I loved the original baby magic,, the smell waz awesome, cant find it anywhere!

  2. freckles says:

Is this still going on at walgreens?

    • Brianne says:

Yes. I was at ours today and the tags are there but the products are all gone for both Baby Magics and the Motrin PM. They can give you a rain check but the guy told me it will only make it the sale price and won’t give you any RR. Bummer. I will figure this couponing thing out and when the ads start. I already had the grocery stores adds down, now that my town has a Walgreens and CVS I will get them too. Good luck at your store. :)

  3. anne says:

This week I had another disappointing experience with RR. Listerine was on sale for 2.99 with a $2 RR. (.99 after RR) I also had a $1 coupon which should have made the item free. Wrong. Listerine didn’t ring up on sale or print out a RR…. this happens to me about once a month at walgreens….
I don’t want to be that crazy person in line debating costs when there are 6 or more people in line behind me : /
    better luck next time

  4. Siobhan says:

do you have to buy the seperate RR items on seperate transactions. or can yu do them on one nd then roll over onto someting else f wanted. like say buy the baby magic and the tooth paste ect on oe trans, will all the RR print out or do yu have to do them all seperate.

    • Melissa says:

I was able to buy a colgat and a baby magic in the same transaction and I got 2 RRs, one for the colgate and one for baby magic. It’s only when you try to buy two of the same items that you get only one RR. Hope this makes sense.

  5. Ashley says:

ok I am new to couponing… Do all Walgreens stores give RR.. I have shopped at Walgreens for a long time and they have never give me one for anything. I don’t know if I’ve just never bought the correct item to get one or if my local store doesn’t do them. How can I find out?

  6. dealseaker says:

I went to 3 different wags this morning and rolled my RR at each store. I started at the first store and bought a toothpaste. I paid with my $5 rephresh RR from last week ( i had to get a filler so I got the febreze luminary on clearance for $4.29 and had a BOGO coupon from the big proctor and gamble insert from yesterdays paper). I used the $3 RR from the toothpaste to pay for the Baby Magic. I went to the next Walgreens and did the same deal this time getting a .09 cent pencil as a filler because the toothpaste rings up 2.99 and you can’t use a $3 rr on it by itself. I paid .25 cents tax on each transaction. I went to the third Walgreens and did the same deal again. Just make sure you use the baby magic RR to pay for the toothpaste and the toothpaste RR to pay for the Baby Magic. I plan on going to all three Walgreens every day until the baby Magic disappears from the shelves. It will only cost me .50 in tax plus the cost of 1 filler for every 2 items. Not bad!

    • Paula says:

Did you go to 3 Walgreens because they were limited on supply or could you have bought as many in one transaction as you wanted? This is what I don’t get about Walgreens!! If there is no “limit” as to how many you can buy (like CVS), will it not print out multiple RR’s if they’re all bought at the same time? Help! So confused.

  7. Laura says:

Question : Can I buy all of the items that have RR that makes them free in one transaction and get all of the published RR or do I have to buy them in seperate transactions?

  8. Allison says:

Not sure if I am doing this RR correctly….
    this morning we purchased

    2 toothpastes 2.99 each – 50 cents coupon – $2.49 each and recieved $6 in RR
    1 pack Huggues 8.99 each – $2 coupon – $6.99 each and received $2 in RR.
I did this in 3 separate transactions to make sure that I got my register rewards.
From what I figured…I spent $12.49, but got back $8 in RR so 2 toothpastes and 1 pack of Huggies really cost me $4.49!

Is that how you do it? I am new, but trying hard.

  9. Teri says:

Newbie here: In order to stock pile this deal, would I have to do mutiple transactions since it says limit 1?

  10. faith says:

Neebie here please help. I am aware you give the clerk your MF coupon first,Instant store coupon then your rewards. So do I need 2 fillers for one item purchased?

  11. Alicia says:

I live in the north las vegas area and have been clipping coupons for about 2 months. I purchase the paper every Sunday to get the coupon inserts. I have noticed that the past two Sundays, the Redplum and SmartSource coupon inserts were not in there. These papers are wrapped up individually , so I know that couponers are not removing them. The Replum and Smart source inserts have arrived in my mail box however, they have no grocery coupons in them. Whats going on!!!! Has anyone else noticed this problem.

    • Michelle says:

I live in Vegas too, but usually just wait for the mail. Last weekend it was President’s day holiday on Monday, and there usually aren’t inserts on holiday weekends. I don’t know why they wouldn’t have been in there this past weekend though. There are occasional weeks we don’t get any in the mail, I just assumed it was because they ran out of them in the papers from Sunday… hmm…

    • Erin says:

My mom lives in a city where she doesn’t receive replum or proctor and gamble…very frustrating for her. She will sometimes get an insert in the mail, but not often.

  12. lora says:

Me too. The razor RR did not print out-what do I do? Also-how do you know which deals have RR each day? It’s not in the ad or even marked on the product tag?

  13. lynna says:

i just looked over my receipt and my RR for the baby wash didn’t print out…

    what do i do??

    • Lynn says:

If your rr didn’t print out an employee of the store can print or a rebate for you and you will get your rr in the mail.

  14. Phil says:

The $5.00 Schick coupon mentioned above in the P&G insert says you have to buy the razor AND a refill to get the $5.00 off. The AND is in red letters. Not sure if it is a deal or not depending on the price of the refill.

  15. Jasmine says:

    Beth, you aren’t pathetic!!
So, my STUPID WalGreens will only let you buy one of each RR item per day. You can’t break your stuff up into a couple orders to get a RR for muliples anymore! I was so frustrated! They wouldn’t even let me do two, it’s not like I had 12 or something! Plus, to top it off, I had to pick either a Baby Magic wash OR a lotion. I couldn’t do both. It’s not even the same product! One is wash, one is lotion! Oh man, I needed a chill pill, I tell you!

    • Lynn says:

That’s good they are limiting you. Its not fair to everyone else who wants to save money that one or two people come in and clean off the shelf on Sunday, getting that product back in by truck day is almost impossible. Think of others.

  16. Heather says:

My Wags in NC had a $.50 peelie on the Baby Magic, so it was a small money maker for me :)

  17. Beth says:

LOVE Baby magic! I prefer it. When I get baby sick waiting for us to be picked for adoption I find a bottle of this and sniff it! Pathetic I know. I am going to Walgreen tomorrow. These are great for all the spring baby showers!

  18. Carrie says:

I snagged some baby lotion and wash in 2 separate transactions to place with a baby shower gift for the next time I’m invited to a shower.

  19. mayerlin baez says:

I am confuse im new at this how do u know when u are getting a RR.

    • Brianne says:

Its a piece of paper that prints out by the receipts and it is good only at Walgreens. Think Monoply money for Walgreens. :)

  20. Cheyenne says:

I did this because a friend of mine is having a baby and needed to get wash and lotion anyway. Did 2 separate transactions, and turned around used my total of $6 RR on the Scott 12 pack on sale for $5.99 and some Altoids for $0.69 paid $2.43 oop for the tissue and mints!!!! I love this! But the cashier told me they will be cracking down on the separate transactions to get the rewards at my store. So I will have to bring a friend along and double team it!

  21. Elizabeth says:

P&G put out a $5.00 off Venus razors and Wags has them for 7.99 with a 4.00 RR. so with the coupon that makes it a Money Maker!!!!

  22. Linda says:

I did the Motrin and Baby Magic this morning, then went back for a second round. The Cashier told me that I cannot purchase the same item. Only allow ONE time per day. Did anyone have this problem?

    • lolosmommy says:

Finally made it out tonight to find out the store closest to my house is limiting RR’s to one purchase per person. The cashier said they were told this morning. Said it is due to shelf clearing. Too many people weren’t able to get *any* after some clear shelves early in the AM. So everybody gets ONE!

    • Allison says:

I had a similar issue this morning at Walgreens. I wanted 3 colgate toothpastes…I had 2 50 cents coupons and 2 seventy-five cents coupons and wanted 4 transactions to get my $3 in RR for each of the four toothpastes. She said I could only purchase 2 for the day.

I am just going to wait until she gets off and go back later tonight for my other two. I will actually be in favor since I am paying $2.24 to $2.49 and getting $3 back in RR. YEA!

    • mommabear2012 says:

Look in the walgreens coupon policy link, I don’t think your cashier was correct. I beleive you may purchase as meny as you want, as long you A. do them all in separete transactions, and B. leave some for the rest of us! I may be wrong though.

      • Lynn says:

If you look on the back of the Walgreens ad and read the fine print you will learn that we do have the right to limit and because of shelf clearing there will be more limits set.

    • Emily says:

I went to Walgreens by my house in Boise today and I was told that you can only get one RR purchase per person. I asked if they were changing the policy but she just said it is up to every store manager. So if you want the baby magic lotion and wash you have to buy them on 2 separate days if you want the RR for each item.

  23. erica says:

i would have loved to get this deal, but since i live in utah and every and there mom coupons here, the shelves were cleared by 6am sunday moring. and the 10 walgreens around here are all horrible about getting in more product before the sale ends. and getting rainchecks is worthless cause if they do get some product in and you dont get there that day the 100 other people that had rainchecks got there before me, and they never seem to get more product in before my coupons expire. p.s. this happens at almost every store around here even walmart.

  24. Amy says:

I know! I hate being in a test market (Kansas City). We miss out on so many good RRs. Those ridiculous points take FOREVER to accumulate :( I shop at Wags very infrequently as a result of this. Thank goodness for CVS!

    • Jane says:

The manager did not know what I was talking about. No register reward here in the Northland of Kansas City, MO either.

      • Wayne FoX says:

The Kansas City, Mo test market includes the entire metropolitan area (KS and MO). My job has me all over town so I went to a number of stores this week looking for the free lotion, motrin, and colgate to no avail. I went as far south as Raymore, MO, as far east as Blue Springs, MO, as far west as Bonner springs, KS. I will be in the northland tomorrow but I’m not going to stop since Jane has already done so without any luck. I did get 2 Schick 5 blade razors for $1, but after my experience this week, I’m not sure what I’m going to spend the RRs on.

  25. Joy says:

I got the Schick Razors and they had peelies for FREE shave gel, 3.99 value

  26. mrs carrigan says:

Sadly, I didn’t read our Kansas flier very well. I went and purchased the baby lotion, only to find out Kansas is a test market and We do not get the RR on the same items as others.. Bummer…

    • Ellen says:

I just checked my flyer and didn’t see anything about that
(Kansas test market). Is that something I would only find out in the store? I am in Wichita.

      • Karla says:

Last I knew the test cities for Walgreens Rewards were: Richmond VA, Kansas City MO, and Portland OR.

    • Corrie says:

I’m in KCMO, and this is precisely why I don’t shop Walgreen’s. The “points” system just doesn’t add up to as good a deal as RR. I stick to CVS.

  27. Heidi says:

Awesome! I think I have a couple dollar off coupons for that too! :)

  28. Kerri C says:

Love rolling Register Rewards did this a couple times today on Motrin and Baby Magic to get them only paying the sales tax : )

    • Allison says:

Me too! Got quite a bit of few on each! Also there is a venus razor deal, there is a $5 coupon in this weeks P&G and the razor is on sale for 7.99 with $4 RR and a $5 coupon making is a $1 mm! and the $4 roll! so you can turn around and do it again with the $4! Such a great deal on womens razors, since they hardly ever have cpns for them! Not to mention a very GREAT deal!!!

      • Tia says:

Question for anyone that can answer: It says limit one on many of the good deals such as the Baby Magic. Can you get several, just do different transactions or are they pretty strict about literally only buying just one…?

      • philsla says:

I just looked at the $5.00 coupon and it says buy the razor AND refill to get the $5.00 off. The AND is in bold red letters.

    • Shannon says:

I did the same thing today – LOVE it!!! I rolled the Colgate toothpaste/Baby Magic and Motrin (wish it wasn’t only the PM Motrin). Thanks to the Krazy Coupon website I learned how to roll RR and all the other tricks-best website ever! :)

      • Robin says:

Can you tell me EXACTLY how you roll this deal? How many transactions? I am new and still trying to figure it all out. Thanks!

  29. Jenessa says:

Yeah, Wendy! I’m also in Portland! I’m so disappointed because I really wanted this deal! I missed the rite aid johnsons baby soap deal last week because every store was sold out!

  30. Agnes says:

Do you have to sign up for a store card or anything to get the register rewards?

  31. Wendy says:

Here in Portland Oregon, you don’t get a register reward. You only get 25x the points! Bummer!!!

    • Karla says:

I know! i barely go to Walgreens because of that. I did go and pick up the Schick Razor since that was a RR today!

  32. Mystic says:

How do you sign up for register rewards? Im signed up on their site but dont have a membership card- Help

    • Jennifer says:

You don’t sign up for RRs. They print out at the register when you purchase an item that says you get an $XX RR. For example, this week if I buy the Baby Magic that is $3 and says that there is a $3RR, when I pay for the Baby Magic, a $3RR will print out at the register to use on my next trip or transaction. You then can use that $3RR when you buy something else, BUT if you buy the Baby Magic again and use the RR from the first Baby Magic transaction, another RR WILL NOT print. The RRs do not “roll” at Wags…you cannot keep buying the same item over and over again and expect a RR to print if you paid with a RR from the same item prior. You need to use the RRs on something else than what you purchased to get it in the beginning if you want more RRs to print. You could get the RR from, say the Baby Magic, use that RR to purchase something else that will give you a RR and then use the RR from the other item to buy Baby Magic again and get another RR. I hope I didn’t confuse you!! :)

      • Allison says:

RRs are rolling with the $4 on the venus razor, I was going to use it just to purchase another and be done and I got another RR , I left with 7 razors and another $4 RR! lol

    • panda says:

the register rewards are coupons that print out after you pay that you can use on your next visit. you don’t need a card or anything they will print automatically at the register.

  33. Joy says:

    Another GREAT DEAL at Walgreens!
If you still have your Schick Hydro razor coupons for $2.00 off they are $8.99 use $2 coupon making it $6.99 and get back $6.00 RR FINAL PRICE = .99 cents!!
Luckily I still have 3 or 4 of those coupons :)

    • Barbara says:

I still had a peelie for $5 off when you buy 1 Schick Hydro razor and Schick or Edge shave cream. The Edge shave cream is $2.79 + razor $8.99 = $11.78 – $5.00 Q = $6.78 – $6.00 RR. .78 for razor & cream! Check to see if you still have any of these. I had 2.

    • Shannon says:

      Joy (or anyone else!),

Do you happen to know what paper those $2 coupons were in?
