Quick question before I print out the greek yogurt. If someone has one in their fridge, could you please let me know if they have High Fructose Corn Syrup in them? After my surgeries I have a hard time digesting foods with it and try to stay away from it if I can.
    Thank you,

For all the military wives out there….i just came back from the commissary after printing a bunch of the muellers coupons! Muellers spaghetti 0.75/box, lasagna 1.09/box, penne (whole wheat) 1.09/box, rotini (whole wheat) 1.09/box, and macaroni noodles 0.75/box. They did not even fuss with the overage on the spaghetti and the macaroni that you may recieve! I bough 13 spaghetti, 4 lasagna, 4 penne, 4 rotini, and 8 macaroni….

    Total OOP: 0.70!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you KCL! You are my new hero!

Looks like maybe the Helman’s/Best food coupon reached it’s limit? It says that I have already printed off this coupon, and I know i havent. Pooh.

  12. Julianna says:

From the blog, look in the right column (where all the adds are) and scroll down a bit till you see a blue box with a soldier. Follow that link.

  13. Christina S. says:

my question deals completely with something other than meat, lol. My question is this: I read in one of these pages that expired and other coupons were sent to our troops and I was wanting to do that. How and who do I contact to do that?

    • Heather H. says:

Military families can use the coupons at the Commissaries and BX/PX if they are stationed over seas. These are valid up to 6 months. ~ USAF Wife.
