I would have gotten 2 of these, but I was short on coupons.

  2. my WAGs had a bunch of Listerine strips on clearance for $2.24, and still gave the CAT and RR. MM!

When I bought the Listerine Pocket Packs, I got a Catalina that was $2 off 2 Listerine pocket packs. Still cool, though! :)

yup, i used the 50/1 cpn and got a $2/2 catalina. did anyone else have trouble using the airwick $4 off cpn? they kept getting that item not found or something like that when they tried to use my cpn. I had the correct item, so it wasn’t that. They had to over ride it to allow me to use the cpn. I was curious if anyone else had any issues.

were you purchasing the freshmatic ultra or compact? I just ordered my coupons online for this deal, I love the lavender and chamomille one I have in my room…hoping I won’t have any issues with this later this week!

I purchased a three pack today for $2.99 and received a catalina for “save $2.00 on your next in store ourchase over the value of coupon on any reach or listerine product”

    • Anonymous says:

i think that was the register reward that you were supposed to get…you didn’t get anything else with that one??

  5. laura wein says:

The first I purchased with the $0.50 coupon didn’t print anything for me then the second one I purchased the $2/2 printed. The same thing happened to my sister. So it sounds like $1/1 or $2/2 or nothing can print.

I purchased 1 pack using the .50 coupon and received the 2/2.

  7. Nancy Zuniga-Walck says:

i thought you couldnt use RR to pay for the same product like listerine RR to buy listerine product?

    • Sarah says:

You can use the RR to pay for it but you won’t get a RR on the second transaction.

    • Anonymous says:

you can “roll” them with something else. Like right now the Wags Pads are on sale for $2.00 with a $2.00 register reward.

      • Nancy Zuniga-Walck says:

So now i am confused sorry – the catalina counts as a RR? or no since people seem to be rolling it to the next transaction?

        • Anonymous says:

I believe that CAT is the same as a manufacture coupon since it states and actual product you have to buy with it. the RR is just a general “$X amount off your next purchase” so you can use both together BUT you must have a filer item with it..something very cheap..i found sidewalk chalk that was on clearance for a quarter.

  8. Kevin says:

Can I still make this deal happen without the initial $.50 coupon? Is the $.50 coupon needed to get the first Cat?

Transaction #1 would cost $.99 after the $2 Register Reward. I’d receive the $1/1 Cat.

Transaction #2 and on would be free ($2 Register Reward plus $1 Cat).

    Am I correct?

    • Michelle Roxchester says:

Maybe, I did one transaction without the coupons because at first I left my coupons at home and it printed out. The next store I went to after work yesterday, I also did not use the .50 coupon and this time it did not print out for me.

But that is what happened to me, so your mileage may vary. Hope that helps Kevin!

      • Kevin Nolan says:

        FAIL for me.

I went to first Walgreens and bought the Listerine strips. $2.99 and I got the $2 RR (but no Cat). I went to 2nd Walgreens and got another pack of strips for $.99 using the $2 RR but again, no Cat. My Walgreens aren’t Cat friendly, I guess. :(

        • Rose says:

Kevin, if you used the RR from Listerine to pay for a next purchase of Listerine, it won’t generate another RR. In the other hand, if you had used another RR, lets say from a purchase of the W Brands pads for instance (on sale this week, pay $2 get $2 RR), you could use that to pay for the Listerine, and we would still get your $2 RR on Listerine. Hope its not too confusing.

  9. I am not a shopper of Walgreens, I normally shop at Rite-Aid, but I was wondering if this is common practice with them? I was there yesterday and tried to do this deal. They told me that because I was buying 2 items and trying to use 2 coupons and 1 RR I had to purchase another item to use all three coupons? Is this the norm? I don’t run into this at Rite-Aid. Thanks

the total number of mf coupons and rr can not exceed the number of items your buying

    • Anonymous says:

Yep. That’s why you need always be aware of the “filler” items available. ususally you can get something (like a pencil or cup) for $.15.

  10. Anonymous says:

I did two separate transactions and used the $0.50 coupon for both transaction and for the first transaction I received the $1/1 catalina and for the second transaction I received the $2/2 catalina. I later did a third transaction using the $1/1 catalina and didn’t receive anything.

  11. Anonymous says:

i used the .50 coupon too but only got the $2/2 cat

  12. Anonymous says:

    I only got a $1/2 cataline that doesn’t really help :(

  13. tria galang says:

i got the $2/2 catalina but not the $1/1.

  14. Anonymous says:

Yep!! Thats true! I did it too!!

  15. Anonymous says:

I found that when I paid using the .50 cents coupon, that is when I received the $1/1 cat. Also, when I rolled that($1/1 Cat) with the $2 RR from the pads, I received a $2/2 Cat!
