Do you have to have the ad in hand or can you pull it up on your phone to price match at walmart?

  2. What-if-you says:

I wish all office max store were the same. Mine didn’t have the purell on sale:(

  3. AB64 says:

Price match the Purell Hand sanitizer at walmart where they have the 50% more free bottles – so you get 12 oz. for .99 after coupon!

  4. Anonymous says:

Looks like another great week at Staples :)

  5. Leslie says:

Toys R Us has Crayola, 24 count crayons, 4 for $1!!! As a teacher, we loooove Crayola!!!

  6. Amy says:

I live in the twin cities north suburbs and the office depot sales were not the same for us here :( however they didn’t have an ad in the paper this week so I just went there.  The manager was nice enough to give me the crayola deal and the 10 cent folders :).  Thanks for doing these lists all in all they are very helpful!

  7. I want to buy the Staples multipurpose paper and submit for the easy rebate but I already bought 2 last week and submitted for the rebate. Will I be able to submit for this rebate again? for this week?

  8. Anonymous says:

I was unable to use the Zebra coupon. They told me that I would have to purchase four in order to use the coupon.

  9. Whitney says:

The Bic Mechanical pencils were actually on sale for $3.99, but I was able to submit my rebate for the whole $4.29. A tiny moneymaker!

  10. Whitney says:

Staples would not allow me to use the Zebra coupon either…guess I will try Wal-Mart, although they are always rude to me when I use coupons. Maybe I’ll get a nice cashier. I ran to Wal-Mart earlier and they did not have the notebooks and markers on sale like stated in your video. :( Not a great morning of couponing for me.

  11. Chua says:

As for the Sharpie Accent Yellow Tank-Style Highlighters, 4 ct $1.00 and Expo Dry Erase Markers, 4 ct $3.00 at Office Max, there is an in store coupon for $5 off any sharpie or expo product when u buy 3 of each.

  12. Abeecece says:

There is a great match up of a store coupon on a tear pad at office max on the cardboard display with sharpies…..$5/3 of sharpie and or expo dry erase markers. Pair that with 2- $1 Sharpie Highlighters and your choice of 4pk dry erase Expo markers or 4pk Sharpie markers. Get all 3 for FREE! I also threw a $.10 purel sanitizer as well since otherwise your total is $0.

  13. Duogolfer says:

Office Max will not allow the $1.00 off 3 to be used on the $.10 Purell.

    • Texas Mama says:

The manager at my location refused to even try to scan the coupon… he was adamant that this particular coupon did not apply to the smaller size, even though no size is listed on the coupon.  It was very frustrating!  In the end I just accepted that the $0.10 was a good enough deal.

    • Anonymous says:

Yes, it does appear that some stores will not accept the coupons due to overage. :( If this is the case at your store, you can always try price matching at Walmart if they carry the small size.

Even if you don’t, $0.10 each is still a great price! :)

    • Here in SoCal, Office Max gave me a hard time about the Purell that I had to call corporate to file a complaint while in the store.

    • AB64 says:

Office Max’s in our area accepted the coupons and I got the overage on my other items. Really should be the same everywhere – why do these stores make it so difficult sometimes?!

  14. September says:

would staples price match the toy-r-us ‘crayola crayon 24 ct’ deal?

    • Anonymous says:

Staples doesn’t usually price match other stores. But no worries– $0.25 Crayons are usually available at different stores each week from mid-July to early September, so you’ll likely see this come up again soon. Last year they were $0.25 at Office Depot in July, free after Register Rewards at Walgreens in August, $0.25 at Kmart in July and August, $0.25 at Publix in July, and $0.25 at Kroger affiliates in July.

Or you can price match at stores like Walmart, Target, and Publix. :)

      • Anonymous says:

Thanks. Also, I emailed Staples and they told me that I cannot take print-at-home coupons into the store and use them. Yet plenty of people do that i have been seeing. Will Target do price-match on these pens? I know i can use printable coupons there.

  15. Parkhouse87 says:

i can’t even find the zebra coupon i tried a million times

  16. I was unable to use the Zebra coupon….just so you all know….there could be issues with trying to use it!
