ok, funniest thing happened at publix. I went in to show a friend how to coupon. FIgured I’d get the Bogo Bag lettuce @ 99 cents each, the Bogo Hefty foil pans @99 cents (free after store Q), Starbucks Refreshers (free with coupon), and Pepsi Next @ what I thought was $1.89 for some reason (actually 3 for $4). Went in and lettuce was gone, pans were gone, have not recieved any of the starbucks yet. Got to the soda, thought it was going to be like 39 cents a bottle. Had her ring up 6 and used the $1 off 2 mfr and $1 off 1 publix Q for each. Figured the price would be around $2.50. looked at it and we both thought I owed 34 cents. Confused we both looked at the q’s and then realized the price was less. Then when the register wouldn’t let her take my 34 cents she realized that she owed me the money. We couldn’t believe it and had a great laugh. I never catch deals like this and to have a friend I’m teaching there to witness wad even cooler. for once my husband didn’t complain about me buying soda when I got paid for it. What a trip! (yes I got rain checks for the rest and taught her about those too)

Awesome deal on the soda. I went to my Publix today with the intention of buying 8 of them. There were only 4 on the shelf. Got a raincheck for the other 4.

  2. i have a question that hopefully someone can answer before i go shopping wednesday. If my publix takes competitors coupons from winndixie, can i use a $5 off $55 coupon from winndixie???

    • Anonymous says:

You should be able to Michelle!  As long as they acknowledge them as a competitor there shouldn’t be a problem!

  3. What is Publix’s policy in the case of overage?!
If I come out having a negative total, do they hand it back in cash or will they apply it to a gift card or do they zero out the transaction?
    Thanks Again!

There is a link on TKCL tab for .50 off 1 Kellogg’s pop-tarts, which would make the 12 ct box $1.50. Also, the ACT Rinse mouthwash is on sale for $3.49 each and there is a $1.50 off 2 coupon on coupons.com. The Schick Hydro 5 Razor is on sale for $6.99, there was a $2 off man. coupon a few weeks ago and a $2 target coupon for it now which makes it $2.99.

  5. When I look at this week’s ad in the Publix app on my phone, it lists a ton of coupons.  This week there were several for various pet products, for example.  But when I got my ad, none of those store coupons are printed in it.  Is this a regional variation as well or does anyone else have this issue and know where to locate these coupons?

    • Anonymous says:

If you go on thier webiste you can click on the coupons tab and print out as many coupons as you’d like. They are where the bogo and add sales are.

    • Anonymous says:

Thanks to Suzanne for answering.  The online coupons and the printed In Ad coupons vary greatly.

  6. Marie Rie says:

Is that BoGo deal on the Wise Cheez Doodles or  Popcorn correct?  I just looked at my Publix’s list of BoGos for this week, and it isn’t listed.

  7. Astrid Cruz says:

Why is Publix in Florida so expensive?? Calculating the prices on this site with the Florida ad gives me a headache. But I love BOGO!!

    • Kate says:

Astrid, I LOVE kcl, but I just moved to Florida about 8 months ago, and find most of the blogs like this one applies the double coupon policy to their Publix post’s. I started following another blog, she lives in Florida and post’s the Publix deals without applying double coupons. I don’t wanna hate on KCL (because let’s face it… she’s kinda awsome) but if you want to check out her site, let me know and i’ll let you know her website!

      • LuL says:

Kate, what website is this that you are talking about.  I live in FL and would love to know.

      • Anonymous says:

Thanks for the love Kate!  We understand we can’t fit every reader’s circumstances but hope we can help everyone somehow!

  8. Anonymous says:

I “Liked” the Crystal Light page for the $1/1 coupon, but can’t find it anywhere.  Does anyone know where it is??

  9. Anonymous says:

The Q-tips coupon on facebook is $1/2 not $1/1.  This makes the price nothing special.

  10. Anonymous says:

There is also a $1/1 2000 flushes coupon which makes those .75 ea, if you were lucky enough to get them. I don’t know where they came from I only have one that someone sent me but I wish I had a bunch more!!

  11. Anonymous says:

Not the best food selections this week but the Gain and the 1 penny item is worth going for. Does anyone know what the penny item is today?

  12. Jessica says:

I dont know what I’m missing, but I don’t see much here for me :(
