Thanks, Consumer Queen

I seriously couldn’t believe my luck tonight; I found coupons for something I love!   Just last night I tried Bob Evans mashed potatoes for the first time when I was in a hurry to make dinner.  I wasn’t expecting much, but they were de-lish!  My husband cleaned them up, and  we both were talking about how fresh they tasted.

You can find these at Walmart for $2.98. Use your BOGO coupon and pick them up for only $1.49 each!

Walmart wouldn’t let me use it stacked, oh well still a good deal :)

  2. I used this at my local grocery store where the mashed potatoes are in the section labeled “5 for $19.95″….I got 3 mashed potatoes and 2 chicken noodle soups for $5.99, making them about $1.20 apiece!! Now that is a deal to me!! :) Thanks for the heads up KCL!

there $3.28 here at my Walmart Superstore
but the coupon makes it better. Great for a quick side dish especially for 2-3 people not wanting to peel potatoes.

They cost 3.28,all i had was 1.00 off,so i paid 2.28 at wal mart. We must have one of the most expensive wal marts there is.

  5. I never did get my B1G1 coupon. It’s been about 4 days. I emailed Bob Evans yesterday asking them about it but I still haven’t heard from them.

  7. Horrible experience at Wal-mart with these coupons last night Bought 4 mashed potatoes and would only take 3 coupons. I told her to void 2 of them and give me the coupons back and I would just use the bogo ones. When she started trying to void the $1.00 off coupons each time she did it $1.00 was added to my total although I only asked she remove 2. So long story short I never got an answer to my question about bogo and $1.00 off the policy doesn’t really address it. I will be e-mailing them asap and will let everyone know what I was told.

    • Just got off the Phone with Victor from Wal-marts Corporate customer service number and he said If the coupon states an amount like up to $3.99 then yes you should be able to use a bogo coupon and get 1 for free, plus take $1.00 off the other one you are paying for. He didn’t know why the register would not accept it, but he is having someone in management from the store I was at call me back.

our local County Market had them $1.99 each in their “penny pincher” ad,
Bought 2, used 2 coupons, they were free and I made $0.71! Rock on!

At my Kroger these were on clearance for $1.29, after my coupons I spent .29 cents on two!!!! I stocked up and bought 6. :D

How long did it take for bobevans.com to send you a coupon? I requested mine about 24 hrs ago and have not received one yet. Thanks!

i used both the bogo and $1 coupons today at walmart. scanner beeped but the cashier ran it through. the price was $3.29 each so only a little over a dollar each with the coupons. my kids love the mac and cheese!

  12. Safeway has this on my just4u for free, just for purchasing ten dollars from the store. Can I use any coupons with this offer, since it is a store coupon not a manufacture, or would this be using coupons illegal.

At Walmart it beeped when trying to use a second coupon. My cashier pushed it through anyhow.
At Kroger it went through with no beep. As with all couponing, your individual experience will vary with store and even cashier.

I am also new and would like to clarify, can I use a $1/2 coupon on a B1G1 product?

  17. Lynzee says:

I have all these coupons! I was waiting for them to go on sale at my local grocery store they are almost $4! So I will be heading to Walmart. Their mac and cheese is awesome too!

    Ethereal,

This is what i was thinking also, i am new to couponing and would like to know if you can stack coupons on bogos i havent recieved my bogo coupon yet to read if it states “cannot be combined with any other coupon” even if it did would it matter because we are actually buying 2 products not just one, one coupon per item? Can someone please clarify how this system actually works.

I would also like to clarify this also. There is a B1G1 free on Doritios and I have a coupoun for $1/2, so can I use this coupon if one item is free?

  19. Yes… I used them that way just tonight and got them for .50 ea at my local grocery… coupons dbl to $1 there :) So, I got 2 for only $1

  20. Since the B1G1 applies discount to only 1 item, can’t the 1.00/1 also be used on the other one to make it 1.98 paid / .99 each?
