I’m not positive if this item qualifies for the $10.00 RR.

tried to get a free crest deep clean last week too, but the stores in Eugene and Redmond area are all out!

  4. This coupon has no size restriction I used it at Target and got a trial size and got a $1.03 moneymaker! Wish I got more inserts but OH WELL. My target always gives me overage to pay for my other purchases yippeee

This same coupon can be used at CVS to purchase the 2.7 oz. of Crest Complete toothpaste. I found this unadvertised deal at CVS the other day. This toothpaste is on sale for $ 2.37 with a $ 2.00 extra buck reward. Using the $2.00 of any 1 or more of the following……crest, rinse or floss, you can buy this toothpaste for $ 0 .37 and still receive the $2.00 xtra bucks. An awesome deal!!!!!

I looked through my inserts and wasn’t able to find this coupon. Does anyone know what page excatly it came off of?

This was a regional coupon. It is possible you did not receive it.

mine was in the SS that says Diabetes Smart, on the inside cover. It was a whole page dedicated to Crest, and it was the only coupon on that page.

  8. I would just like to be able to find the right toothpaste in stock. I have been to 5 Walgreens in my area and none have had the toothpaste/toothbrushes or rinse that is on special. I will try later in the week but I was told you cant get the REgister rewards with a raincheck. =(

What did you mean by limit one through 8/17? Because it’s already 9/13

  10. Question (sorry, I’m new to couponing)…If I had to do two separate transactions due to the wording on the coupon ($2 off when you buy 1 or more), do I still receive the register rewards even though the purchasing of the two items were made separately?

  11. Your post says good through 8/17. Is it safe to say you meant 9/17?

Thank you for sharing this! I just got done clipping my coupons and didn’t clip this one out. After reading this, I immediately clipped them! *loves*

  16. Doug Fowler says:

Where are you at that you got this coupon? I got 2 different SS this week, and neither one had this coupon

this deal would be awesome if walgreens actually had the products in stock! i think i”ll wait till rite aid has a great deal. tired of wasting time going to walgreens just to find out they dont have any stock!!!!!!!!!

  18. Just went to CVS and used 2 of the $2/1 scope toothpaste. Paid 98 cents and got $4 in ECB.

  19. Has anyone else been told by their Walgreens that if you use a coupon on an item then you wont get the register rewards? I was told that the last time I shopped and tried to do the Huggies deal (bought Huggies used a $3/1 coupon and was supposed to get back a $2 RR but it didnt print). I was told they are making changes and that the manufacturer wont give you the register reward if you are using a coupon on the item! I’m in Florida.

    • That was one excuse the mgr tried to tell me. I calmly told her, “My coupons are from the manufacturer, which is reimbursed. The RRs are a store offer, which is a discount toward another transaction/visit.” As long as you purchase the quantity and type of the item(s) to qualify for the RR, it doesn’t matter if you use mfr coupons in addition.

show them their own ad which encourages the use of coupons with RR. The Airwick in the ad this week is a good example. IT shows the sale price, then minus the RR and the manufacturer coupon for a final price of $.99/each.

      • Anonymous says:

I got the airwicks for $4.77 minus $4.00 coupons == .77 cents each at wal-mart they had the refill in the gadget machine, Ended up getting 13 after i got 9 at walgreens using rr and coupons the day before paying $2.99 including a 36 cent filler.

Mine has never told me that before, but they have been warning customers that they may not GET RRs if they USE RRs in a transaction, regardless of whether or not the items bought are from a different company… and they said they will not manually print them or give cash back in these cases, either. For example, I once bought Pringles and received RRs for the purchase. I then used those P&G RRs from the Pringles on Dove body wash (Dove is by Unilever). I did not receive my RRs for the Dove, and I asked why they did not print. The manager came and printed them manually that time, but he said they will not do it again, and they have been warning that this may happen regardless of manufacturing companies. This makes it very difficult to roll RRs at Walgreens. :-( Therefore, I try to use my RRs for other purchases, like extra Sunday papers or great deals that will not receive a RR… I have also been told by cashiers that they are doing this because the store is losing money, but since I don’t understand the RRs too well, I cannot really make a valid argument. :) Some say RRs are an extra store promotion (in which case, it would be coming out of their pocket) but they CONSIDER them a MANUFACTURER coupon (in which case, they would be reimbursed)… too confusing :)

They are wrong and need to be educated. Even my weekly ads state a product is a certain price, minus a coupon from the Sunday paper makes it another price, and you get back RR’s…. I hope that makes sense.

  20. Isn’t it a $2 MM if you’re only paying $1, but getting back $3 RR? I had a horrible experience at Wags Sun. night and of course they were out of the toothpaste and toothbrushes (still haven’t found them at 4 other locations). I had 3 separate transactions to be able to redeem certain rewards without a problem occurring. If the problem wasn’t with the register accepting a valid coupon, it was because things were not ringing up as advertised, especially the Gatorade performance trio offer. After the manager had to come over 3-4 times to void/fix something, she was giving ME an attitude. I won’t vent out any more of the details, but I did finally get a $3 RR back IN CASH. It helps to be calm, persistent, and patient.
Thanks for mentioning the offer at CVS; totally overlooked it! I may just have to swing over there! :) I <3 CVS.

So when you get a RR coupon after checkout, is it for the same item you just purchased or is it for something else in the store to use on your next purchase?

  23. Lizrox! says:

You can use them for each item. I did it this weekend. I got the toothbrushes.

  24. Beth Anderson says:

FYI, I found a small 2.7 oz tube of the Crest Complete at CVS, for $2.50; Bought two, used two of the $2.00 off coupons you are talking about here. Paid $1 total, and then got $4.00 back in ECB.

  25. I got the coupon too, I was excited to see it, but yes with the wording I am wondering if you can only use 1 at a time.

  26. Anonymous says:

I used this yesterday. I bought two Crest, used two $2/1 coupons and my total was $1.44 with tax, got back a $3RR, so $1.56 MM for me! :) And no problems, beeps or anything.

  27. Kelsey House says:

i wish i would have known about this before i use my coupon! haha
but i did use it on a clearance item of crest plus it had a sample product and coupons attached all for 2.17
    got it for 17 cents!

What about the limit 1 through 08/17 – would this be to late.

  29. I found a deal too since I could not find this at any Walgreen, all were sold out, i went to CVS they have the smaller size for 2.37 each with 2.00 register reward, so you pay after taxes 1.02 and get back a 4.00 reward if you purchase 2, which is the limit :)

    • Anonymous says:

      did it at CVS, too

    • I checked with my manager yesterday and the manager showed me how to look things up to figure out when we are gettin some. It turns out that the warehouse has an insufficient stock and that no store in my district has them (besides a store 2 hours away from us).

  30. I recd the same or a similar coupon. Mine can also be used on the oral b complete toothbrush with this weeks RR deal to be a money maker as well. Of course my wags is always out of both.

  31. Herlinda says:

I have a question about this coupon. I received the same coupon in my inserts this weekend but the wording on the coupon says $2.00 off when you buy 1 or more of the products….. So if I try to do this deal at Walgreens, wouldn’t only one of the MQ’s be applied, because it says “1 or more”. I do not know if they purposely worded the coupon like this to cause confusion but i’m confused lol.

    • DeeDee_FL says:

I agree. With the wording on the coupon it does imply that you can use ONE coupon only per transaction whether you buy 1 item or 2 or 3.

      • You will have to do separate transactions. I tried this at Target, Walmart, and Walgreens with the same issue each time. If you buy 3, you can not use 3 coupons, you must do 3 separate transactions….ugh!

    • I believe the coupon meant that you only had to buy 1 of any of the products listed.

    • woooow that’s incredibly unbelievable I just got a $829.99 iPad2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HDTV for only $251.92, they are both coming with USPS tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prices at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37″ HDTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for. I use http://fzy.co/1Sj
