Speaking of gas card deal, I looked through the ad again (I always make sure I look at everything and not missing anything) and I think I missed this.

The Physicians Formula says save $7 on any with a retail of $7 or more.  For example if you Purchase something $10.99, it’ll take off $7 which is $3.99.  The MCM is giving out the $3 off $10, and we also have $1/1 Physicians Formula coupons.  Would this work?  I think it might not because the register will automatically take off $7, unless you give them the $3 off $10 first and then let them scan your card last.  Any thoughts? This item is part of the gas card deal.

    • Oh yeah. I didn’t think about the $7 coming off first! I just put together a scenario too including the $3/$10 cosmetics mcm coupon! The goal was to get everything I’m getting down to almost free and get the gas card too lol. I have a $15 off PF face care MCM coupon. I think having the card scanned last might work! At least I hope so!

    At CVS:
    Bought:
Conair Nylon Brush for $2.49 (on sale)
    2 V05 shampoos ($0.79 each)
    CVS cotton balls ($1.99)(needed some)
2 CoverGirl LashBlast mascara ($8.99 each)
    1 Schick Shave Gel: $4.39
1 Gillette Fusion Shave Gel: $2.19
1 Nexxis max hold finishing spray: $3.39
    1 Nexxis hair gel: $3.39
    1 Schick Hydro 3 razor: $9.89

    Used (in this order)
$3 off $10 cosmetics purchase (CVS)
    2 $3/off Nexxis product (CVS)
    2 $2/off shampoo/conditioner (CVS)
    $3/off any hair brush (CVS)
    $0.75/off Schick Shave Gel (mnfr)
    $4/off Schick Hydro (mnfr)
$5/off women’s Schick Hydro Silk razor (the stores here don’t carry that razor, but the coupon worked on the Schick Hydro 3)
2 $1/off CoverGirl products (mnfr, didn’t mean to scan two, they were just in my pile)
Buy one/Get one CoverGirl lash blast (mnfr, $7.50 off only – employee must put in manually)
30% off whole purchase CVS coupon from ExtraCare email (scanned it first, but took $5.31 off only at the end)

Total OOP (after tax): $2.37 plus $1 ECB for my Green Bag tag (no other ECB, though)
    So, $1.37 total.

    Savings: $47.56

Not a bad day! Did the whole thing at self checkout with no trouble, except for the B1G1, which always seems to require manual input. The overage from the shampoo is key.

  6. I just got back from CVS and used a $5 off $20 coupon that I had printed from iheartcvs.com. I also tried to use my $3/$10 any cosmetic purchase, but it wouldn’t scan correctly and the cashier said it was b/c the $5 off coupon had already been used. Has anyone else run into a problem like this before? I’ve done it before with no problem, so I’m not sure if CVS changed something in their policy?

I’m here in NW Florida and got $3 off $10 tide purchase, anyone else get that one?  I didn’t see it posted and it has printed twice for me. I have a raincheck for HE tide!
oops now I see it in the post.

Free Pantene this week and next it seems.  Thank goodness because I was running out of shampoo/conditioner.  My kids have their own stash and so does my husband.  I have nothing left in my stash…lol.

  9. Nirali Patel says:

I had Pantene shampoo on sale for 2.49. I got two pantine shampoo bottle for free. Here is my scenario
    I used$2.00/1 Shampoo, Conditioner or Styling Aid, Excludes Pro Salon $3/2 Pantene ShampooMy total was 4.98 – 5(2+3 Coupons)=0.02 moneymaker :) :)

  10. I went to CVS earlier today and got even more coupons from the coupon machine! I received $2 off any hair care purchase! so I combined it with the $3 off Pantene, which was on sale for 2 for $7, so I got 2 for $2!! I also received $5 off ANY cover girl purchase, $2 off huggies, $2 off Carmex moisture, and $3 off ANY cosmetics purchase of $10 or more!!

    • $3 pantene coupon was from the Smart Source circular in my paper this past weekend

      • Anonymous says:

Yep – if you get another, save it for next week! Pantene will be on sale for 2/$6.50 and also part of a gas card deal :)

        • Anonymous says:

Which means more required trips to CVS to scan your card at the Magic Coupon Machine.  I’ve got 2 $2 off any shampoo/conditioner/styling coupons.  Going to scan my card 2 more times.

          •  I saw posted on another site (sorry KCL, I feel like I am cheating when I say that)a scenario for pantene and using 7 of these $2.00 and the $4/20 where oop is $O. and you get the gas card back. I am already in the negative with this deal, because I used 1 of them on Sunday and forgot to scan my card day b4 yesterday. But seems like a great deal! I saw the Cover girl products are also included in the gas card deal, so I may make it up with that. We will see.

          • Anonymous says:

Yep, this week i’ve scanned daily (which means standing at the machine scanning 3 or 4 times to get all coupons, lol).

  11. Anonymous says:

CVS had the Simple Pleasures by the register. The small packs are $0.67 and the $1 coupon from the MCM did not have any size restrictions…it scanned for $1:) I got a $2 CVS coupon by mail but it is for the 5.6 oz package, not sure of the cost of the larger bags.

  12. I logged into my CVS extracare online account and it looks like they are offering more coupons online. I printed $5 off Shick razor and my $5 beauty reward from the website. there were a few more coupons too that I are not useful to me. I think they revamped their website, I never got this many coupons online from them before.

  13. Anonymous says:

Garnier hair products are cheap or even free this week!  They’re on sale 3 for $10, and I have mc for $1 off (not sure which week they are from).  When combined with the MCM garnier coupon or $2 hair products coupon, they come out to either $.30 or $1.30 (or both?  I didn’t try to us both, but if I had it would have been a money maker).

  14. ms america says:

i keep getting a b1g1 for skinny water does anyone know what that is?

    • Anonymous says:

It’s a 0 Calorie flavored drink that is found in the coolers at CVS

    • I keep getting that one also. It’s located in there cold case. I haven’t purchased it because even thougth it’s a BOGO I think the cost is rather high. $1.67 + 7% NJ tax = $1.79 for 2 bottles. I’m not sure how many ozs ea. bottle is – maybe 12 to 16.

Are you really Ms. America?? I have a Ms. America in my family tree. Ms. America 1940

I got the $1 Garnier, and $2 any hair product.  I had my binder with me, and  had Garnier $1 printed coupons.  So I used one $1 Garnier, plus the CVS coupon, and got a clearance 50% off shampoo.  Then I used 2 more of the $1 Garnier coupons with the $2 CVS any hair product, and got 2 more clearance shampoos.  The clearance shampoos were $1.99 each, so all 3 bottles were free!  I also got the 3/10 CVS coupon and the 5/15 Covergirl.   And I had 4 $1 any Covergirl coupons.   The eyeliners were B1G1 50% off, at $6.49 each, so I got 3.  They had eyeshadow singles on Clearance for about $2.50 ea.  So I got 3 of those and it brought me to about $16.  So about $4 for $16 worth of makeup.  I also had the $1 off of Colgate Sensitive so the toothpaste for $4.99/$4 EB.

  16. e says:

I received a save $5.00 off a $20.00 purchase from the coupon machine. I bought two coppetone sunscreens 2/$19.98 and 2 Hershey Bars (Buy on get on for 25 cents). I used my $5.00 off $20.00 coupon and my $3.00 off 2 coppertone products…I received $8.00 CVS cash.

  17. Anonymous says:

I have a $4/$20 skin care coupon and a $4/$20 beauty purchase coupon, could I use them both on the Physician’s Formula skin care that’s on sale for BOGO free?

    • Anonymous says:

I dont think you can stack 2 CVS coupons for the same item…but im not sure how the $ off would work on a bogo deal either….hmmm its got me thinking now!! :-)

    • Anonymous says:

In order to use both coupons you would need to spend at least $40 (pre coupon)

  18. I got the majority of these coupons plus a $5 off any $20 purchase one! I bought 3 packs of Huggies diapers, used that coupon, used 4.79 in EB I got from last week, and used three $2/1 Huggies mfc paying less than $15 oop AND got $10 back in Extra Bucks! :D

  19. Annie Nguyen says:

I have the 30% off but i dont know which items are on sale or not.. :(

    can someone help me!
Is Head And Shoulder a sale item?

    •  I would say if it listed in the flyer it is a sale price,

    • Sally Jewell says:

The 30% off coupon works with items that are regular prices with or without an extra-buck reward attached. Here’s some deals that would work with the coupon

      Spend 10 get 3eb – L’Oreal make-up
      Spend 10 get 3eb – Sally Hansen
      Spend 10 get 4eb – Revlon
      Spend 10 get 3eb – Maybelline eye
      Spend 10 get 5eb – Organix
      Spend 25 get 10eb – Neutrogena
      Spend 10 get 5eb – Oral-B
Spend 10 get 3eb – Bandaids, neosporin, itch relief
      ZzzQuil $5.99 get 2eb

If it says “sale”, “bogo”, “bogo-50%off” in the ad (or marked clearance on the shelf), than it’s excluded from the 30% coupon. HTHs

    • I received a 30% off my next purchase but it excludes sale & promotional items, clearance items, prescriptions, alcohol (I assume the kind you can drink), gift cards, lottery, money orders, postage stamps, pre-paid cards & tobacco products. No cash back. Tax charged on pre-coupon price where required. Extracare card must be presented to get these savings. Savings applied to total qualifying purchase after other CVS coupons & discounts are applied. Offer not valid in Minute Clinic.

I don’t know what I’ll be using it on since I usually only buy sale and/or promotional items. And one other thing, it printed yesterday (6/26) and it expires Fri. 6/29).

  20. Edith Chaves says:

Can the $1.00/1 Garnier Hair Care or Hair Color Purchase be used for the Garnier shampoo?? is technically hair care right?

  21. Nexxus styling gel was 3.19 at my CVS, sister uses that stuff so I snagged it for .19 :)

  22. Anonymous says:

I scanned my card today and got:

1.00/1 Cover Girl, Pantene, Head and Shoulders, Oral B, or Crest,
and I also got a 20% off my next purchase.

There are so many scenarios for all the shampoo coupons that are printing out.  Today I bought Organix body lotion that was 7.99 and Organix conditioner that was on clearance for 3.49.  I used my $2 CVS coupon for any shampoo or conditioner and my $2 off any organix lotion or body wash.  My total was $7.24 with taxes I used some ECBs and I got $5 back….what a deal!

  24. Jennifer Trimble says:

for the $3 nexxus coupons printing out….theres a brush thats available for $4.99! perfect for your purse or glove box!!!

  25. Anonymous says:

i got a $3.00 off a $10 CoverGirl Purchase and a $3 off a $10 Cosmetics Purchase and boot the b1g1f coupon from covergirl mascara thats b1g1 50% off at cvs this week and they both were exeptid and the full 8>97 was taken off with the b1g1f coupon that seid up to $7.50 it was so cool

  26. I also received a  save $10 Fekki hair care coupon

  27. Anonymous says:

I also got $3/$10 CoverGirl purchase and $1.50 off any Secret Clinical deodorant. I haven’t been to CVS today to scan my card.

  28. Edith Chaves says:

i scanned my CVS card last friday, and got $1 off any Mitchum deodorant CVS coupon that can be stacked with the $1/1 Mitchum deodorant MQ, right now they’re $1.99 so free :)

  29. Anonymous says:

Sorry..didn’t realize I was posting that twice ;-)

  30. Anonymous says:

So if you have coupons for cosmetics is that added into your total price? For example, it says $3/10 any cosmetic purchase – does this mean I have to spend $10 AFTER coupons or before??

  31. Lois DeGraffenreid says:

I got 2 bottles of Pantene (2/$6.98 I think) and used the $3/2 Q from this sundays paper, the $2/1 Shampoo CVS coupon and $1/1 Covergirl, Pantene, Head and Shoulders or Oral B CVS coupon, making both bottles of Pantene just under a dollar for both!

I also got two cover girl eyeshadow pallettes,  a bottle of Revlon age defying foundation, and a rimmel mascara, all on clearance! I used the $3 off $10 cosmetics Q, $2 off revlon foundation Q, and 2 $1 off 1 Cover girl Q. I had a Rimmel coupon, but it wouldn’t scan, but even without that I paid just over $3 for $33 of products.

I got a few other things too. It was a great day at CVS- All in all, I paid about $24oop for $86 of (regular priced) merch.

I am going to go again today to see if I get another $2 off any shampoo and stack that with the pantene to make them free! they are on sale 2/6.97, use the $3/2 pantene, is is even a good deal for $1 each if I don’t get another one to use with is….

    • Anonymous says:

      Great tip!

    • Hua Ren says:

just came back from CVS. there are several pantene products are on sale at 2.49, so use 3 off MQ and 2 off CVS Q, those should be free. I haven’t tried but in theory it should work

      • Anonymous says:

Yes it works! I just got back from CVS and bought 2 clearance pantene at $2.49 each, used my $2 off CVS Q, and then the P&G $3/2… worked perfectly!

  34. Anonymous says:

Does anyone know if the shampoo/conditioner coupon prints daily?

  35. The $2 shampoo ones have no size restrictions~ I used mine on a travel/trial size which ended up being free.

    • Anonymous says:

They have clearance shampoo, full sized, I would check that out.

    • Couponmelani says:

i used my $2 shampoo coupon to purchase 4 VO5 mint tea conditioners which were on sale for .49 each. Brilliant!!!  A few days later I used 2 of the $2 coupons and purchased one shampoo for $3.50 and an additional VO5 for .49.  All I had to pay was tax each time :)

  36. Anonymous says:

Can you use the 1.00 on Garnier and the the 2.00 on shampoo together.

    • Darlene says:

Great question! Unfortunately you cannot combine two store coupons together, only Manufacturer. with Store. There are Garnier Shampoo&Conditioner AND a Garnier Styling Product coupons for $1 off each on coupons.com that you can combine with the $2 off CVS coupon. :]

    • Anonymous says:

No, you cannot stack 2 CVS coupons for 1 item

      • Anonymous says:

        Thank you.

      • Anonymous says:

I am soo new at this I didn’t realize you could get more than one from the machine!! It was my first trip that I felt really good about I got 63.98 for 32.10 and also received 14.00 in rewards total! That is from all 3 drugstores!!

      • Anonymous says:

I just came back from CVS and the magic coupon machine was very generous tonight!  And I was able to stack the CVS $15 off physicians formula with a CVS $2 OFF Facial product.  I also used the CVS $1 off Garnier plus the CVS $2 off shampoo coupon.  I also had manufacturer coupons to add to it.

    • Edith Chaves says:

there was a $1 off garnier shampoo or condition manufacturer coupon on yesterday’s paper :) you could use that with the $2/1 CVS Q

  37. Amy Lile says:

    Regarding the shampoo/conditioner coupon:

My store had VO5 for like 75 cents.  I then had 1.25 overage that was applied to the rest of my purchase :)  It also would work on the trial sizes!  Just make sure that the cashier rings up all items first and THEN the coupon. :)

  38. Anonymous says:

I used the $3/$10 cosmetic purchase combined with the Cover Girl Lash Blast Mascara B1G1 coupon and scored two for $1.50 each!

  39. If you get the $2/1 shampoo/conditioner coupon, make sure you check for clearances.  I was able to get large bottles for free.

    • Vanessa says:

do u know what name brand? my cvs never has clearance signs I usually have to scanned it at the coupon machine to verify the price and its a hassle when u have 3 kids.

      • Edith Chaves says:

I’ve never seen a clearance section at my CVS either! :( ….. and i didnt get the $3 off 2 pantene coupon in my newspaper either -_-

        • The CVS where I just shopped yesterday didn’t seem to have a clearance section. The Pantene Shampoo for Fine Hair I found on clearance for 1/2 price was by chance. I was looking on the shelves for Pantene and spotted the clearance sale tag hanging from the shelf. It would be nice if there was a special section devoted to clearance items but I guess that would require too many man hours to move the different products to another location. They would probably end up just “throwing” all clearance items together and that makes a BIG hassle trying to go through everything. My Rite Aid does that w/some items they put on clearance and I get discouraged very quickly. I live in SJersey.

    • I got the $2/1 shamp/cond coup. and used it on a 12.6oz. bottle of Pantene for Fine Hair on clearance for $2.49 (that’s 1/2 price) I should have looked to see if there was a larger bottle on clearance but didn’t think to do that. Oh, well, I pd. $.49 + tax so I’m pretty pleased.

Not sure were to post this but I just checked my email and got a code for 50% off all CVS brand online purchases.  I see the site has 40% off for everyone now too.  The shipping is free over 49.00  and 5.49 for less.  Not sure if any good deals listed but I sure could stand to stock up on children’s ibuprofen.
