Is anyone else having a problem printing from the smartsource site? I used to be able to and now it wont let me saying something about my security software but ihad my friend check out my computer and he said he thinks its the site.

  4. Destiny says:

I think I am blind because I dont see the in-add coupon for 2.99 anywhere??

  5. amy says:

Please enlighten me – I am just getting into this crazy couponing – I wanted to take advantage of the A&H deal – but I was only able to print 2 coupons. How are you able to print/get more so you can stock up on this deal.

    • Tracy says:

You may only print two per computer. If you have access to another computer (friends, relatives, etc) you can print two there also. Sometimes the coupons “reset”. This means after a period of time you may print two more from the same computer.

I’m a manager at Walgreens. You can use a register reward to purchase products, no problem. You can buy a product and receive a RR, you can turn around and buy the same product and use that register reward however, the computer will not give you ANOTHER RR for that product. Also you can use a RR + manf. coupon + in-store coupon but the number of manf coupons CANNOT EXCEED the number of items you purchase. RR ARE manf coupons. Hope this helps. I would like you to remember that those are the rules set by the companies that are sponsoring the RR. They have a 1 per customer rule also that is also printed in the ad. We have no control over the settings in the checkout registers. Have a great day.

Thanks ladies & Manager. I feel like I understand Walgreens policy–which is why I questioned the cashier saying she would refuse to give me the RR the Schick would generate. I felt frustrated because the store manager kept saying “that is corporate policy” not “store policy”. Can a store manager refuse to honor the corporate coupon policy? The Asst. Manager is great and most of the cashiers are too so I am going to try and avoid this Store Manager. On one of my previous visits a cashier told me that their Store Manager doesn’t like the customers who use the coupons. I respect that he personally feels that way, but can he change/not honor corporate coupon policy?

  7. Shelley says:

Seems to me, if you can use RR like cash, that keeping you RR would be illegal…the cashier would be stealing from you!

  8. Ernestina says:

it wouldn’t let me print the qs from my comp but it let me from my fiance’s. I had printed it twice last time before the qs were no longer available.

  9. kriszta says:

my walgreens didn’t have the HE. :(
i got one regular for my mother in law. surprise :)

  10. It worked for me $1.25 off of 1. Yes they do have an HE version. I am hoping that it is included in the sale because I have a new HE wash machine being delivered in the morning.

Got this deal at Walgreens tonight, a little frustating for my first time with so many coupons!! And the people at Walgreens are not very coupon friendly:( I had a additional coupon of $1/2 Arm & Hammer so I could’ve got them for $1.24 each. But the computer beeped and the cashier wouldn’t let me use them…I’ll try Rite Aid tomorrow the ladies there are so much nicer anyway:)

    • alyssa says:

If you had the 1.25 off and then an additional $1/2 manufacture Q they were correct. You can’t use 2 manufacture Q’s on top of another one.

Ladies help me out here–I just had an upsetting experience at my So Cal Walgreens. I bought the A&H detergent and Colgate, triggering a RR. I then walked around the store looking at clearance and sale items. I went back to the register to buy 2 packages of Dove Bliss (MQ and WQ) and one Schick Hydro (to trigger the $6 RR). I had 2 coupons for the Dove and got out a $3 RR. The sales clerk said if I used the RR on this purchase then she would not give me the $6 RR the Schick would generate. She said that the store manager said they would not give customers RRs generated by the purchase if they used a RR for the purchase. I pulled out my copy of the Walgreens Coupon Policy and she called the manager over. He studied all of my coupons and said that he’d give me the $6 RR for the Schick but that people are “taking advantage” of the coupons and RRs and “using the RR in a way that Walgreens doesn’t intend.” He said that customers are even buying low price items in order to use the RRs with their purchase. I was getting frustrated because I explained that the Walgreens coupon policy allows for the stacking and RRs. He just kept stating that people are abusing the policy. I gave up trying to explain the policy because he told the cashier that he’d “allow” me to use the $3 RR and have the $6 RR from the Schick purchase. I really like this store, because it is big and well stocked and I have a good relationship with the cashiers and asst. managers. Has anyone else come across this attitude? How have you handled it? I think it’s a matter of not understanding the process and maybe frustration that customers are walking away with free items??? Does it make it harder for the Walgreens cashiers to balance their registers at the end of the night (ie, is it a hassle they don’t want to deal with?). Any thoughts on how to better handle these situations would be appreciated.

    • Ernestina says:

I stopped going to walgreens because they argue too much.

    • Paula says:

I’ve had the same issue at the two stores closest to my house… one will only accept 4 coupons TOTAL no matter what you get and they other won’t accept any double coupons… it’s blatantly against their coupon policy… the only thing you can do is call corporate and get them involved… it’s completely ridiculous!

      • Tracy says:

I think it depends on the store. My So Cal Walgreens is wonderful, although I have to drive a bit to get there. My Rite-Aid which is 1/2 mile away, not so much. In fact I now only go to the Rite Aid on the other side of town on my school carpool days because they are much nicer.

  13. Stacey says:

I remember when I thought $5 was a good deal for this stuff!!! HAHAHAHAHAAAAAA! (I laugh to keep myself from crying over my wasted money!)

  14. Kalia says:

Took advantage of this deal today, it worked great and there was plenty of detergent on the shelves, guess no one noticed this deal in my area.

  15. ERica says:

    so excited about this sale!

  16. kendra says:

    not working for me :(

  17. ElegantBlooms says:

Anyone know if Arm & Hammer has a HE version, and does this work for it?

    • Helen says:

Yes. The ones I got for sensitive skin are HE version.

    • Brittany D. says:

Yes, there is the Arm & Hammer for sensitive skin, that is free of dyes and perfumes and is HE. I bought 2 this week at Rite Aid.

  18. Cathy says:

If you have more than 1 comp. in your house , print from other computers.

  19. Jamie says:

It won’t print for me either! I would have loved to grabbed this deal!

  20. Ashley S says:

Yay I got it! Now to hope my RA actually has it in stock…..

  21. Sarah says:

Bonus, I got these the other day at Rite Aid and they had peelies with 4 coupons for $1 off other Arm & Hammer products. Yay!

  22. kris says:

    not reset for me either…

  23. Michelle says:

    I got it but it’s $1.00 off 2 using 90210.

  24. Cindi says:

said i printed the max times. doesn’t appear to be reset.

  25. Kim says:

The coupon did not reset for me. Has anyone else been able to print this again?

  26. malou says:

I went to Kmart yesterday and their Arm & Hammer laundry detergent were on sale for $4 and I used the $1.25 coupon which double to $2.50. A $1.50 per bottle not too shabby! Although, I did have to spend $25 to get the deal.

  27. Kate says:

At Safeway this week: Arm & Hammer 35-44 load laundry detergent is 3/$9 when you buy 3 or more. So with this coupon it makes them $1.75 each!

    • Helen says:

Thank you for the heads up. I went to my safeway and used a doubler on top of the MQ, making them 1.25 each.

  28. b says:

    It wouldn’t reprint for me!

  29. Lori says:

not working for me… oh well.

  30. ~Free!~ says:

These wont print for me. Darn. Such a good deal to miss out on.

  31. Tracy says:

It didn’t work for me. It said I already printed the maximum amount.

    • Tracy says:

I printed some at our office, but the price at Rite-aid in Ca was $6.99 each. I will just have to wait for another sale.

  32. Megan says:

If you buy this at Wegmans in Pa, you will only have to pay 0.75. THey normally are 1.99 for 50 oz.
