I know this milk is suppose to be healthier for you but I just can’t around the taste of it. To me it is just awful.

Have you tried the flavored ones? I really like the plain unsweetened almond milk, but also like the coconut milk. The dark chocolate is a little too sweet, and I would not drink the soy if my life depended on it. It has way more calcium than regular milk and the unsweetened almond has half the calories of skim milk.

i guess the choice of these milk varieties depend from person to person or region to region.
we love soy milk, soybean, processed soy or anything made of soy — edamame, tofu, miso, etc.

Well, my reasons for avoiding soy is because of the estrogenic effects. It probably tastes fine, but the side effects can be horrendous, especially for males.

Try the Silk chocolate soy milk. It tastes like creamy chocolate milk! It’s a little sweet for me so I mix it with regular milk.

Thank you for your suggestion. I was not raised with milk as a dietary supplement. Made myself drank it when I was pregnant and providing milk for my baby. I stopped immediately after that. I can tolerated with cereal at times but that is far as I go. Chocolate milk is drinking liquified chocolate candy to me…lol. I tried Soy thinking it might be better, not so. But I am glad you like them. I will have to pass.   =D
