I am in north Mississippi and the RR didn’t print :(

Went to my Walgreens here in colorado springs. In order to get the $3 RR you had to buy 2 of the wipes not one. goes like this 2 @ 6.49=13.98 minus 2.50 mc =11.48 minus 3 RR = 8.48 making it $4.24 each :(

  3. I purchased this at Walgreens & I did not receive any register rewards. What do you do when the store says they don’t know if it should or not. It is not in the add, nor was it tagged on the shelf. So how does it work if I take it back since I did use my coupon. They get to keep my coupon & get the money for it. Shouldn’t I get the full price back since I will not get my coupon back.

You should be able to get the full price refund for  the product. If they give you problem about refunding the full amount, then demand your coupon back. They can’t keep both. hth.

you are suppose to buy $12 dollars to get the reward. just ask for a refund if they dont want to give you the amount of the coupon tell them if they can put it in a gift card.

  4. In my area of Michigan you have to buy 2 to get the RR.  Not as great a deal

  5. Icugoblue says:

The deal is you have to buy $12.00 worth of wipes to get the rr. I just did it this morning.

  6. Holly Keney says:

I don’t know if any of you have tried this,  but if you look at the tag it says that you have to buy 12.00 worth, so you must buy 2 for 6.49 each minus the 1.50 each and you only get 3.00 rewards.:’-/

Just tried this deal at my local Walgreens and the RR did not print, i went back and checked the price tag, it says you must purchase $12 of simple products to get $3 RR.  :(

  8. Our Walgreens in NW Washington all just got new computer systems.  You can no longer use manuf. coupons AND get the RR.  They told me its the Manufacturers who made the change. they don’t want us getting dbl deals from them.  I would suggest asking your store if they still accept both before you try to check out!  I was really bummed when I found out about the change.

    •  not true our walgreens in mo has the new computers and i used some coupons and RR all in the same transaction and it printed the RR.

    • sully says:

even without the new system there are errors in the rewards printing, and that is just a reason cashiers and managers give you when they have no idea why it did not print. Last week i did not use any coupons or rewards to pay for the eos. i paid 6 dollars cash and the reward did not print . then on another day i went back got the eos used a 4 dollar reward and the reward came out with no problem. its just an error. i have gotten that excuse so many times. Besides in the ad they suggest you use a coupon for so many items and it says nothing about not getting the rewards if you use coupons. i remenber once when a cashier at walgreens did not want to take my rewards because she said i was supposed to give them to her before my coupons and she told me it was because of their new system, then i told her to void everything and give me my coupons back, well she voided it and did it all again. smart lady. on another day at the same store a very nice cashier help me, and i told her oh i have to give you my register first right because of the new system. she looked at me funny and said no it doesn’t matter the order you give them to me we have the same system for years believe me i have worked here for many years and we have no new system.

All of our Walgreen’s have the new computer systems and we use MQs and get the RR every time. Must just be your store…did you talk with the manager about it? It may just be a misunderstanding…

  9. Brunnerkathleen says:

You need to spend $12.00 to get $3.00 in register rewards.

I just tried to do this deal. I am in Boise, ID. The RR did not print. There was no tag, but I asked the lady if we could try it anyway. No dice. :(

  15. Awb04a says:

Is the RR just on the wipes only or also on moisturizes, cleansers, etc? Thank you!

When my daughter competes in volleyball tournaments, I consider these clothes a need to have. She keeps them in her gym bag and pulls them out in-between matches to cool and refresh her face. The clothes are soft, cool and soothing. Ahhhh time to go stock up!!!
