CVS Extreme Couponing (Week of 5/6): $5.00 or Less

Welcome to this post where we will lay out some extreme couponing deals that will cost you about $5.00 each week! First, here’s everything you need to know about shopping at CVS:

CVS allows one manufacturer coupon and one store coupon per product. You may use CVS Extra Bucks (EBs) in addition to these coupons. Extra Bucks are their rewards that are printed at the end of your cash register receipt. These coupons can be used on your next purchase. Remember, if there is a limit in the ad for the Extra Bucks items, this limit is per CVS Extra Care Card.

The best deals to be had at CVS are “Extra Bucks” offers.  The best thing about CVS is their rainchecks, which include the “Extra Buck” offers, so you can still get the offer when they have more stock!  Be sure and get your CVS card so you can enjoy these extreme savings!  Be sure and read the CVS coupon policy.  You can also go here and review the CVS How To Video.

I did excellent today at cvs. Bought most of the deals listed above, and paid only a few dollars. Great feeling. And I was able to get 6 of the physicians formula concealer…all for free :) what a great deal!! and I got the $12.00 cpn from the machine for physicians formula, but where do they have their skincare products?

there are 2 coupons for Tylenol Percise.  CVS has buy a Bengay item get $2 extra bucks.  One coupon says buy Bengay get free Tylenol Percise.  The other is for a $3/1 Percise item.  Can I use both coupons?

    • Kati Long says:

no, you can’t use both coupons because the buy bengay get percise free is already for the percise.  if you had a coupon for the bengay and neither coupon prohibited it, you could use both coupons.  but if you’re already getting the percise for free using a MQ, you can’t use another MQ for it.  you could use a store coupon for either product, though, if you had one.

It was mentioned earlier on this site that there is a $1 off coupon which would make the concealer free in SS 3/18 and 4/15.  I can’t find the coupon in either, and have come across this problem in the past several times.  Does SS send out different coupons for different areas?

    • Anonymous says:

Yes, they do. I live right on the boarder of NY/PA and I get both ss from each and they are in fact different to some degree.  Some coupons from one aren’t in the other ss howerver the covers look identical, but look close some of the coupons for the same product will be a different priced q like one will be for $1 off a certain product and the other will be only $.50 plus there are a few different coupons in one than the other.  That’ why I get both NY and PA papers.

      • Candace Tejidor says:

I get 2 coupon sections each week, both delivered in the same county, and yet the coupon sections are different every week.. the layout is completely different, as are the coupon amounts (ie. .50 off Colgate or .75 off Colgate, etc)  I totally understand the frustration because sometimes i don’t get some of the great coupons.. like one newspaper has the Allegra coupon, and the other doesn’t.  :(

Does anyone know if CVS stopped loading their Sunday sale on Saturday at 4PM? I was there last night at 7 b/c I needed some diapers. The Huggies Jumbo packs weren’t scanning so I didnt know if they changed when they loaded the sale.

  5. Anastazia Richburg says:

The coupon machine gave me a coupon from $3.00 off any Physician’s Formula makeup purchase, so be on the look out.

I don’t see the Children’s Allegra Q in the preview listing for the SS insert. Am I missing something?

  10. I didn’t see the ph formula in the ad preview.  How do I save $5?

  11. love the ph formula deal. it just seems like too good of a deal. theyre practically giving away free makeup!!! will thier be a limit?

    • Lovin Summer says:

I know!! I don’t think there’s a limit because I was able to buy 6 of the concealers in one transaction….for FREE!! YAY!! And I had no issues with the cashier or nothing like that…so, I’m assuming there’s no limit! I was able to use all my $1.00 manuf cpn I had. awesome!
