There is also a BOGO free coupon in the 6-24 red plum (I get the red plum in the mail during the week).  So you could buy 6, use 3 BOGO q’s and one $1/3, and pay $1.97 for 6 or $.33 each.

I didn’t like them, but my husband did.

I think most everybody agrees, they are DISGUSTING, like all those sports and protein bars. I don’t understand who really eats these things or who would actually pay for them!!

I didn’t think they were that bad – if you are looking for something sweet, it won’t hit the spot – however, I’m an avid cyclist and it stayed in one piece in my back pocket and was very filling during my 45 mile ride – not as good as a Clif bar, but good ratio of carbs/protein and it was free!

These are great for a century ride….and free is a very good price. Received 25 for free so we’ve been blessed. Found them in the health food aisle at our Kroger affiliate store, Fred Meyer

I said “most” everybody… lol.  45 miles?? no wonder you probably do need them. I’m glad to know they do serve a purpose!

Although these were free to me, they were nasty as can be…;(

I got a bunch of these with the free qpons.  Found them in the natural foods aisle at one of my Kroger stores.  The kids HATED them and said they were worse than the Soy Joys that I got for free a few years back.  Speaking of which, you know the punk teenage kids that come to your door without a costume on Halloween? I know I am not the only neighborhood that gets them…. Well when I hand out the candy in the dark, let me just tell you when a Soy Joy hits the bottom of their sack it has the same impact of a king size candy bar! Guess I know what I will be doing with my Good N Naturals this year. ;)

My kids said they tasted terrible and wouldn’t eat them, even when I got them for free!!

I though these tasted awful too!! I couldn’t finish mine.

  7. I thought these were awful, but gave them to a friend who is a vegan and she enjoyed them….

I still have the coupon for a free Good N Natural bar and I can’t find it anywhere in the Orlando, Florida area.
