It makes approx 10-12 servings depending on the size of servings. As for the crackers it is only 1 tube of ritz crackers just to sprinkle on top. I have used frozen broccoli in this, I would warm it up in a pot of water then drain and put into the mixture.

This is a family favorite at all of our Holiday Dinners! We just simply call it “Broccoli Cassarole.” It is super FAST and EASY to make and sooo tasty. Sometimes we sneak in a lil extra cheese. Hehe. The crackers are not an exact science. It’s just supposed to cover the top so that it doesn’t burn. If you’ve never tried this and you LOVE broccoli AND cheese — this is a NO BRAINER! Go for it. You won’t regret it. (:
