  1. I didn’t see that price at my store, but they let me get the 4 pack which is $1.62. So for me the coupon was a $0.38 money maker. WOW I KNOW. I wiped out the shelves and left the store only paying 9 dollars and some change for my other items. I LOVE COUPONING AND PROUD TO SAY THAT I AM A CRAZY COUPON LADY!

My Walmart here had the individual cfl bulbs for around the price mentioned but also had a huge selection of “soft white” bulbs too. The packs included 3 way (2 per pack) and various watt bulb packages (4 per pack) for less than $2.00. I used all of my overage to buy flower seeds to have some fun with the kids :)

  3. Got these today in a three pack for $.13! WooT :D

  4. Got these today! WooT! :D

  5. Love this coupon!  My local Walmart has the 6-packs of Energy Smart CFL bulbs for and 1.84 and 1.94 depending on the watts.  Printed from multiple computers and used 4 in one transaction.

  6. The bulbs at my Walmart were only $1.87 for the 3 pack.. so instead of paying $.13 they paid me $.13!

I was wondering if anyone else lives in a small town.  I live in Safford, AZ and when i go to do my couponing it seems like after looking at this site and seeing the amazing savings i go to my local walmart or walgreens or safeway and its way higher.  For example the lightbulbs, here it says they can be 0.13 cents but when i go to my walmart the final price would have been $2 for the same ones shown here.  Granted there are two mine sites around that do make the prices go up becuase for some reason they asume that everyone works there, but anyways, does anyone else have this problem?

    Thank you!!  :-)

    •  Meme My prices are always a little higher, and I don’t always find the same products either, But Sometimes I have the better regional coupons and the grocery stores around here all double so, I just figure it all evens out in the wash.

    • That happens to me, so i travel 20 minutes to the super walmart. They prices are usually spot on.

    • Glad to hear that I’m not the only one who knows about Safford!

In reality, I think you’re in the hardest position b/c you can’t just go and compare lots of stores.  How does Safeway handle couponing over there?

At my local WalMart the cheapest ones were $2.88, I looked all over for $2.13 but there wasn’t any

Can this coupon be stacked with the Target coupons from the Earth Day booklet????

I was just at Walmart and found a 3 way soft white light bulb for $1.24 so it was a .76 cent money maker :)

You used the coupon wrong.  I saw the same bulbs but they were NOT part of the coupon deal.  If you read on the coupon it said any ENERGY SAVING Soft White.  They did have the Energy Saving ones, at just over $5 for two.  I don’t know where the person found these types of bulbs priced that low, but after THREE Wal Marts today I can assure you this coupon is not meant for ANY money maker deal.  Just because it goes through, it doesn’t make it right.

      • Anonymous says:

I think I know how to read by now and I don’t know where you live but at my Walmart they had some kind of special pricing that said it was brought to you by PP&L and they had a 1 pack ENERGY saving light buld for $1.24 they also had an ENERGY saving 2 pack for $2.13. I ALWAYS make sure that I have the right product to match the coupon.

same thought here too, I looked because they were on my list for my new lamps, but could I find bulbs, that worked out to be only 13c,after coupon ,,no,,,not even close….just made do with regular ones…lol;)

I don’t know about other walmarts, but in Texas these bulbs are 5.88 for a 3 pack. That was the lowest price. They keep going up after that. Still a decent buy, but not the .12 cents in the blog.

      Our Wal-Mart started at 7 :-(

I’m going to change the post! It’s supposed to be a single bulb, not a 3 pack : (  Thanks for reminding me!

      •  I did find a 3 pack of the GE cfl bulbs equivalent to 40 watt and 60 watt for $2.43 at the Wal-mart I went to. They had a huge display of them in the middle of the aisle. I just figured it was regional price differences, But it was a 3 pack. The equivalent to 75 watt and 100 watt ones started at around 5 something for the 3 pack.

I’m glad that I wasn’t going crazy : )  Still, it seems like most people aren’t seeing that kind of price at their stores.

    • Tim Verry says:

Yep, same here. I looked everywhere for the 3 pack too :p  Still, I picked up two of the 60watt equivalent 3 packs.  Hopefully they cut down on energy usage (been looking at LED lights as mentioned above but they are still really expensive)

This probably won’t scan at my walmart without the upc code on it. They will deny me :( I will give it a try tho….

So in 2 spots on the printout it shows Redeemable only at Walmart but I don’t see that on the coupon itself.  Anybody else notice that?  I haven’t been in Walmart for a couple of months because of rudeness of the cashier and manager when I tried to use some coupons that wouldn’t scan.  They were completely valid coupons and I’m always very nice to cashiers.  It was an awful experience and they made me feel horrible.  So, anyway, I plan to take these to Meijer since they are manufacturer’s coupons and I don’t see it on the actual coupon anywhere.  I’ll wait for a sale there since another post noted the 2014 expiration.  I’m guessing there should be a sale there before that date!  :)

  15. Imona Budget says:

Alright Ladies! This is a flip and print..or a print-watch-and cancel..there’s an ad at the bottom of the coupon….fyi

I’m heading there now…! I can’t wait for savings on my energy bill!!

    • Thanks, for the info!  I tried to cancel so it wouldn’t print the ad but didn’t quite catch it in time so some of the ad printed but not all of it. I was able to print 2. Here is something interesting that I just noticed at the very top of the page it says “Redeemable only at Walmart” but there is absolutely no mention of Walmart on the coupon. Also the exp. date on both coups. is 6/3/2014. I’ll bet that 2014 was probably a typo because 2 yrs. is a really long time for a coup. to be “live”.

      • Kaytee says:

actually I have a coupon for the cocoa butter lotion you use when you’re pregnant that has NO expiration date! Specifically says in the top where it would normally be “does not expire”

  16. Anonymous says:

Mine printed with a 2014 exp. date.

  17. I just thought I would share. We have been using the cfl bulbs for many years now. I purchased an led flood light bulb (because the other ones I tried were not bright enough for me) I replaced 1 light in our living room. and low and behold it made about a 30 dollar difference in our electric bill. WHAT! I know I was shocked too. In fact after using it for 2 or 3 months. the electric co. called me and told me there had to be a problem with my meter and they were going to replace it. Now These are very expensive, so I would not recommend running out and replacing all your bulbs, but maybe a little at a time. I am hoping they perfect the technology a little more on the led’s, but for now I am happy with my savings.

    • Krista says:

So you’re saying the LED made that much of a difference? That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing!

      • Anonymous says:

LED lighting is the wave of the future but the “bulbs” are very, very expensive.  Supposedly, they last for years and years and years.  The price of the bulbs will come down over time.  Definitely the way to go in the future.

        •  Yes, they are. I paid $12.00 for the 1 bulb I purchased and that was at 50% off, This was a Flood light It had about 50 of the small led bulbs in it. We also purchased a 2-pack of the ones that use less than 2 watts of power and were supposed to be the equivalent of a normal 60 watt and same light output. I unfortunately hated these, they were not bright enough at all. I put them in my chandelier in the dining room but I have been reading on-line that they have not perfected the light output technology on the bulbs. I would pay the extra for them over and over again to save on my Electric bill. Plus we have had these 2 smaller ones for 2 years now. I am reading they last forever, so definitely worth the money.

LED lights are awesome, i have nightlights around the house that are all LED and they work great!!  for some reason they do seem to be brighter than just the normal lightbulb nightlights, but maybe its just that i can see better because in a way they seem to put off more light and arent so blinding like the lightbulb ones.
