I went to the store to get some of these last night. THe shelf was wiped dry of these. Got the last two bottles of weed killer too. Even the clearance was wiped.  Even the ibuprofen was gone. I don’t know who went couponing where I live but WoW!

I did not get the item above.  But there were tons of Ibuprofens left.  Surprisingly there were a lot of the dial hands soaps left too.

At the target I went to the price tag above the 3 rows of this item said $1.99… went to scan to make sure and it rang up “item unknown”…. at the register it rang up $2.99 – had the baby and didn’t notice until after I got home…. Just FYI…

I noticed that the Target coupons says “Coupon value may not exceed value of item purchased” will this effect this deal”?

They will adjust the coupon down if they need to.  Sometimes you can get overage, so that penny can be applied towards another item!!

Target coupons will not give you overage.  It’s the manufacturer ones that will, that’s if the cashier doesn’t adjust it.

I’ve noticed that the machines automatically deduct the reduced amount without the cashier having to adjust it.  I think they have updated their system or something…

I’ve noticed that too at the SuperTarget near me.  The Target coupons auto adjust.  The Manufacturer ones don’t.  Maybe some Targets have the old system still?…lol.

I just did this deal today. The machine automatically took off $1.99 instead of $2.00.  :-)
