If you don’t have the $1/2 coupon then on the arm and hammer website there is a $1/3 laundry product coupon.

Can you use a register rewards coupon and a manufacturer on the same item? I have a coupon for the detergent and I also have a $2 register rewards coupon. Can I use them both?

Yes that should work great! As long as you have the same amount of items as you do coupons it will work!

  5. I am just starting this krazy couponing.  Where can I find the coupon for the Arm and Hammer laundry detergent?

I just found a great deal at Wal Mart on theA & H
fresh crystals new pac’s.  They are 4.98 for 24 used the $1.00/2 coupon from a few weeks ago and then there is a peelie on the package if you send you receipt in they will send you a rebate check for 4.98 so this is a money maker…YIPPPPEEEEE….

  7. There’s a better deal in Albertsons because it’s the 50 loads at same prize.

Can you use HE detergent in a regular washer?  I got some Tide HE for free, but have a regular washer.  What should I do?

  9. shoprite has these on sale last week $1.99 each and with the $1/2 coupon i picked some up for $1.49 each

So when people are talking on here about using less normal laundry detergent for an HE washer, how much is “less”? Are we talking 1/2 the amount that is called for, 3/4, 1/4?? Thanks!

I got 3 bottles of this on the Black Friday deal at Wags late last year…it works pretty well and I like the smell. Lasts quite awhile too-I’m on my last bottle now.  I think they do make an He version but I’ve been using the regular kind in my He machine and it’s fine (I know you’re not supposed to but I haven’t had any problems yet-knock wood-I read that if you use non He detergent in an He machine to try and use it on hot or warm water loads. The colder ones should be He detergent. It’s worked for me not too many suds or build up.) Anyway $2.50 is a pretty good price for a 3 month stock up icon. I think some of you are thinking of 6 month stock up prices….that’s where we would expect $1.99 and lower. They do come around every now and then. But with these gas prices going up…who knows? :0P

The smell of this stuff makes me nauseous. Have no idea why. Had to donate the small stash I had of it to the animal shelter.

  13. Joan Smith says:

saw them at cvs for 1.99

  14. I used the coupons a week or two ago when Ingles had the detergent on sale B1G1 for $4.50 and after using the coupon it came to $3.50 for two ($1.25 each).  I stocked up and used all my coupons. Great deal

HE means less suds, because the newer machines move the water around much faster and produce a lot more bubbles – you don’t want bubbles all over the basement :)  Didn’t do this with my washer, but I did put dish soap in the dish machine once, LOL, free slip and slide!

This isn’t that amazing of a deal because walmart sells the 96load/150fl oz size for $8, so buying 3 of the 32load/50fl oz size would only get you $0.55 savings total.

This same detergent was 1.99 a few months ago.  I was thinking 1.99 was the good stock up price for detergents but I am seeing 2.50 being listed more and more as a great price for Wisk and Cheer this past week.  Am I holding out for a price that is not going to return to 1.99?

i  bought mine at albertsons Monday during doublers. it was 2 for 6 and we had 1$ off 2bottles so after double made it 2 for 4$
and sometimes rite aid have the same deal..it does come around once in a while (at least for me, its my 3rd time buying it for that price and i started couponning in september. Hope that helps

I wonder the same thing, because when I started couponing a year ago the list said stock up price was .99, now its $2,50? Krazycouponladies you should make a list of stock up prices with store/brands.

          Thanks for the suggestion.

Im sure all the followers could help with the list, its getting harder to stock up on certin things, I have noticed the P&G coupons are getting worse, and I hope cottonelle has a deal soon cause im as close to out as you can get.

I have decided that the best way to compare pricing for laundry soap is by the ounce.  My washer takes the same amount of soap per load no matter what the brand so when they say how many loads are in a bottle it doesn’t really work to compare.  My stock up price is $.02-$.03 per ounce in Southern California.  My sister in NJ can usually get it for $.01 per ounce.  Hope that helps!

I believe you mean HE just means less soap, but you came very close GrandmaLady! :-)

  18. Barbara Rodgers says:

They do make HE, and they are 2.10 at Meijers – B1G1 Free, $5.19, use $1/2.

Pizzaz only buys laundry detergent that contains enzymes.  If ‘enzymes’ are listed in the ingredients, the stains come out better.

  20. Ashley Black says:

Does anybody know if they make an HE detergent.
