  1. Be advised to read the fine print. The coupon specifically states “Offer not valid on trial sizes or Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Swivel Stick”.

I got 4 and it sounds like the coupon has changed my coupons I printed yesterday had no exclusions on it.

  3. i see on the coupon it says “excludes swivel stick” so how is this supposed to work?

There are TWO different coupons. I signed up and printed a coupon on Wednesday night. I tried to use it at Walmart yesterday. It wouldn’t scan so they wouldn’t take it. I went back to my email and tried to print another in higher quality to see if that would make a difference in scanning. I could not figure out how to print it again. I went back to the Palmers website, logged in and asked to have another coupon sent. It was sent to the same email address I registered with.
I printed that coupon. It is different than the first one.
The first one expires 12/31/2012 and does not say anything about exclusions. It also only has the one barcode.
The new one has No Expiration Date. It also now says it is not valid on trial size or Swivel Stick and it now has the other barcode included that the stores scan.
Hope that clears up any confusion.

Ok, so I went to walmart last night. I printed 5 coupons. I didn’t use them on the palmers swivel stick shown about, but on a small bottle of their lotion that was $2.27. It worked for me. I got each bottle for 45cents (this includes tax). I may print out more (just maybe another 5 or so) and go to a different walmart and look for the swivel stick or get the same lotion i got last night.

Where exactly is this product located at Walgreens?

  14. Anonymous says:

Tried to use at Walmart and the manager told me the coupon was a fake.

    • Anonymous says:

I am in So Cal and the same thing happened to me. I was told the coupon was fake because it didn’t have a 2nd set of bar codes. I felt like a criminal and I did nothing wrong. I used the link here to get the coupon.

  15. Beth Smith says:

I tried to use this coupon at walmart last week. The coupon states…”on a facial care item”. The stick is not a facial care item. Walmart wouldn’t let me use it.

    • Anonymous says:

It does state that it is for dry, cracked lips and for other skin blemishes, marks, etc. I agree that the product itself is vague, but it really should have been accepted in my opinion :)

i printed 3, enough for stocking stuffers for the females in our family!! thanks =)

i posted this on the last post but it was late so i’ll post it again.

walgreens has the palmers dark chocolate & mint lip treatment for $1.99. coupon has to be adjusted down or the price of any palmers product has to be over the coupon amount. i just got two palmers products, one lip treatment and one stick (the stick was over $2) and used two coupons. paid a few cents and no beeps! works fine! :)

My Sister and I used the coupon at Walmart the other night (we each had 1 stick) and we were harassed by the CSR stating they are “cracking” down on couponers, she said it states 1 per purchase, we tried to explain what that meant, but she wouldn’t listen. She even went to the extent of saying she wasn’t going to lose her job over us!! She did take the coupons in the end though but made us feel like trash!

    • Anonymous says:

oh my.. i have def. had an experience like that and it was so ridiculous. I feel for you, cause you are made to feel like YOU are doing something wrong or illegal! Some cashiers act like it comes out of their paycheck.. you were doing nothing wrong and i wish some of these cashiers got a reality check that they cannot treat customers like this.. others would gladly take their jobs.

    • Anonymous says:

Coupons are a valid form of payment, not a discount. We work hard for our coupons, just like she’s working hard for her paycheck. It is very unfortunate when we’re made to feel like we’re doing something wrong when we’re using them. But we all have these negative experiences, and hopefully plenty of great ones to balance them out! :)

      • Just to let everyone know, I just came back from walgreens, they have this item for $1.99 I had four coupons I got all four and they gave me back .04 cents.

        • I dont understand how walgreens gave you money back. Maybe it is just my store (I honestly think they make up their own rules becasue they do not follow their coupon policy found on their website) I was told that they would only adjust a coupon one cent either way. So if a product is on sale for .98 and I have $1.00 off I am not allowed to use my coupon! Not fair right! But how can I argue with the general manager of the store when he says that is “his coupon policy”???

          • I agree not fair…. I’m not sure how they did it either, the little screen said 3 cent refund then the next transaction said 1 cent refund and she handed me the penny’s maybe she didn’t know I have no clue.

          • Anonymous says:

They should be able to adjust, but sometimes cashiers don’t know how or don’t know that they’re allowed to. I usually ask for a manager when this happens, or grab some cheap fillers to avoid the hassle ;) As for giving money back… I have never heard of Walgreens doing that.

        • Anonymous says:

Where in Walgreens did you find this? I was there earlier and searched up and down the aisles. Thanks!

  21. This coupon is having trouble scanning because all of them have the same barcode. In addition to that, some stores are saying this is not a facial product. So just be careful when you go.

    • not sure how it couln’t be a facial product it’s for the lips…..I’m going to walgreens now will let you know what happen’s

    • Anonymous says:

Many coupons have the same barcode, so if you’re having difficulties, that shouldn’t be the reason. The description on this product is:

•Moisturizes and smoothes dry, chapped, and cracked lips
•For marks, blemishes, and rough, dry skin

  22. Just FYI I’m in FLorida and Walgreens has this for $1.99 so it would be free with coupon….heading there now.

  23. when i signed up i didnt see where to print Q???

  24. Anonymous says:

I had to change the settings on my printer from portrait to landscape to get this coupon to print out correctly. It was cutting off part of the barcode.

  25. Can anyone tell me where in the store this item is located, I searched several targets and even looked for this at walmart in the palmer sections and had no luck finding it. Thanks!!

  26. so im wondering because the coupon i just printed said it is for a “facial product” ? is this considered a facial product??

  27. Anonymous says:

Hey I had a question, I see people getting multiples…I have the coupon that was emailed to me. I also had it emailed to my job. The coupon is weird though both the one i received at home and the one I received at work have the same barcode #…So I guess you can print out the coupon more than once and use it more than once. Everybody likely has the same barcode!

Has anyone had any problems at there store with using multiples of these coupons? I am going to try it today (if I can find the product) and I will let you all know if i have a problem. I printed six coupons so cross your fingers!!!!

  28. Kristin Lockwood says:

they were next to the hair oil or the ethnic hair products at my walmart :)

  29. Natasha B says:

How can you stock up if you can only get one coupon? unless you have multiple emails???

  30. Where in the store can you find these?

  31. Shayna Price says:

I think this coupon is a bit confusing. When I printed it, it was just a blank webpage with the coupon, so it appeared as though you can print it more than once? I only printed it once, but it didn’t work at the register either :/

    • Anonymous says:

You can print it more than once. I would just urge everyone to please be responsible about printing. A good rule of thumb for these potentially “unlimited” printables, is to follow the typical limitations and only print 1-2 per computer. :)

      • THIS COUPON EXCLUDES THE SWIVEL STICKS, READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE COUPON!
