! I don’t know the details other then it looks like it’s $2 for every 2 scrubbing bubbles, and it printed multiple times in the same transaction. BTW, the toilet gels where marked at $4.39 for one, and $2.99 wyb 3 or more in the same transaction. Anybody has more details?

      You can get free scrubbing bubbles at safeway right now.
      on sale 2 for $5.00. buy 10 of them for $25 and use 5 of the $2 off 2 blinkie coupons this way you spend $15 on them after coupons and can get the $5 cat. The bonus is that It also gives you 5 additional $2 cats . so you spend $15 dollars after coupons and it gives you $15 dollars in cats!!!! Free. I have done this twice once on friday and once on saturday. I just had to share.

    Does anyone know what triggers the $3 off $10 in produce catalina? I’ve had that one come out twice now… The last time was just on Sunday and I had purchased 10 Kellogg’s items in the transaction. The previous time I’m not sure what I got…

    I have heard that the Almond Breeze milk purchased with a box of cereal triggers a $3 catalina…Can anyone confirm this? If so Kix is free with ecoupon and paper coupon plus paper coupon for the milk would make this a money maker…

    I have also heard that the Progresso soups are producing a catalina…Can anyone confirm this? They are on sale at my store this weeked for 99 cents each, plus with the 50 cent off two would make for a great deal with or without the catalina.

        I emailed the catalina co to ask if it is a catalina at Safeway and was told no-it is at other stores. They are very good at prompt responses if you ever need to check with them & I have gotten catalinas sent to me that should have printed out.
        Bummer-I was hopeful too.

    Jill, I can confirm the almond breeze milk cat here in N. Va, just buy one milk and any box of cereal and you get $3 cat, its even posted in the cereal aisle. With ecoupons, paper q’s and cat’s I got $80 worth of groceries the other day and made $.25 and I even missed a $1 peelie on one of my Deli Deluxe cheeses. Big score!

    Just a quick question and it might be a dumb one, but since this list was updated 8/31, should the dates on the Kellogg’s, Keebler, Eggo, etc catalina be 9/4-9/10 or was it 8/4-8/10 like it says and it just didn’t get deleted? Any help would be lovely…with new baby and 2 toddlers making my grocery matchups are taking more time than usual… :)

      I spent $15 before coupons and $9 after and I got the $5 catalina. Also, if you get Scrubbing Bubbles you should get a catalina for $2 when you buy 2 also. So you could turn this into a money making deal if you have the $2/2 peelies buy 6 and use (3) $2/2 peelie coupons. Pay $9 OOP and get $11 in catalinas – this is running in CO so it should be elsewhere.

    I bought 2 boxes of the Nature Valley Granola Bars and 2 boxes of the Fiber One Bars and no Catalina. Does anyone know why. I will call Catalina tomorrow but just wondering if this is happening to others?

    I also bought two Nature Valley Granola Bars and two Fiber One Bars. After reading other posts, I think they have to be all Nature Valley OR all Fiber One to get the cat.

    I also bought three BC Fruit Roll-Ups, hoping to get the fruit snack cat and it didn’t print. Must have to be those little gel candy-like things to get the cat.

    I just went to Safeway and did two transactions…each containing 4 Grands Jr. biscuits on sale for $1…no catalina :( Using coupons and my catalinas from last week I still was able to get a good deal but I was bummed the catalinas did not print since I always like to make sure that when I spend then I replenish them.

    Anybody else having trouble with the Pillsbury Grands catalina? I have more coupons and might try it again tomorrow at a different Safeway in town.

      It’s very frustrating when the Catalina doesn’t print, but it doesn’t mean that the deal isn’t accurate. Unfortunately, I’ve found that my catalinas print about 90% of the time, meaning that maybe one in every ten times, I don’t get the Catalina that I should.

      If you don’t want to request that the store fix the problem (by giving you a cash refund), then it’s easy to request your coupon be mailed to you from the Catalina company.       I got the cottonelle also, 2 packs were $4.99 each with in-ad coupon, then there was a $2 off blinkie coupon, and I got a $2 catalina. That makes it $2 a 12 pack. Yay!

    Ya, I stocked up on the cottonelle for the year but I went on different days and different stores because the store in Henderson, NV said the in-ad 4.99 coupons are 1 per person, ever. He said even if I came back and used another one on another day he would deny me. It was really weird as they do not say one per person, and i did not see it in the coupon policy last time I read it and how would he be keeping track? BUT, my catalinas printed so I was happy.

    I purchased the 5 Pillsbury Grands at the Canby, OR Safeway on 10/21/10 and did not get the $3 Cataline. What gives? I’m on the phone with the Safeway 1 -877 telephone number and they’re not finding the CAT in their system. THANKS!

    Almond Accents-part of the buy 3-$3 off sale this weeks (after 3 doesn’t have to be in multiples of 3) various salad items sale-also giving a $1/2 catalina. Will print more than one catalina per purchase-for every 2 you buy.
    also a catalina coupon $1.50/3 are printing & my store had .55 tear pad coupons by the salad area.

    At a Safeway in Eastern WA I got a notice last week saying they were going to start printing 11/1. In the past when a cat hasn’t printed for me I went to customer service and they gave me cash, and appologized for it not printing.

    I heard there’s a McCormick Extract Catalina going on this month…1.50 wyb 2 and 3.00 wyb 3. They’re 30%off right now..vanilla is 3.07-1.50/1 from thanksgiviing booklet -3.00 onyo makes them 0.57ea wyb 3! Great price!..Now I’ll have to check how long this stuff lasts! :)

    The cat on the Digiorno pizza is incorrect. I bought 3 and got $2 cat. There was a tag on the shelf that said buy 3 get $2, so I am wondering if you will only get a $2 cat no matter how many you buy.
