Organic Apples and Stawberries are cheap at Kroger! Here is a healthy and super yummy Strawberry Salad recipe.

Strawberry Salad

1 romaine lettuce head
6 strawberries (sliced)
1/2 apple ( cubed)
1/4 c feta cheese
1/4 c Craisins
1/2 c toasted almonds

Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

1/2 c sugar
1 tsp.  salt
1/3 c white vinegar
1 c vegetable oil (I use olive oil)
1 Tbsp poppy seeds

In a large bowl add all salad ingredients.  In a small bowl; whisk sugar, salt, vinegar, oil and poppy seeds until well combined.  Toss into salad mixture and enjoy!
