  1. BTW Pepsi 2 liters at Kroger were on sale $1.50 Buy 4 get 2 free, so with the coupons for $0.55/1 sierra mist, $0.55/ pepsi max, and $0.55/diet pepsi you could get them free. I got 21 2 liters of pop free today (just in time for birthday parties as we don’t really drink pop)

For anyone that has a Meijer near them, the Oscar Mayer Catalina is going on there as well. In central ohio, they had the New 2oz. lunch meat packs for $1.00. We bought 5 & got the catalina for $4.00 off your next purchase. There are only 6 or 7 slices of THIN meat in these packs, so w/out the catalina they are not really a good deal since you can usually get the 7-9 oz tubs for around $2.00 w/ sales & coupons.

  3. Alexandria Morrison says:

Just wanted to let all of you know, there are some Oscar Mayer lunch meats (some on the USO sale i think) that are printing out a catalina! :) I believe its buy 3 and you get $4.00 off next order. Thought this would make out for a great deal. :)

     Way to help out Claudia!

Meijer deal FYI: Ortega original taco, hot & spicy taco and guacamole seasoning packets are on sale this week for $.54 each.  Use “save $1 on any two Orgeta” or “save $.50 on any two Ortega” (which will double) to get packets for $.04 each wyb 2!  Also, the 16 oz Orgeta Taco Sauce bottles are on sale for $1.49 each.  Use either coupon to get them for $.98 each wyb 2.  They came in a recent Sunday insert (unsure which).

So, I have a coupon question. If I have a BOGO coupon can I use another coupon with it at King Soopers (Kroger)? I looked at their policy but I am not too clear on this. I was wondering if I could use the Pantene BOGO coupon with the $3/2 Q.TIA!!

    • Anonymous says:

The BOGO coupon would attach to the free item.  You should not be able to puchase two and use both coupons since it’s one coupon per item.

    •  To use both the BOGO coupon, and the $3/2 coupon, you would need to buy 4 bottles of Pantene. You would want to use 2 BOGO coupons for the best deal.

Great comments and they are exactly right!

      • Susan Amen says:

So how did the Featured Bragger in the Brag Lounge use both coupons on one item? Wouldn’t that be using 2 (manufacturer) Q’s on one item? I am so confused, and I thought I pretty well understood it all. =( Thanks!

  7. My Kroger ad says “Buy $20 of select Huggies, Get $5 Back”. If I buy $40 in one trip will two $5 catalinas print?

I get the leftover coupon inserts from a paper delivery person and in return I recycle all leftover paper for them and give them items I get cheap or free like the lunch meat and soda
sometime I get just a few inserts  sometimes as much as 200
I don’t order in the store I just get like 30 at the time and go to more than one kroger
like the sodas are $1.00 at Kroger and walmart so I go to those and get 10 or 20  depending on how much they have in the back I don’t clear shelf’s or anything we have 3 walmarts and 4 krogers close to my home and work so I can get like 80 to 120 items in one day and go back 3 days later for more without clearing shelf’s and being making people mad at couponers.:))

it was the smart source from 5/13/2012
and the fisher meat is in this weeks ad for 10 for $10
Sun drop is still on sale also 10 for $10 and the week before we had $1 off 1 coupons in the paper ,so also a free one .also walmart has sun drop always for $1 ,get them before the coupons expire.I went 3 times already for soda and 1 time for the fishers I go today again to 3 krogers and 3 walmart for both items as I have 196 coupons for those.boy I never had that much soda and meat for free I will give some to people I know need it and some to the person that gives me all the paper inserts.:))

  12. Anonymous says:

this week my kroger has fisher hot dogs and lunchmeat 10 for $10 and last sunday had the coupons for those $0.50 off 1 which doubles at krogers and makes them all FREE

    • Susan Amen says:

Wow! Do you remember what insert they were in? I’m hoping that we got those same coupons! Thanks!

I just received a P&G Special Moments & Extra Savings mailer today.  It included the following coupon “BUY TWO Full-size Fekkai items or kits, get $10 off Olay Regenerist”.  As a double-dip of sorts, Kroger will give you a $10 coupon at checkout for $10 off your next shopping trip at Kroger when you BUY TWO Fekkai items (offer expires 7/8/12).

There is a catalina for Green Works products at Kroger. On coupon network it states get up to $3.00 in future savings when you buy 2 or more green works products. I haven’t checked it out yet, but I printed my coupons for $1.00/1 just in case.

  15. Jennie Bly says:

Just so you know, not all Kroger’s double coupons now thanks to the show Extreme Couponing. I live in between Galveston and Houston and almost every store around me quit doubling coupons. So you’re final prices are not right for me which end up frustrating me because I can’t stock up on the items I want.

    • Anonymous says:

Sorry Jennie, I understand that can be very frustrating.  We try to show matchups that will work for the majority of our readers and that will be the best deal.

    •  Jennie, I also live in your area. I agree that Kroger not doubling is frustrating. But its still possible to find good deals at Kroger, just not quite as often as KCL has. Keep going girl!

  16. I have a question about quantities with the USO Mega Event.  If I buy 20 of the participating products in 1 transaction will I get $8.00 off my total or $0.40 off each of the 20 items or do I have to do 2 seperate transactions with 10 items? I’m still pretty new to shopping at Kroger since I just found out the one by me doubles coupons..woohoo!  Also, what if I just needed 14 of the products in the event? Would $0.40 still be taken off the additional 4 items? Thanks everyone :o)

    • Anonymous says:

I just looked at my Kroger ad, and it does not say how my “event’s” you can do in 1 transaction. It just says details at store. I would probably play it safe & separate the transactions. I do know that  you must purchase 10 qualifying items in 1 transaction to get the  .40 off each. Since your Kroger doubles (like mine- lovin’ it!) I used the kraft fresh take as a filler. I got a coupon thru the print coupon link above for .75/1, which made it .59 cents at my store. They actually taste really good & are easy to use. I figured we can always use that to add a little flavor to chicken.

    • Anonymous says:

Thanks again to Roci for answering.  You should be able to get the savings for every 10 items purchased.  Though if it didn’t come off at the end of your transaction it would be a bit of a headache.  Always a good idea to seperate if possible.

    • i’ve done up to 40 in a transaction but after that i have had issues so i wouldnt do more than that per transaction. one of the cashiers told me that after a certain point it will stop taking it off.

  17. Sarah Ottens says:

At my kroger they had a special display of Kraft BBQ Sauce that had peelies on it (All the kraft BBQ sauce is on sale for 88 cents) The peelie is BUY 2 BBQ SAUCE AND GET $2 OFF a canister Country Time Lemonade or Kool-aid (the kind with the sugar already added-just add water) which makes it FREE since its on sale for $2 :)    My kroger let me use coupons on the BBQ sauce and also use the peelie for the drink mix.

  18. Can you use the Johnson’s Baby Lotion coupon from FB on Johnson’s Baby Powder?

I found a bunch of cleaning supplies on close out and some were included in the mega deal.

Good Morning guys, I am new to coupon shopping and I am happy to have found this site. I have learned so much and I am having a great time with coupon shopping. A question for all of you coupon savvy people. How do I cut down on my cost of ink for printing coupons. I am spending a fortune on ink carthridges. Help please !

    • Anonymous says:

There is an article on KCL about this:
Print for Pennies: Save on Paper and Ink the Krazy Way!
If I am printing a coupon that I think will have a Big ad on the bottom, I usually print on a leftover piece of paper that I have already cut a coupon off of. That way the full ad will not print. I have also been able to find inexpensive compatible cartridges on amazon. It took some time, I had to read a lot of reviews before I found an off brand that seemed worthy. I’ve order 4 sets for my printer at $4.00@ vs $25.00@ and have not had any problems.
Finally, If you search do a search on this site for printer ink – a lot of articles will populate.

    • Jenni Sweat says:

At the beginning, you’re going to want to print every coupon you see, and that adds up quickly! I plan my shopping trip, then I print (or clip!) the coupons I’ll need for that trip. If there is a great coupon that I know will go quickly (like something that will make for a free or close to free item (like the 2 off Revlon beauty tool) that I know I will use, I’ll print it right then. Otherwise, only print what you know you will need. Yes, you might miss a deal or two every now and then, but it saves you a lot of time, money, and stress not having to deal with pages of printed coupons! Also, you can look into getting your cartridges refilled at Walgreens photo center…at one point I think I paid around $6 for a color refill, but it might be around $10-12 now…which still beats the local Cartridge Center by a long shot!  Hope this helps!

      • Anonymous says:

Thanks Jenni and Roci, both you guys gave me some great tips. I did call walgreens and mine only fills certain kinds of cartridges…none of which I have lol. Thanks for the help. I am gonna read that article on here also.Have a great day !.

        • Linda Tomson says:

Try going into your printer settings you may have it set on super high quality. change the setting to a lower quality setting and your ink will last twice as long

        • Anonymous says:

Also, go for black ink only. That’s all I use and I never have a problem. The pictures look funny most of the time but they are always taken as long as they scan. Cashiers just have to read instead of looking at pics which can be a good thing. Less confusing sometimes.

    • Megan says:

Kroger has some great coupons that you can send to your kroger card, no ink needed.

      • Anonymous says:

Great suggestion Megan, ecoupons are great!

        • Cece Kitson says:

I have a question about that…do all Krogers have this? I have tried to get the eCoupons and it says I do not have a Kroger in my town and I do. does it matter. Can I choose another store?? thanks

          • Anonymous says:

You should check with your store to make sure they accept the ecoupons.  If they do you should be able to choose any store in your area and load coupons.  The coupons vary some by region but if they are close to you they should be very similar.

    • Invest in a laser printer rather than an ink jet it is much cheaper and prints more pages per cartridge and it pays for it self in no time

    • Anonymous says:

A big thanks to Roci for answering.  Here is the link to the article mentioned.  Hope it helps you save! http://thekrazycouponlady.com/2012/02/04/print-for-pennies-save-on-paper-and-ink-the-krazy-way/

  21. The Q-Tips offer was $1 off 2 products :(

If you need a cheap filler for the USO event then at stores in central ohio Kroger Everyday Living Flexible Straws were Retail $1.00,  sale .80 – .40 (USO savings) = .40 cents. I found them with the kitchen gadgets. Also, I did the jello catalina yesterday & it didn’t print at the register. Fortunately they made it right at the service desk.

    • Anonymous says:

Thanks for sharing Roci, glad you got your Catalina!

    • Anonymous says:

Ugh – not that I have been shopping at Kroger much since they jacked up all their prices 6 months ago, but I go there today and they have changed their coupon policy…now you can only use 2 Internet Printed coupons per manufacturer per day. :(

      • Anonymous says:

Seriously?!! I haven’t encountered that yet, but thanx for the heads up. And  I agree w/ you about the prices. I have shifted a lot of our shopping to Meijer. I feel like I get stock up prices there.

        • Anonymous says:

I am thinking it may just be my normal Kroger on Cemetery Road in Hilliard.  Next time I have the (most likely misplaced) urge to shop at Kroger, I will try the one on Hilliard Rome Road or Henderson in UA.

          • Anonymous says:

I’m in Westerville & there are 5 Kroger’s w/in 15 minutes of my house. I have found that it all depends upon the cashier that is ringing me up. I try to stay away from the grumpy ones :o)  Good Luck!!

            • Anonymous says:

They had this new “policy” printed out and posted at every register…1 for the cashier, and 1 taped to the counter for the customer.  Hardcore, right?

            • Anonymous says:

That is Hardcore. I’m going tomorrow to get the Oscar Mayer bologna & catalina. I will definitely look for those signs.

            • Anonymous says:

Hi, I went to the Kroger on Sunbury & 161 today. I went thru the self checkout & there were not any signs posted. Next time I use a cashier I will look again.
