Safeway is having a 4 day sales on the best food mayo for $2.77. They have a save $1 coupon on there coupon center & I have a save $1 coupon from the sunday paper. Can I use both of these coupon? Making it 77 cents. And what does safeway one-time coupon online means? HELP! I’m a newbie:)

Not unless it is a Personalized Deal. Safeway’s coupon policy states:

      Coupon Stacking:
      21. Safeway does not allow a customer to redeem two or more manufacturer coupons against the same item in a single transaction.
      22. Coupon stacking policies for manufacturer coupons apply to paper and electronic coupons that have been loaded to a club card.

      23. If a customer presents two coupons for the same item in a single transaction, Safeway will give the highest discount for that item, subject to the terms of the applicable offer and/or coupon.

Any of the coupons in the Just 4 You section are considered Manufacturer Coupons and cannot be combined with paper Manufacturer Coupons. You can, however, use a personalized deal (these are usually labeled unlimited and found in the section labeled Personalized Deal) with a paper coupon. This can result in a great deal, keep an eye out.The term one-time coupon means that can be used one time for one item. So if you have two of the same item the electronic coupon will be used for the first item and the second item will be full price. If you want to read their coupon policy which I wholeheartedly recommend, you can find it here http://thekrazycouponlady.com/category/safeway/#tab-policyI would print it out and carry it with your coupons in case you get a cashier who isn’t familiar with their coupon policy.

  3. I just got back from Safeway, and I was delightfully surprised to find that my catalina was for $3 instead of $2. So 3 packages of Bologna only cost me $.99 or $.33/ea!

I’ve stopped getting excited when I see these bologna/hot dog deals because they never include the lower fat versions – grrrrr.

When I went it did include the light bologna, but I am in California. The only problem is that the price here in Redding, Ca was 4.49 for 16 oz. not the 3.99.
      I bought 6 Oscar Meyer Bologna at B1G2 free: 4.49×2 = 8.98
I got a catalina for 4.00 towards my next shopping trip
which in effect made them .83 ea.

    • FYI, the lower fat version was included in the $3.99 sale at my Safeway! They were right next to each other. Check your as well!!

I’m going there tomorrow while i pick up the s’mores deal

  6. same happened for me at hyvee (buy 10 participating items and save $5) they end up being $1 each. bought 6 and got a $4 catalina for next shopping trip!

  7. Kroger has them 10 for 10 and when you buy 5 you get a $4 catalina back so like getting them for 20 cents each!
