  1. I did this deal and the CVS coupon gods shined on me and I got a $4/$20 coupon combined with a slighly cheaper sales price ($10.49) I paid 49c for each. 49c! I used to pay $30 bottle easy just for shampoo. Now thats krazy!

Uggh my CVS has them priced at 9.49 and 9.99 so it puts it under the $20 mark any suggestions ??

My CVS had the nexxus shampoo for 10.49. =) So I got an even better deal by a few cents.

  6. I don’t understand the math. 2 at 7.99 is $16. so pay $16 and get $10 back?? Duh,, that would make them 2.99 each. OK.. I think I get it.

    I don’t get the math. Shouldn’t it be :

    Buy 2 @ $10.99
    Use 2 $3/1
    Pay $15.98
    Receive $10 ECB
    Final $5.98 or $2.99 Each

I mean @ $7.99, you won’t get the $10 ECB because you have to spend $20?

  11. Welcome, Melissa! If you scour the KCL website, you’ll find TONS of advice and tutorials, sort of a Coupon 101. If you have limited funds, just START SMALL. Start with one or two items that your family uses, and look out for great sales on those things, and buy a few extra when you can – I’m not talking 10, 20, 30 of an item, but at least two, maybe four if the deal is great. Find your grocery store on KCL each week, and the great deals will have a little symbol of some sort beside them. Pick a few of those deals and start your stockpile. Before you know it, you’ll have a respectable stash.

I would definitely get more than one of each insert each week, if you can. If you know people who get the paper, ask them to save the coupon inserts for you. Dumpster-shuffling in the newspaper bins is also a great way to get your Qs without paying for papers. People toss entire uncut inserts, and if you can find a good dumpster, it can be a gold mine of Qs.

    Hope this helps!

I think the Nexxus FB page is down – I was able to print mine a couple of hours ago but when I tried to use another computer to print I can’t link to the same FB anymore! Arghh.

don’t do deals like this one until you have enough eb to cover the amount of eb you will get back. start doing only the free deals at CVS or ones with a really low OOP. do multiple transactions until you build up eb.

  15. My printer messed up on my second print :-( Dunno if the deal is worth it w/o the second coupon!

    • Check your printer status screen and see if there’s still a document there to print. If there is, maybe you can right-click on it and hit “restart.” I have the biggest POS printer on the planet, an HP wireless, that randomly eats my Qs as they’re printing, and sometimes that works for me.

  16. how do i get this coupon?
