Limit is 2 per household. I bought 10 boxes and it only printed to 2!

These Rite Aid deals are great, but unfortunately, the whole shelf of Playtex tampons (unscented) was wiped out on the first day of the sale. Also, they were completely out of the Pantene Great Lengths shampoo and conditioner last week. Frustrating.

I was wondering how you return something you bought with coupons to Rite Aid. I know Walgreens gives you the cost back before coupons but I was wondering if Rite Aid gives me what you actually paid then I am out coupons because they obviously can’t give you back your old ones you used if it has been a few days. Any one know how that works….

I tried the BOGO and it actually gave me 2 $3 Up rewards!!!! It does not work a second time though, it only allows one per household.

Are you saying that for all the UP reward items, only one will print for the whole week? For example, if I tried to do playtex twice in one week that the UP reward would only print out once for me?

The rules are awful fuzzy and seem to change.. basically its whatever the computer wants that day :( and I wouldn’t bother asking them to fix it – they have no control – I have found – purchase and see what happens – worst case you can always return.. and sometimes re purchase and it works…

I just found a bogo coupon that expires on Sunday for these tampons! woohoo, even better!

Denise –

The coupon I have that expires today is for 36ct box and you get one 18 ct box free (not sure if that’s the same one you have). If so, does it give you the rewards for the free box of 18 ct even though they were free with 36ct?

I still don’t entirely understand the whole up reward program. Can you only receive one up reward for each item? Or can you receive multiple rewards if they are purchased in separate transactions?

I think it all depends. I bought 3 Bio True when they were on sale last week and got a $4 +up each time even though it says limit 1 offer per household. I did 3 transactions on different days.
But I also tried to do the +up on the Coke products twice and I didnt get the reward the second time even though it says limit 2 per household???

Our San Diego stores are already on next week’s ad, so I went in to do this deal. The redplum coupon didn’t scan right. It beeped and said, “No matching item found.” I tried both coupons I had printed out and neither one worked. Luckily, I found a peelie on the shelf on a different package so I bought that one instead, but it was only free, not a moneymaker. Playtex might have coded it wrong. Sadness….
