Here are the deals happening this week at Staples! These prices are valid from 7/15 – 7/21. There are some great back-to-school items you won’t want to miss! Happy “Stapling!”

Staples has a Reward Program that gives you money back on the items most people use frequently.  Staples rewards you 10% of your purchase on ink, toner, paper, and copy and print items.  You can earn an unlimited 10% back on qualifying purchases when you earn at least $10 in rewards for a calendar quarter.  Every month the rewards are issued when the value of the rewards has reached at least $10.  They roll month to month if the balance has not reached $10, but they expire if that amount has not been reached in a quarter.  These can be redeemed through their online store, phone orders and any Staples store.

I just received a coupon on my email from Avery. It is for 40% any Martha Stewart Home Office or Avery product at Staples. Valid through 7/21 on 1 item, in store only. Coupon code is 70762. I will post it after this post so that KCL can approve the link. Enjoy!

does walmart price match the rebates ?

  3. Heidi says:

Our local Staples in Tualatin Oregon told me they are no longer accepting computer printed coupons.  Has anyone else heard this?

    • Nope. I just had an online chat a few days ago with a Staples customer service rep. and I asked if they accept manufacturer coupons from inserts and also internet coupons. The CS assured me that Staples stores accept both of those types of coupons. I even sent an email transcript of my online chat so I have a record of what her reply to my question.

My local resale shop has binders for 25 cents. They have all sizes and many different colors. Some are the expensive ones that hold up and others are the ones with cartoon figures on them.  I always spray them with some cleaner.

I just went to CVS and purchased the BIC Solei Shavers and only paid $ .86!!!!  The razors were on sale for $ 6.79; I used my $ 2.00 BIC coupon and $4.00 Extrabucks from another purchase.  Wow the CVS Extrabucks are the best.

I have never used the Staples rebate program before and just wanted clarification on one thing.  On the rebate items when it says “limit 2″ does that mean I can purchase two identical items and get two rebates back….so in other words two packs of the pencils and get both of them for free??  Thanks for any feedback  :)

    • TraceyMH says:

Limit of 2 means you can get two rebates back for the same item.  They will combined it into a single check (if you submit each rebate at the same time). The checks take 4-6 weeks to get back to you or if you have a PayPal account you can get it deposited which only takes about a week in my experience.

Thanks Tracey! That helps. I think I’m gonna head over tonight and pick up one more ream of paper then. I only got one this week because I wasn’t sure how it worked. Thx again :)

    • BIC Matic Grip 0.7 mm mechanical pencils, 5/pack  Cost $4.29 – $4.29 easy rebate = FREE. There is a limit of only 1 rebate per household on this item. On the Staples multipurpose (500 sheet ct.) paper, you pay $6.99 – $5.99 easy rebate = $1. There is a limit of 2 rebates per household on this product. On the Staples Photo Supreme 8.5″x11″ paper 50/pack, you pay $14.99 – $13.99 easy rebate = $1. There is a limit of 4 rebates on this product. You really have to read the fine print very carefully or you may find yourself paying more than you intended to.

I just bought the BIC Grip Matic Pencils today (and they were actually $3.99). FYI: My rebate forms says limit of 2 rebates per customer. Just wanted tot pass that on…

I received an email from Staples letting me know that between 7/15-7/28 HP ink is buy 2 get 1 free. I believe this is on HP ink only. If you need ink anyways, this would be a good way to reach the $5 minimum for the penny deals.

I need some help. Can someone tell me if this would work: Buy one pack of Bic Pencils 4.29 each, buy one sandisk jump drive 5.99, and then I can get two of the ledger pads for a penny each. Then I have a 10.00 coupon they mailed (10.00 off any purchase), and then I submit for the 4.29 rebate for the pencils. So in the end I would make 3.99. Is this going to work?

Also, my ad says the big pencils are a limit of 1 for the easy rebate.

Anyone know if it will be possible to recycle an old binder and apply the instant $2 towards (2) $1 extreme deals binders? Thank in advance!

    • tomkat6546 says:

This is a good deal for those of us with kids who have beat up last year’s binders.  Lucky for me they were still hanging around.  I bought 2 binders with 2 recycled binders last week.  The fine print says that you can save $2 instantly on the purchase of ANY new binder, that each binder purchased can only be discounted by one coupon and that there is no cash/credit back.  So it seems you could recycle two binders and get the two $1 Avery 1″ binders for free (I would certainly have a conversation with the manager if the cashier didn’t allow this)..  If you run in today (7/14), this week’s special has the 2″ Staples better binders for $7 each (reg. $11.99) and use a recycled binder for a net cost of $5 each.  That’s what I did–my kids don’t use the 1″ binders in school.  Good luck!

If you did the easy rebate for the paper last week can you do it again this week?  The amounts are different so it seems like a different offer.

  11. tomkat6546 says:

does anyone know if the requirement to spend $5 for the extreme deals is before  or after you use the 15% back to school savings pass?  thanks.

  12. PoopoosCoupons says:

I was just checking the Staples ad for next week.  Looks like the binders are actually $1.00 each with a minimum of $5.00 purchase, not $0.01 like the other two items.
