I love my Swiffer, but I have to admit when I recently started seeing commercials for the Rubbermaid Reveal Mop I was convinced!  I get so sick of paying for refills!  It seems like most of the Swiffer coupons are for starter kits.  Let’s be honest; most of us purchased our first Swiffer a few years ago.  So I’m ready to switch over to the Rubbermaid Reveal. You can wash and reuse the pad and stop using those expensive cleaner bottles by filling your own!  Talk about environmental friendly and pocket friendly! :)

There are two high-value coupons you can stack and put towards a new Rubbermaid Reveal Mop at Target.

Rubbermaid Reveal Mop $24.99, On Sale thru 11/18
Use $3.00/1 – Rubbermaid Reveal Microfiber Spray Mop, Target Coupon – (target.com)
And use $5.00/1 – Rubbermaid Reveal Mop – (rubbermaid.com)
Final Price: $16.99

I was in the market for a new way to clean my laminate floors. My little swiffer just wasn’t cuttin’ it. My Sunday inserts didn’t have the coupon, but a friend had one in hers and gave it to me at our coupon swap meeting last night. So with my $4 manufacturer coupon in one hand and my $3 Target coupon in the other, I purchased one today. Started at $24.99 minus $7 in coupons. I paid the remaining $17.99 plus tax with some Target gift cards I was saving up just for a situation like this. I came home, put in my favorite solution (vinegar and water) and tried it out. I LOVE IT! It’s big, so it covers more area much faster than my little Swiffer, but it still fits behind the toilet. With myself and two daughters in the house, all with long hair, as well as 2 cats and 1 dog, you can only imagine the HAIR that covers our floors! All the hair STUCK to the awesome washable pad on this thing. Thanks KCL for the heads up on yet another awesome deal!!

  2. I got this super cheap at shoprite!

There were $4 off coupons in MANY inserts this weekend. I have 3 coupons for $4 off from the manufacturer and the target coupons as well. But I also saw that it was $42 on the target website and that just didn’t make it worth it to me.

I think the Rubbermaid coupon is Canadian :(

  5. I just got back from Target and had the same problem. The $5 coupon would not scan and they told me that I couldn’t use it. But I refuse to take no for an answer so the cashier manually put it in. I got my $8 off and I so happy.

Be careful with this purchase terrible reviews on this all over the internet even on Rubbermaid’s page.

I tried to purchase this deal today and the coupon from Rubbermaid would not work at Target. I bouhgt it anyway and decided to call Rubbermaid when I got home. The rep. at Rubbermaid after I read here the weblink address explained and proved to me that this coupon lionk is to a CANADA coupon.

  8. I bought the last one at my Target using the $3 Target store coupon and the $5 MFR coupon. They had to force the $5 coupon for it to work since the barcode would not scan properly.

  9. Just went to Target with coupons and I was only able to use 1 as the manufacturer coupon said not good with any other offer. So I was only able to save $5 instead of $8

Is there anyone out there that is willing to donate the $5/1 coupon from 11/13 SS- I did not get it in my area and I’ve been wanting to get one of these now that I have a crawling infant I’m willing to pay postage – Or if looking for a specific coupon I can check if I have it and trade. Thanks! my email is Vigi1104@yahoo.com
PS i can also trade for stamps

Is the $5/1 a Target coupon from 11/13 SS? Or is it a manufacturer? Are you not able to print the $5/1 from the link above?

      • Anonymous says:

The Q from 11/13 SS is a manufacturer coupon. The only in the PDF file/link appears that is for Canada?? Im not sure it will work. I went to the Rubbermaid US website and did not find any coupons.

i click on the coupons and special offers link and it only gives me to choose from 2 coupons for rubbermaid containers… im I doing something wrong? :(

    • I would try the Libman Freedom microfiber cleaning mop. It’s great. It’s on sale at my Menards for $17.00 this week. You have the freedom to mix your own cleaning solution or buy your favorite brand. I personally use vinegar/water solution. It cleans the best and I have no chemical residue on my floors.

Is the coupon gone? I don’t see it at the rubbermaid site.

  12. Courtney Henry says:

Online they have the mop for $42… am I looking at the wrong one or is the price different in stores?

  13. Sandi says:

I got my Reveal mop last year at Shoprite for around $5 with 4 extra pads and I love it. There was a great half price sale and I had a bunch of $5 off coupons. It beats Swiffer.

  14. I have to say that I have gone through at least 4 Swiffer floor cleaners….the cheap aluminum handles keep breaking, and I am tired of replacing them! I am checking and hoping that the Rubbermaid mop has a sturdier handle. (And no- I am not pushing it too hard!) Has anyone else had their Swiffer handles break? It is usually at the area where they attach together. Having said that…I LOVE my Swiffer dusters!!!!

is the promotion over, because i keep looking on the rubbermaid website and and i dont see the 5 dl coupon, any hints as to where to find it, please :)

  16. When my daughter was in preschool, there was a warning out about chemical exposure from Swiffer residue left on floors being absorbed my crawling infants and barefoot toddlers, and also pets paws. I believe it had some effect on the kidneys or liver. I quit using mine immediately after I read about it. Did they change the formula to make it safer now?

  17. oh,it looks like the Manu coupon is for Canada- mailing address is there. Can we still use it?

  18. Awesome!! I’ve been wanting to get one of these, because I wasn’t willing to constantly waist my money on swiffer refills and now I’m thrilled! A client of my @ work told me a friend of hers thinks their dog got sick from the chemicals from a swiffer, so you could use something safer, like vinegar and water to clean a floor with this, like my flooring company recommended!! Yea!!!

Libman also makes a mop like this. You can use your own cleaner and it has reusable pads too. I love that I dont have to buy those expensive refill things and throw away those dirty pads.

  20. I got this a while back at ShopRite and I love it. I use a mixture of vinegar and water to clean my floors. It’s a cheap way to get your floors sparkly clean and disinfected at the same time. I highly recommend it.

I got a $4 off coupon in last weeks inserts, can’t recall which one.

  22. Anonymous says:

wow..i was able to get this mop for 9.99 about a month and a half ago @ shoprite..didnt even need to use coupons it was a half off sale. I absolutely love this mop..works great, I would not switch back to swifter after having used this.

  23. Kelly says:

darn! my mother just got this 2 weeks ago since we were in desperate need of a new mop im sure she would of loved this awesome deal

This coupon wastes a lot of ink. I hate it when the put the coupon at the bottom of the add. Also, I couldn’t get it to print until I saved it and printed it from my desktop.

Try to reverse the settings of your printer, like turning it 180 degree. My printer has this option, and from there, catch your printer by pushing the cancel button if you think that the coupon itself has already been printed so that it will stop printing the rest :)

  25. By cutting a microfiber cloth to size and boiling the empty Swiffer bottle (directions are all over the internet) you can still use your Swiffer, but in a eco-friendly, pocket-friendly way!
