  1. Bought skintimate today and didn’t get a RR. Manager said it was because i used a MQ. I politely asked if she could ring 1 up without coupon and still didn’t print a RR. Might be a glitch in the system. FYI.. I bought the gel… might try the creme next time.

  2. Monica says:

Can anyone tell me if the 2/3 ct. Thermacare is considered trial/travel size?

  3. Susan Simons says:

Found another place to use the Dixie MQ.  If you have a Ocean State Job Lot near you.  they have Dixie plates on sale for $2.00.  The $1.00 off 2 coupon I just mentioned in another comment would now make it $1.50 per pkg.

  4. Susan Simons says:

I was in Shaw’s today and in the “Sizzlin Summer Giveaway” game guide is a MFG coupon for $1.00 off Dixie or Vanity Fair plates, bowls, or knapkins that can be used at WAG’s.  Making the cost $1.00 per pkg.

  5. Anonymous says:

I just realized I have a $3/1 MQ from paper (not sure which one) but it will make the gillettte fusion proglide $2.99 which I think is a pretty good price. My son loves these razors.

  6. Poolside1 says:

BTW: ThermaCare has $3/1 coupon out. LOOK in the back of the shelf, cuz they have a bonus pack of one extra wrap per pk.

  7. Poolside1 says:

Does anyone else have a problem w/ their store re-stocking sales items!? The last 15 times I have been in, to get items on sale and the shelf only has 2 or 3, depending on the sale! Weekly Ad=Hellmann’s Mayo 30oz. Ragu, Lipton tea, (spend $15 on any and get a 5RR).
    NONE!!!!

    • Anonymous says:

That is frustrating. When I know that I definately want certain deals, I call my Walgreens on Saturday (that’s when we post our Walgreens weekly coupon deal post) and special order the amount of a product I want to ensure that I will get my deals!

    • Anonymous says:

ask when they get the load in. usually the best time to go or sunday early morning. BTW walgreens orders about 2 days ahead of when there load arrives.except sundays. warehouse changes every major holiday.

  8. Karen Renae says:

So, did no one else have the walgreens coupons for $2 off Huggies?  It would make them 4.99 each when combined with the manufacturer.  Unfortunately I have the store coupon but not the manu.  could have really used a good deal on diapers!

  9. Anonymous says:

I got 12 Nestle candy bars, used 4 $.60/3 manufacturer coupons and 3 of the $.99 RR from last week and paid $.51 OOP.  It’s a gag birthday present….whats a teenager going to do with a bag full of candy bars (they cover up her $50 gift card)…thanx Walgreens!

  10. Twotoo13 says:

General Wags question: I have a rain check dated April 14. I saw on their website that they say they only honor rain checks for 30 days. I’ve probably missed out, but has anyone had any luck getting rain checks to work after the 30 days is up?

    • Anonymous says:

as a former walgreens employee. When i worked for the company rainchecks never expired.

      • Twotoo13 says:

just wanted to update! i happened to be going by the walgreens that gave me the rain check (it’s usually a bit out of my way), and they just ran with the coupon, no problem whatsoever. i just bought that luster now pack for 80% off!

    • Anonymous says:

It will depend on your individual store. Some say that they will honor the rain check until you use it. Others will say that it is valid until the product is re-stocked. You shoudl ask your store for their policy.

      • Anonymous says:

this is posted on the walgreens website. i called 1800 walgreens and the customer service rep didnt know it was changed either. They are not obligated to tell employees when policies are changed. Reason #1 why i was fired recently. Since they are not obligated to sya anything about the changes how are employees supposed to know if they are doing something wrong. i didnt know.

  11. Martin says:

Quick question.  Had a couple of issues tonight and don’t know where to turn to verify I’m not crazy.  I went to one Walgreens and got a couple of things including Depend Real Fit, and received the $3.50 RR.  Then I went to get the rest of what I needed at another, ad again bought the Depend Real Fit, but didn’t get a RR.  I did not roll the other one or anything like that.  I asked right away, and the cashier wanted to see about the RR, but I had no viewable info on it other than this board.  At the last store it had been advertised as a price cut and a RR, but this store had the price listed at $6.29 I think.  It rang up $4.49 which I expected, but no RR.  I thought it was one of those unadvertised monthly deals, but I’m having a heck of a hard time finding some kind of documented proof of it considering they didn’t have any signage in the store.  The woman said I could come back with my receipt if I found the ad or whatever, but I’ve had no luck.  Any suggestions?  Also, I’ll post over in the K-Mart board, but I bought the 4 bags of M&M snack mix to trigger the $5 gift card.  It didn’t print.  Again, the only place I’ve seen that is on here.  How do I prove there’s a deal going on?

Thanks for everything.  This site has been a tremendous help.

    • Anonymous says:

We are so glad that this site has been helpful to you. The Depend RR deal is a month long deal and the yellow tags on the shelves should have the start and end date posted on them (this particular deal ends 5/26). We find them in stores and take our information from the dates on the tags. You could go to the first Walgreens and ask for a tag or take a picture of it and show the second store (a lot of work, I know). With all of the deals we post, we get the information from the official site of the particular store and/or from actually going in-store (which is why there is a delay sometimes – we want to make sure the deal is actually valid).

  12. Dawn Braddy says:

Am I missing something on the Dove deal? 4 for 15 with a 5RR is like 4 for $10 then with 4 1.00 MQ it is like 4 for $6 or $1.50 each right?

  13. Has Walgreens changed their coupon policy?  I used register rewards from the Starbucks refreshers but my receipt said it was a Nice or Schick coupon?  Does this mean we need to use register rewards on non RR items?

    • Diane, I have had seen this also on my receipts.  I may be wrong, but I don’t believe it will hinder your receiving an additional Register Reward, I think the kinks have not been worked out on the newer cash registers.  This past Sunday I was also told that I have to hand over my Register Rewards before the manufacturer’s coupons.  The cashier had to void the entire order and start over, as the register would not accept my Register Rewards after the coupons.  I think Walgreen’s is trying to limit coupon acceptance. Luckily I’d had an item for each coupon, plus a couple extra 49 cents candy bars.

The police has not changed to our knowledge. It may have been  a glitch in the computer system.

      • Anonymous says:

rofl!  I just double checked to see what you posted after my post.  The POLICE?  oh my…LOL what are you doing at you Walgreens??  They need police?  hehe  Sorry had to.

  14. Anonymous says:

My Walgreens has Pantene 12.6oz b1g1 50%,  Make sure you get those pantene coupons used up if you havent already.  4.99 and 2.49 and add in the 3.00 and b1g1 coupons and you have yourself a deal here!!

  15. Eva Coronita says:

Just a warning. P&G consider Walgreen’s rebate cards to be coupons
or discounts applied to your purchase. So if you plan on sending a
rebate in to P&G and you used your rebate card to make the purchase,
P&G will deduct the rebate card value from your total rebate. Ex:
You bought a Swiffer WetJet for $20 and you used the Walgreen’s $10
rebate card to purchase the item and a credit card. P&G will only
refund you the $10 put on your credit card.

    • Anonymous says:

I’m confused… What P&G rebate are you talking about?

      • Charity Name says:

Any  and all P&G rebate takes off coupons and discounts. The one she is probably talking about is the satisfaction guarantee for swiffer. There are several out there

        • Anonymous says:

Well, that’s not true.  I’ve done 3 P&G rebates, used coupons/rewards for all of them, so I barely paid anything, and I got the full rebate back.  Besides, if its a satisfaction guarantee “rebate,” then you should only request your money back if you are not happy with the item.  It’s not meant for you to just get it free.

    • Eva, I have added a note in with my rebates (but am not familiar with this one).  I make copies of rebate cards, Register Rewards, Extra Bucks, Up+Rewards, etc. when submitting a rebate to show that a manufacturer’s coupon was not used.  I have had steady sucess with doing that.

      • Eva Coronita says:

I will start doing that from now on after this recent event.  I emailed them about the issue and will be calling them about it.  I usually don’t expect the coupon value back from P&G in any rebate/satisfaction refund, but I never expected my walgreen’s rebate to be considered a coupon.

  16. Eva Coronita says:

Check your walgreens clearance. I bought a Wet’n’Wlid Eye make-up remover (big bottle) for just the sales tax (.05).  It was on clearance for a $1 and was free after using the $1 off any Wet’n’Wild product.

  17. Anonymous says:

Has anyone else had trouble accessing coupons generated by Brick’s? (which I believe includes all of the coupons.com coupons)

  18. Anonymous says:

I found Aveno hydrosport sunblock lotion on clearance today at Walgreens in Spokane Wa. for 3.12.  With the $2 MFC I had that made it 1.12!  It had a little bonus hand lotion attached as well.  Great deal!  Check the clearance shelves everyone.

  19. Kelly Jones says:

Ocean Spray Juice is on sale for 2/$5.00 with the in-ad coupon.  I used my Buy One Get One Free coupon and it took off 4.50. I only paid .50 for two juices.

  20. At a Walgreens near near me I found 1.6 and 1.7oz sticks of degree deodorant for only $1 can any one tell me if this size is considered travel or trial? It would only be $0.25 after the coupon in yesterdays paper but the coupon excludes travel and trial.

  21. Anonymous says:

Yes, you can not use that coupon anymore; however, we list it because we post this ad on Saturdays and some Walgreens start their upcoming sales week on Saturdays in stead of Sundays.  (So for some people, they were able to shop oin Saturday the 19th and still use that coupon).

  22. Went to Wags to get the Hellmans Mayo deal and had a problem.  Got 5 at $3 for a total of 15, thinking that i sould get a 5RR.  I used (5) $1.00 coupons, and paid $10.00.  But the RR didnt print.  Manager told me that because I used coupons the rr will not print, and it only happens on some items.
Did I mis understand the ad or is this manager wrong?

    • Anonymous says:

That is frustrating.  Some products have not been printing RR when a coupon is used and there is no way to tell until the deal is tried.  What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not universal, so someone may try the exact deal you did at another store and their RR may print.

    • Anonymous says:

I would have had then do the deal without Q’s and I bet you that it would have not printed either. This happend to me and the manager did that and it did not print so he said that corporate had to fix it. I went back on a wed. and they did fix it.

  23. Anonymous says:

Discover the Value of a Great Buy has been found in Publix.  Reinventing Beauty can be found in CVS.  Lowes Foods Spring Savings Booklet can be found in Lowes Foods.  I am not sure what you are referring to with the last one.

Hey!  I live in Galveston as well!  The Reinventing Beauty Mag if you go to the Walgreens on 61st and Stewart are right as you walk in, look to the left kind of hidden back by the cashier.  That is where I always find them!  We do not have a Publix around here to find the Discover one and I have no idea where a Lowes Foods store is in this area.

There is a $0.30 on any one 4 oz. or larger HARIBO product on the Betty Crocker website too. Just in case you already printed it off FB.
