CVS Extreme Couponing (week of 5/20): $5.00 or Less

Welcome to this post where we will lay out some extreme couponing deals that will cost you about $5.00 each week! First, here’s everything you need to know about shopping at CVS:

CVS allows one manufacturer coupon and one store coupon per product. You may use CVS Extra Bucks (EBs) in addition to these coupons. Extra Bucks are their rewards that are printed at the end of your cash register receipt. These coupons can be used on your next purchase. Remember, if there is a limit in the ad for the Extra Bucks items, this limit is per CVS Extra Care Card.

The best deals to be had at CVS are “Extra Bucks” offers.  The best thing about CVS is their rainchecks, which include the “Extra Buck” offers, so you can still get the offer when they have more stock!  Be sure and get your CVS card so you can enjoy these extreme savings!  Be sure and read the CVS coupon policy.  You can also go here and review the CVS How To Video.

It says that the limit is 1 for the Suave but on my receipt it doesn’t say limit reached. Can I do it again and get the $4 ecb?

On 5/20 I purchased 14 bottles of Pantene Shampoo & Conditioner and 3 Hersey’s candy bars for $5.27.

  3. Does anyone know if the $5 ECB for purchasing $10 of any Crest or Oral-B Clinical protection is a month long deal? How can I tell? Thanks!

i mean no offense at all… but am I the only one who can’t stand Suave?  I wouldn’t use it if it were free (now if it was a money maker i’d get it and donate but otherwise…)  all of their products seem so watery… Lotion, shampoo, conditioner… all of it.  I know this site is about saving money, but it’s only saving money if it’s a good product.  If you like it, I’m happy for this deal for you. But…  Does anyone else feel this way?

I totally agree with you!! I refuse to buy Suave products not because I’m picky but because Suave products lack in quality. Now donating them sounds like a better plan!

  5. In northern California we got B2G1 free coupon, so how will it work???

  6. Candy says:

Quick question…. CVS’s policy states 2 coupons can be used on a B1G1 so for the sauve lotion – I can use a B1G1 and a $1/2 coupon???

    • Anonymous says:

Nope, you can only use a coupon on the product you are paying and not the one you are getting for free.  The $1/2 q you have is attached to both items and you would actually have too get 3, use 1 BOGO q and the $1/2 to use is the right way…  Unless the BOGO is a CVS offer, then you could be able to use the $1/2 (or the BOGO q and get everything free)…

My plan was to use 2 B1G1 coupons and 1 – $1/2 but I’m in SoCal and got the B2G1 coupons. Thanks for your response.

Bummer!  You need to get 3 with that coupon…  And then you can also use the $1/2…  I hate when coupons are regional and vary like that or when we don’t get them at all…  :-/

  7. for the suave lotion, the coupon i received was a Buy 2 get 1 free… how will this deal work with the B2G1 coupon?? it sounded really good until i checked my coupon.. :(
