My RA in Ny had a bonus pack with 36 hair elastics that rang up 1.99 with a 1.99 up+ !!

I went to my RiteAid (Maryland) today for this and bought the girl head wrap 5-pack , but no RR printed. I went home and checked my 4/3 RiteAid flier and apparently its only the scunci elastics that you get the $1.99 UP on.

My total had been $15.49 and I used a $3 off $15, a $5 UP, and a $1 rebate. Does anyone know if I’d be allowed to return the head wraps (so I can buy the elastics instead)- or would that be a problem because of all the rewards i used? Would they let me exchange them for the elastics (same price) but be able to produce the $1.99 UP?

I don’t want to cause the cashiers a nightmare, but I bought them to throw in my little sisters easter basket, and I’d rather have the free ones than have spent the $1.99.

my rite aid had 18ct scruncie elastic poneytail holders for $1.99 on sale and got the $1.99 uprewards. They were regular 3.99.

I saw on a blog 4/3 that the ups are no longer good for the scunchies. Anyone know about this yet?

I went to my rite aid today they had 2 of the little girls head wraps 2.29 used my 10% off and the ups did print for me got back 4 dollar ups total

my rite aid has them on sale starting 4/3/11…for 1.99 with 1.99 up reward.

I live in San Diego County our ad begins on Fridays.I got 2 Scunci Elastic hair Bands for $1.99 got back 2/$1.99 and 2/$2.00 in RR so it’s free. Limit 2 offer per household.

Got the 2.99 value pack yesterday (elastics, head bands & little clips) and it did not produce an UP. Read on another blog that others are also saying the value pack doesn’t produce UPs.

thanks for showing me tips

i like you showtng me how to save on products

Went today but it did NOT print a up reward.

I asked at my RiteAid in West Virginia, but they said this was not a special or it would have been marked on the shelves. I’ll check back Sunday.

I bought a “Scunci Girl” set of 5 colorful headbands for $1.75 ($2.19 – 20% Wellness discount) and then rolled the $2 +UPs for that, to a $2.99 package of 10 rubberized elastics. Tha packages read, “New Tech” These were on an island in cosmetics, and rang up at $3.99, but the display board read $2.99. They adjusted the price, I paid $2.39 (after Wellness discount) and received a 2nd $2 +UPs. This was in North OC, CA

I went to my riteaid today and bought one however it did NOT produce the UP reward.

I Did my Rite Aid shopping yesterday and got about 25 Scunci products off the clearence – they were all .25 or less. (I didn’t know about the RR – bummer) But they also had coloring books for .25 and 4 packs of chapstick for .25. I was able to stock up enough to do easter baskets for my daughters and nieces – starting to work on Stocking stuffers now.

I just got mine, it is printing up rewards when purchasing I got two @2.42 each paid 5.22 total (tax) and got (2) 2.00 +up rewards at botton. They are regular 2.69 and it took a discount of .27 cents off with just using my reward card. (you automatically get 10% off when using your reward card)

I rec’d an email from RA advertising this. I went Tuesday and it was not marked on the shelves. However, the Scunci elastics and headbands I bought DID produce the plus ups. My store had a multi packs of the thin “Scunci Girls” hairbands for $1.99.
I believe the ponytail elastics are supposed to be sale next week. However I wouldn’t count on much stock if the $2 plus ups are already printing this week.

i did take several and have them price checked just in case. i guess i’ll be holding out til’ sunday. i went today because i was worried they’d sell out before the sale, but i don’t think that will be an issue in my store, now that i know there are no cheap scunci’s to start with!

This deal starts in the next ad on Sunday.

None for under $3.99 at my store.

is it confirmed that there are +up rewards on this? not advertised in weekly ad or in store. most of the scunci’s are more than $2.99 in my store as well.

Even if the price is marked 2.99, take to register and ask them. This happened to me a month or so ago at Walgreens and they were on sale even though not marked down. Doesn’t hurt to ask them. I’m going to try my store this pm.

Funny you mention that, I judt did that and Nope $5.99..

Funny you mention that, I just did that and Nope $5.99..

There are no Scunci products available at my RA for under 2.99
