  1. Liz says:

So unfortunately the Publix that I use is no longer excepting target coupons! I was so bummed today when I found out! They said they are reviewing the new policy because Target in my area just recently added a grocery store and they accept Publix. However she said that most likely the only Publix’s that would accept target coupons would be the ones near the Target which is across town from me. So I guess I will have to be more diligently looking for winn-dixie and albertson’s coupons. Do you have any tips or list any other competitor coupons on your website besides target?

  2. Beth says:

KCL could you re-post the Publix ad for May 26th through June 1st. I thought you had it up yesterday, but I did not see it today.. maybe I am mistaken..Thanks for you help.. I am spoiled by you laying out the ad..Thanks again. (:

  3. Tammy says:

I’m a newbie to couponing and I have a question…lets say a store is having a BOGO Free sale on a product and you have a BOGO Free coupon on that product how would that work? Just trying to get all this straight in my mind….thanks for any help :)

    • mons says:

use your bogo coupon on the store bogo item and you`ll end up only paying the tax…you can even use a bogo store coupon and a bogo manufacturers coupon together on the same item and you will pay only tax…example : right guard body wash publix coupon buy 1 get 1 free
right guard body wash manufacturers Q buy1 get1 free
      * get two items and use two coupons…you`ll get all two items for free..or right guard on sale for buy1 get1 …use manufacturers buy1 get1 and its the same…get twi items and use the man. Q…its still free ..

  4. Tammy says:

This is the NEW Coupon Policy I found online:

Q: What is the Publix coupon policy?

A: Publix accepts manufacturers’ coupons (limit one per item), Publix coupons (originals only—no copies), valid Internet coupons, and coupons from nearby competitors identified by each Publix store. (Competitor names are posted at each Publix store.) We will accept coupons from competing pharmacies for prescriptions only. We will not accept percent-off-items or percent-off-total-order coupons. We will only accept coupons for identical merchandise we sell. Acceptance is subject to any restrictions on the coupon, and we reserve the right to limit quantities. Manager approval is needed for individual coupons above $5.00. For a buy-one-get-one free (BOGO) offer, each item is considered a separate sale. We will accept a manufacturer’s coupon and either a Publix or a competitor coupon on the same item. Dollars-off-total-order coupons will be limited to one Publix and one competitor coupon per order. The order total must be equal to or greater than the total purchase requirements indicated on the coupon(s) presented.

    In Nashville, TN

    Wishbone dressing, B1G1 at $2.89
Publix has a $1/1 Wishbone dressing coupon from paper insert 5/1 i think and $1/1 wishbone MFG coupon from 5/15.

So I only bought one ($1.44)- $2 coupons= got paid 0.55 cents, but publix overage policy is only up to .50. Should have gotten more to pay for my other groceries

Also got a bic lighter, Boca burgers, butterball turkey bacon, Breaksotne’s cottage cheese doubles (on sale but no coupons), ziploc bags and lipton tea

Whole trip: paid $14.30 and saved $17.74= 55% savings

  7. Michelle says:

If Winn Dixie is considered a competitor of your local Publix you can use their .75 off of Whiskas dry cat food coupon for the Publix B1G1 sale on the cat food. I only had 2 MQ for the Whiskas so I only got 2 bags and today I found the Winn Dixie coupons! It’ll be 1.50 a bag instead of 1.25 a bag but it’s still cheap!

  8. Nicole Siatkowski says:

  11. mons says:

  12. Kenny says:

The only Ronzoni variety included in the BOGO is Quick Cook.

BOGO for $1.39, and a $1 off of TWO Coupon = $.195 each. Not bad!

    • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

Some readers have been reporting that more varieties are included. It seems it might vary by store. That doesn’t usually happen. That’s strange.

  13. Tracy says:

I’ve used coupons in the past and I’m aspiring to be a “Krazy Lady” however can someone please explain how to read these offers? For example the one for Sargento Chesse 5-8oz $3.00$0.75/1 Sargento Natural Blends Slices (if this variety is included) from SS 4/10,Final Price $1.50. I’m not understanding how you come up with the final price. They are 2/$6.00 so,1/$3.00 and the .75 off coupon from SS makes it $2.25 not $1.50. This isn’t the only one that I can get the math to come out. I must be missing something, can someone please explain. Oh wait I think I have it… I’m in Florida and Publix doesn’t double coupons here. However we do have a Harris Teeters which during certain times will triple coupons up to .99.

    • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

You’re right. I was thinking that was part of the B1G1 sale. Oops. Thanks for pointing it out. I’ll fix it.

  14. The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

    Yes you could :)

  15. christina says:

    Question about scenario:
Today at Publix I saw Dr. Pepper was BOGO at $4.89 for a 12-pack. There is also a coupon from the Advantage flyer for $2.00 off 3 12-packs of Dr. Pepper. So could I buy 4, get 2 of them free, and get $2.00 off, making it $7.78 for 4 12-packs??? I hope so, because I’m kind of addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper.

  16. Monique says:

@ Kristin- There are dentastix mfr coupons online and if you go into publix, they have a small “who loves you” book with another coupon as well so you can stack them. Regarding the wishbone- publix also has in store coupons for this. In addition I saw a preview of Sunday inserts and there are supossed to be Wishbone coupons in there 5-22-11. Hope that helps.

    • christina says:

You can also just print out the coupon from the Publix website. My publix did not have the ‘Who loves you’ book (they never seem to have any of the special circulars), but they took my printed coupon today.

  17. Sherry says:

How can we get the BOGO Wishbone free if it’s over $2 for 2?

    • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

  18. Sara says:

KCL, when you get the updated policy on the site. Do you mind breaking it down a little. I am confused one change.
“We will not accept more than 1 Competitor coupon per order.” So is that 1 competitor coupon for like item per transaction or for 1 competitor coupon for the entire transaction.
Also do you know when you might have the new policy up on the site?

    Thanks for your time.

    • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

I emailed Publix so I can get an official policy from them. I’ll post it as soon as they respond.

      • Diana says:

KCL, I saw on the policy that they don’t accept printable coupons, but at my store they said they do. I’m in Nashville, TN

    • mons says:

hi sara…my publix here have a new coupon policy and the competitor coupon they are talking about is on one item u can use one manufacturer and one competitor or publix coupon..when u have check out coupon like winndixie`s 5 off for 30 dollars entire purchase…u can use that with the publix entire purchase off coupon as long as they have the same amount like u purchase 55 dollars check out and u use 1 winndixie 5off of 30 and one publix 5off of 50 purchase…

  19. RoseyDisposition says:

anyone having a problem using the tostitos dip $1/1 coupon? I noticed it says 1 per customer

  20. Kenny says:

Ok, now that I can read the ad, based on the exclusions you can still get Ronzoni Quick Cook, and Smart Taste. The best coupon I’ve seen is $1.00 off Two. So, the only question is what is the price and how good of a deal will it be.

If it’s $1.50, then they will be $.25 a box. Pretty good.

    • T.Brooks says:

I got mine for about $.20 a box here in Atlanta… they were $1.39 BOGO. Either way I think that $.20 or $.25 a box for 4 box is great!!

      • mons says:

i paid 1.89 for 10 boxes of quickcook here in florida…not really bad its just like buying 1 box if its not on sale.

  21. KC says:

The Publix in Lake Mary, FL has just updated their coupon policy…they now accept competitor coupons from Albertsons, Target, The Fresh Market, Whole Foods Market, and Winn-Dixie

  22. Meghan says:

Chinet also has a coupon on their website; if you join their club, they will e-mail you a $1/1 Chinet item. Pairing this with the BOGO napkin deal at Publix makes it almost free!

  23. Sherry says:

The Kellogg’s official website has coupons, including one for $1/2 Rice Krispies and Cocoa Krispies

  24. Sherry says:

The Kellogg’s site (http://www2.kelloggs.com/Coupon.aspx) has coupons to print out for $1/2 boxes of Rice Krispies.

  25. Melisa says:

I was in Publix today in Chalkville, Alabama and the Wishbone coupons were on a display at the front entrance. Also, the $1 coupon on the Dentastix were on another display in the “Who loves you” pet coupon book. I was able to use both the manufacturer’s coupon and the Publix coupon on EACH Dentastix. My dogs think I ROCK! Good luck with the bargain hunting!

  26. Sarah D says:

    on the

Bounty Paper Towels, 6 rolls $6.99
$0.25/1 Bounty Towels or napkins from P&G 5/1
    Final Price: $6.49

I have a coupon from target that expires 6/30/2011 I cant remember where I got it from but its for $1.00 off… making this a better deal at #5.99! :)

  27. Amanda says:

A friend of mine has worked for Publix in Florida and now works at the one in Valdosta, Ga. She told me that in Florida, you have to buy 2 to get the B1G1 price. Here in Valdosta, any product marked B1G1 is actually just reduced 50% off! So if you only have 1 coupon for $/1, you don’t have to take the hit on full price of the 2nd item. (That make sense?) So, for instance, I have 1 coupon for A1, so I can still get 1 for $1.52 (or whatever it is) without having to buy 2! Check with your local Publix to be sure how they handle this policy! :)

Unfortunately, that hurts anyone trying to use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale, because they will only remove the half cost off for the coupon, meaning you only really save 75% on the two items, rather than both free.

  28. Kat says:

The wishbone coupons are gone. The links don’t work.

    Thanks!

  29. These are great deals and coupons. Thanks so much.

  30. kristin says:

Allison- How did you get an overage on the dog treats? It says they are BOGO at $3, but your coupons would be only $2 off. Are you able to use the 2 coupons on EACH of the BOGO items, which would result in $1 overage?

    Thanks!
    Kristin

    • Sherry says:

At Publix, you can use coupons on the BO and the GO of BOGO sales. So if you have $1/1 store and $1/1 mfr for each one, it’s $4 off $3 BOGO, or $0.50 an item overage to be used on other items.

  31. Anna says:

So I went to Publix and purchase 20 of the Kraft Homestyle Mac and Cheese, they only had 14 BUT they were BOGO PLUS they gave me raincheck to go back and get 6 more and they will still accept my coupon even though it expires on the 17th. The best part… with my 1.00 off coupon they were only .33 each!!!

  32. Beth says:

cant print any wishbone coupons, and the one on the link says it is expired. Oh well, like Kraft better anyway, and it is onsale locally at our food world! Who doubles!

  33. Beth says:

Walmart has Rozoni on roll back for $1.50 so you may want to try there if publix is only allowing 1 type of the brand for their sale.

  34. Amber says:

I have a question, the lipton tea bag deal with coupon. How did you get the final price? $2.65 time 2 (have to buy 2 to get 1.00 off) that would be $$5.30 get a $1.00 off right? I am still trying to learn how this works. Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me….

    • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

Lipton Family Size Tea Bags, 24 ct $2.65
$1.00/2 – Lipton Tea Items, Loose Leaf, Teabags or Mix, Excludes Single-Serve Item, Target Coupon – (target.com)
Final Price: $0.83 each when you buy 2

My math was off. This is how it should be:
These are in the B1G1 free sale. Buy 2 for a total of $2.65-$1.00/2 coupon = $1.65 for 2 or $0.83 each.

  35. Jon says:

Ore-Ida Steam and Mash Potatoes are $3.99 BOGO free at Publix 05/19-05/25. Print $1 off coupon at mashdestruction.com to make them about $1 each!

    • T.Brooks says:

Good catch on the Steam n’ Mash potatoes… I love them but I never buy them unless I can catch them on sale – and this is a good one!! You can’t beat $.99/bag (unless it’s free, but I don’t expect that!) Thx.

  36. Claire says:

Ore-Ida Steam n’ Mash Potatoes are $3.99 BOGO Free at Publix 05/19-05/29. There is a coupon for $1 off at http://www.mashdestruction.com. Making these about $1 each!

    • Kelsey says:

Claire, did you click on something to get to the coupon? I can’t find it on the website you give.

  37. Claire says:

Just wanted to let everyone know the Ronzoni pasta sale at Publix does not include Lasagna, Jumbo Shells, Manicotti, HEALTHY HARVEST or GARDEN DELIGHT. The bolded products are what the coupons out there are for, and if SMART TASTE is more than $1.39, its not included in the sale either.

  38. Katie says:

Ronzoni quick cook, garden delight, and smart taste are NOT included in the sale, only regular ronzoni pasta.

  39. BEV says:

MY PUBLIX HERE IN GAINESVILLE,FL ONLY LISTS 4 OTHER GROCERY STORES AS COMPETITORS. TARGET AND WALMART ARE NOT CONSIDERED COMPETITORS. THE TARGET IS A PFRESH AND THE WALMART IS A SUPERCENTER AND BOTH HAVE GROCERIES, BUT ONLY ALBERTSONS,FOOD LION,SWEETBAY AND WINN-DIXIE ARE COMPETITORS. IN ONE CASE THE TARGET IS NEXT DOOR TO THE PUBLIX. SIGH. I’M GOING TO WRITE PUBLIS. THIS IS A HUGE MISTAKE AS I WILL NOW SHOP TARGET FOR A LOT MORE STUFF.

  40. mons says:

    • Laney says:

Here’s another link to the Wishbone coupon that don’t expire until the 29th. Hope this helps!
      http://greatdealsongreatmeals.com/deals

    • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

Thanks for pointing out the Wishbone, I didn’t notice that.
It sounds like with your coupon you would have to buy 3 of any combination of those items to use it.
For the Dentastix, you could use the B2G1 coupon and 2 $1.00/1 coupons. The B2G1 is off of the free item and the $1.00/1 coupons are off the paid items.

  41. Kenny says:

    RONZONI –

I was able to get a $1 off ONE of Garden Delights by entering the sweepstakes on their Facebook page.

  42. Lisa says:

I don’t know if it is corporate-wide or just in my region (Atlanta), but the manager at one of our local Publixes said that they are going to change their policy on who is going to be considered a competitor soon. the new policy is going to state that another store is only considered a competitor if it is within a 2-mile radius. This doesn’t effect me too much since our Publix doesn’t consider hardly any store a competitor, but thought I’d let everyone know :o)

    • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

That is corporate wide. They will be posting in each store what stores they consider to be their competitors.

  43. Kenny says:

RONZONI – I don’t see either the .75 or $1 off ONE Ronzoni on any of those sites. Only $1 off of TWO.

    Anyone else finding the same?

  44. Alison says:

Not the most exciting ad in the world but I got a few good deals. My FAV was Pedigree Dentastix. I used $1/1 MfgQ and $1/1 Publix Q on each pack and had an overage of $.50 per item. I bought two onions, two cucumbers, and two pints of Stawberries with my overage.

My cashier and manager did say that beginning next week they are going to start enforcing the “one Publix coupon per customer” rule which would make my deal a little harder. However, the next words out of the manager’s mouth was..just get back in line and do it again. I have a great store and I am thankful for them.

This is the only “change” in the new policy at this store (Tuscaloosa, AL). It will really only effect my shopping scenarios when I have a $/2 mfg Q. You cannot split this into two transaction so I can see several dollars being added to the way I shop now. But I am NOT complaining becuase I am thankful for the opportunity to buy so much for my family as such wonderful savings!

    Happy Shopping Everyone!

Allison- How did you get an overage on the dog treats? It says they are BOGO at $3, but your coupons would be only $2 off. Are you able to use the 2 coupons on EACH of the BOGO items, which would result in $1 overage?

Also where/when did you get the Publix Q’s for the treats?

      Thanks!
      Kristin

      • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

On a B1G1 deal, you can use coupons for each item. So if she had Publix coupons and manufactures couopns, she could use 1 of each on both items. $3.00-$2.00 publix coupons-$2.00 manufactures coupons = $1.00 overage.

      • Claire says:

Kristin, after searching 4 different publix for the Pet Coupon booklet, I found it online at Publix.com. When you search their weekly circular, just scroll down to “pets” and you can print the $1 off coupon for the Dentastix.

      • kristin says:

Thanks so much for the explanations and where to find the publix coupons, my pups will be happy campers!!

  45. On the Chinet, if you go to http://www.mychinet.com/ and sign up, you can get a $1/1 coupon (hit “back” and print a second). This makes the napkins $0.15 for two.

  46. Kenny says:

Pretty sure the Blue Diamond almonds would be $1.10 each, not $.60. Still a good deal though, but I’m psyched about the Ronzoni Pasta!!

  47. Yanell says:

I hope the $1.99 for Kellogg’s cereal isnt limited to just Fruit Loops/Rice Krispies/Fun pa/Smores/Cinnabon, because I have a Publix coupon for a Free Gallon of milk with the purchase of 3 Kellogg’s Frosted flakes, corn pops or apple jacks. Aghh!!

  48. Angela says:

Okay,I say you on Nate the other day and thought I would look you up. I am a very busy mom of three kids. Two boys of and an infant girl who is seven months. I just started watching extreme couponing and would love to know how to do so but I have ADHD and am horrible at math, LOL. But I do have one question, can you use two coupons on one product, for examle I have one two dollar coupon for huggies and another 1.50 can I use both for one product or do I have to buy two packs. Thanks so much Angela Deitrick Williamsport P.

    • Ali says:

I just went to Target with 2 different manufacturers coupons. One was for $2/1 and the other was $5/1 Enfamil formula. I saved $7 on my son’s formula!

    • Ali says:

I think the rule is, that you can’t use the same coupon more than once on one product. Right? I’m still a newbie myself!

      • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

        Ali,
You can only use 1 coupon per item. If your coupon says a $ amount off of 1, you buy 1 of the product and use 1 coupon. If you wanted to buy more than 1, you would have to have more coupons. If the coupons is for a $ amount off of 2, you have to buy 2 of the product and can only use that 1 coupon.

    • The Krazy Coupon Lady says:

You would have to buy 2 packs. You can use 1 manufactures coupon and 1 store coupon per item. Both of the one’s you have are manufactures coupons. Your coupon will say either manufactures coupon or store coupon on it.

    • You would need to purchase two items in order to use both coupons.
