My Target is not allowing me to stack coupons because their store coupons states “limit one coupon or offer per guest”.  I had my coupon policy with me but they wouldn’t budge.

Has anyone used the 5/2 Purina coupon? It says on coupon limit 1 coupon PER item.

  3. i understand where u are comming from,  Target is getting real bad with coupons.  i went a few weeks ago and walked out in tears.  the cashier and the manager would not let me use a coupon, i said fine.  i had to go back because i forgot something, i got in another line behind the cashier i was before. i was so shocked at what i was hearing the cashier and manager were talking about me saying all things crude, to the customer that had been behind me.  i still remember the way the guy looked at me as if he was sorry for what they had been saying.  But not once did i hear him say to them to stop.  i more or less ran from the store.
My hubby told me to go back last week,  well i wish that i hadn’t they had me for each target coupon check out then to walk out of the store and come back in.
we tried to file a complante but when we called both times we got the same manager that had been talking about me.   So much for customer service.

  4. I was told last week that I can’t use Target Q’s on clearance items by a cashier & there customer service… Do u know if this is policy on all stores?

Print off Target’s coupon policy and take it with you to the store next time you go.  There is nothing in the policy that states you cannot use a coupon on clearance items.

Does anyone know how much the Sour Patch Kids 8oz normally cost at Target?  My kids will not touch these because they are too sour, so more for me!  I eat these once in a while.

i’ve never had a problem with using more than 1 target coupons at my store.  haven’t had any problems with coupons at all except for one time where i wasn’t sure if i could use one ($ off MQ with a B1G1 and TQ.. couldn’t use the MQ on the one i paid full price for)  but other than that all the cashiers took everything with no problems or hassles.

Just an FYI ladies…I used the BOGO Trident layers gum at my local Wal-Mart. Ours had the Peach/Mango gum clearanced to .75, after coupon .38 each. They also had the MadarinStrawberry and Spearmint Up2U clearanced (.75), used the $1/2 mq from a while back, .25 each!! All in all paid $2.52 for 8 packs of gum!

my Target closest to me (but a smaller store) is 7 per transaction. I asked mainly because I wanted to do a man coupon that was if you bought 2 items and the target was for each and they were fine with that. Another location I dont even deal with anymore…

  9. I went to target the other day. The cashier had a problem with my coupons, He said the coupons say 1 per person. I told him we can split the stuff i bought. Then why do target website let you print out 2 coupons for the same item?

    • Sometimes a new or wrong infrmed cashier will tell you something like that, Go to another cashier or get a Cashier Manager. I had a waitress tell me I could not buy  1Taco, I had to buy meal  of Taco beef tacos at my fav Mexican rest. When clearly it says I could on menu. Prov them wrong. Customer is always right. Cashiers are human also.

They’re not new or wrong informed, they’re just going by what it said on the coupon. Target coupons state “limit one coupon or offer per guest”, but a lot of the stores don’t really care and will let you use multiples in one transaction. All just depends on your cashier and how they’re feeling that day. :)

It is a little silly though, that they let you print 2 of each coupon, yet it says on the coupon you’re only supposed to use one.

My Target accepts four per person in one visit. Check with the manager of your store.

i go by the coupon, “one coupon or offer per guest”. So I only use one, but lately I have been using two, and no cashier has mention anything to me. So I guess it depends on your cashier. I think if the manager wants to be nasty or strict and goes straight by the coupon, one per guest then you have to play the rules. Just like some sites states one coupon her household, even though we have the ability to print two, we print two because we can or we “say” its for someone else/family member.
