Walmart has Duck brand easy Liner non adhesive shelf liner in a 12″ x 5′ roll and priced at $0.98 a roll. use the $2.00/2 rolls coupon from a couple weeks back, a small MoneyMaker indeed.

The depend 3 packs at my Walmart had a 2.00/1 coupon on the outside and it says it has a 2.00/1 coupon on the inside for a future purchase.

The cashier at Walmart told me today that not only do they price match, but if Publix has a BOGO on something- Walmart will honor the BOGO at the WALMART price of the item.  Is this correct?

So if Publix says BOGO on Chips ahoy and it’s $4 for one at Publix, Walmart will give you BOGO at their price of $3?  (all hypothetical… just trying to clarify)

You cannot use a coupon for TWO items on a twin pack. That is technically ONE item. One barcode/price = one item. With the item you mention, you would have to buy TWO twin packs. HTH

I was looking on some adds online that I didn’t have and found the Zyrtec is on sale at the family dollar for $4.50 the 5 count. So it is cheaper then walmart.

I went to my walmart today and was going to get the clear hair care product and came across one that was for $1.97 so I grabbed it. When I went to check out and used the coupon for $2.00 it went through and I got it for free. It was the 3oz. bottle. Just thought I would say since I seen the one for above for this product.

At Walmart today the cashier told my family during checkout that they had just had a meeting about accepting coupons and he was afraid to make a mistake and get fired, which we can totally understand. We are ethical couponers and don’t get questions or run into many problems with accepting our coupons.

The cashier claimed the 9 oz Gain dish detergent was a “trial size” and no Gain coupons could be used on that size. The woman buying donuts and cigarettes behind us obnoxiously chimed in and said “Yeah, those are trial size.” I asked for the manager, who promptly came over and said “No the 9 oz Gain are definitely not trial size.” The cashier kindly apologized for the delay however the lady in line behind us was quite put out and barked at the nice cashier just trying to do his job, “Well I have to be at work in 10 minutes, so now I’m going to another line.” KCL — all I could think about as I was (internally) laughing, was “Pick another check out lane honey!”…..thanks for helping us to keep our cool and see the funny side of couponing!

I saw the ad, also! I sent my husband in this morning and he told me that they did not even have the price on or by the charcoal that was on sale! There was prices for all the normal priced charcoal. Everyone kept asking him why he was buying all that charcoal. He came home with 12-double bags @ $5:48 each. We save around $100.00!!!! WOO-HOO!!!!!!!!

Are the 5 ct zyrtec not trial size? The coupon states “excludes trial size”… ? I will be glad to use them… just wasn’t sure :) ??

    • trial size is the one ct located in the travel size section, my store doesnt even carry them so this is a good deal

    • Anonymous says:

No, they aren’t trial size :)

You know, I’m actually surprised that more people haven’t jumped on the Zyrtec deal at Family Dollar. Right now, the 5 ct is on sale for $4.50, combined with the coupon .50 each!! I wasn’t lucky enough to get the coupons this time around otherwise I would have been.

  13. I would like to report to all my Kcl buddies, I finally went back to Wal-mart after a very long break from shopping there. The deal on cfl Lightbulbs was what did it. What can I say KCL you tempted me and you won. lol  However while I was there I had them Price match Pepsi Next for $0.88 so I could use the rest of my few $1.00/2 Q’s and price match Sun Drop for $1.00 and used a few of my $1.00/1 q’s, and price matched vo5 shampoo for $0.75. Plus Our son needed air soft bb’s and I could not bring  myself to pay what Dick’s sporting Goods wanted for them. The cashier I had was superb. She kept saying wow that is a great deal fantastic then wait did you just get that for free. It must have been in the cards for me to go back, because as we were leaving the store we passed the manager. I made it a point to tell her I had sworn off wal-mart all-together and that Lynn was one of the best cashiers I ever had.
