You can also add the $1 off any non prescription purchase from the video value coupon. The store really paid me even before the up rewards for the Zantac!!! I had a $5/1 $2/1 /$1/1 all 4 that I bought, $7.99-$8.00 off +$2 up rewards.

  4. Andrea says:

it sounds like everyone is having trouble one way or another with this deal…i too went to print the $2 RA coupon and it only printed half of it and then i couldn’t print it again…however, Target has a $2 Zantac coupon as well and they are on price cut at my Target for $7.21!!!! got 2 boxes for $.42 :-) less hassle and worry even though i was bummed about the MM deal…

  5. sam says:

both my rite aids were out of zantac but my target had it on sale for 7.51, I used the 5.00 manufacturer coupon and stacked it with the 2.00 target coupon and got it for 21 cents and used my target debit and got an additional 5% off, every bit helps. :-)
No up rewards but still a great deal.

I am a little new to couponing and I am a little confused by this deal. I was under the impression that you could only use one manufacturer coupon stacked with a store coupon. All of these, except the up reward appear to be manufacturer coupons. Could someone explain this to me please?

You can use 1 manuf coupon, 1 video value coupon, and depending on the coding another store coupon. Video Value coupons are coded RC49 (you’ll see this letter/number combo on the bottom of a coupon) and some Rite Aid coupons are RC48. If they are different you can use them all on an item.

I had a problem printing the $2.00 Zantac video value coupon, have been trying to contact customer service since Sunday, issue still not resolved. I would like to use this coupon this week……hate having to wait to go shopping because I still haven’t heard back from customer service. I have emailed, called, and even tried to use the chat option

I was able to get an even better deal, b/c there was a $2 Rite Aid specific coupon on my box. So I was able to get it as a $3.01 MM!

  17. Jamiemariah says:

Has anyone ever gotten a partial print of a coupon using the smart source applet? I get a print that just says Save $5.00 and a faint watermark behind it, but I do not get the complete coupon to print!

I’ve had problems with the video coupons because they say “manufacturer’s coupon” so they won’t let me use another “manufacturer’s coupon”. Anyone else have this happen.

    • Emily Sullivan says:

Never had a problem at any Rite Aids in Idaho, I definitely use Video Values + Manufacturers Q all the time.

I cannot even see the coupon for $5 off…is there a trick? I tried the coupons and sp. offers, but nothing happens…..Thx!

  21. Corina says:

I can’t get $5 manu coupon says I already printed it. I guess it hasn’t reset since that deal I got in April. :(

  22. lucsmom says:

can you use the coupon in the Walgreens June book with a manufacturers coupon?

  24. Specialknetics says:

I am confused as to how you can do moneymakers at Rite Aid. I am reading their policy and it says.. “In the event that any item’s selling price is less than the value of the coupon, Rite Aid will accept the coupon in exchange for the selling price of the item. Coupon redemption can never exceed the selling price of an item and no cash back is allowed.” So obviously no cash back, but does this mean it won’t even go toward your next purchase? Someone please explain this to me! Or does this cancel out because it’s multiple coupons and not just “one”?

  25. Addict_of_brian1 says:

I just got home from rite-aid and the zantac had $2 RITE-AID peelies on the boxes. Combined those with the $5 off coupon =)

  26. Jesswins123 says:

My Rite Aid will not allow me to use an Ad Perk with a manufactures coupon. They said that they are no longer able to accept two coupons for one product.

    • Debbs Seattle says:

Print out your RA Q policy, and take it with you for your purchase. If the cashier cannot approve, then ask for a manager. If a manager still gives you that answer, then call corporate and provide the store number, manager name and have them deal with it.

  27. Sonialps07 says:

can you buy 2 use 1 of the video value and 2 man. coupons + a 3/15 survey coupon? this would make it free and $4.00 money maker

    • Debbs Seattle says:

If your basket total is $15, then you may apply a $3/$15 RA store Q toward the purchase.

This is a bummer for me, I actually use Zantac but smartsource doesn’t allow me to print their coupons with any of my browsers.

Picked two boxes today for 99 cents each (two transactions)……Used $5 manufacturer’s coupon and $2 Rite Aid video coupon for the first one…paid 99 cents and got 2UP Reward…

    Transaction 2: Used $5 manufacturer’s coupons and 2UP Reward…paid 99 cents and received another 2UP Reward!

  33. Solisfarms says:

I can’t get the $5 coupon to print for the life of me. Tried on both our pc.s I use it all the time so I’m pretty sure it’s not me ;) Will let you know how that turns out.

    • bryfreeman says:

I just printed both coupons, without incident. Not sure what could be causing you trouble.

    • Emily Sullivan says:

I tried printing the $5 Q yesterday, and Smartsource said I violated some something or another and said I can’t print smartsource coupons until I contact them. WEIRD! The only thing I can think of that I did was flip over to another window while it was getting ready to print… maybe they have something like the Video Values where you can’t take focus off the window.

  34. Jess says:

I don’t have the coupons from SS, but to get it for .99 is still a great deal to me! Thanks for posting!!!

  35. Jorjorsmom says:

How do you use the four coupons on one?

    • Debbs Seattle says:

Unless I am not reading correctly, they used 3. At RA you may use a mfg Q, a RA “48″ code an another RA “49″ coded coupon, so 3 total, per item.

  36. sarah82 says:

I used the $5.00 manu. coupon, adperk for $2.00 and the box I bought has a Rite Aid peelie coupon on it! I was able to use all three together! I didn’t pay anything out of pocket and made $2 ups!

  37. Laurenmhutchings says:

The $2.00/1 coupon is a Rite-Aid adperk coupon and can be used with a manufacturer’s coupon. I do it all the time.

  38. Amber says:

the $5 and the $2 coupon both say manufactors coupon. Are you sure you can use both?

    • Anonymous says:

The adperk/video value coupons are Rite Aid coupons. If you look at the bottom of the coupon, when you print it, it is coded with RC49. That is Rite Aid’s own coding system. Yes, you can combine both.

      • Teameze says:

How do you use the Rite Aid video coupon link to find and print off a coupon via a video. First time using that site.
        Thank you…

        • chris says:

Go to the site, regester yourself and watch the videos you want coupons for. Then, under the “all rewards” tab, your coupons will show up as you watch them. Select the ones you want to print and click the “print coupon” button. It is like getting coupons for watching commercials, so I treat them like that, I watch them while i’m watching tv. Just remember that up to 6 coupons will print per sheet, so if you are going to use them, or think you will, print in quantaties of 6.

      • Amber says:

but it says right on there, cannot be combined with any other coupons.

        • Athena says:

If you are still doubting and keep questioning something you think is incorrect, don’t do it and stop trying to argue. Please read the Rite Aid coupon policy through and you will see that KCL is correct in using both coupons despite the wording on the coupon.

          • Amber says:

I don’t mean to be rude or doubt. I was just asking to make sure. This would be my first time trying this out. My goodness, I thought this place was for asking questions to get help.

        • Emily Sullivan says:

Sometimes I wonder if a deal will work too Amber, but their computers are (usually) programmed to accept coupons it can, and reject coupons it doesn’t deem correct. Not a big deal, right? They can just remove the item from your transaction if you don’t want it without all the coupons you thought you could use on it,. The folks on the website are always great at reporting things you can do or at least try. :)

Thank you so much. I’ve now understand the ad perks! Wow this is fantastic!

      • J Saver says:

I had a huge problem with this today. I was told by the cashier that the video value coupon was a manufactuers coupon and could not be combined with the actual manufactuers coupon. Even after asking her manager, I was told she was going to loose her job and could not afford to loose her job over $2. I explained it was in the coupon policy and she said that Rite Aid was cracking down on all the misuse of coupons that customers were doing. I explained that I was doing nothing wrong and we could contact the corporate office if she liked. She asked why I cared so much because I wasn’t paying for it anyway, that I was basically stealing. This is not the first time I ran into this at RiteAid. I think it has become a training issue with RiteAid.

The worst thing was the way I was treated. I would never expect to be told that I was going to get her fired and I was basically stealing. I work retail and this is not acceptable for an employee to speak to a customer that way. I know this is a common complaint from many couponers but i have never been treated that way, Sorry for the rant.

      • Athena says:

I would call or email customer service. I’ve had this issue before with cashiers who just had no knowledge of the policy. Luckily the manager was right there and said they did accept up to 3 even though they said “manufacturer’s coupon”.
