Ok So I just went to Target to get the deal and let me know if I am wrong. I got Markers that were .52, I also got two boxes of crayons for .20 a piece. That is 90 cents and I had a dollar off coupon. But target also gives free crayons for each marker or colored pencil you buy? If I get one crayon free plus my ten cent overage, How come I didnt get .28 overage? It was just zero?

  2. Cupcake6064 says:

My target in Texas would not take this coupon saying those are a sale price and the coupons states it cant be mixed with any other offer. I said there policy dosent state that and manager just walked away didnt want to help me at all very disapointed in target i have never had this problem with target before.

Do the coupons from P&G, RP, and smartsource vary in every state because i didnt get the roseart coupon and I’m from south texas

    • LisaG says:

I Live in Colorado, and purchased our Denver Post and local newspaper and they both had the same insert but only one had the Rose art coupon…so maybe try buying your state wide newspaper and if you have a local one buy that two….

I was able to get ahold of 11 of these coupons (my mom & sister didn’t need theirs) so I STOCKED UP our art supply stock. My kids aren’t school age, and we blast through crayons like crazy, so this was perfect. I was also able to get some things that our church is asking for dontaions on for a school supply drive, so this was great all the way around. I was able to mix & match deals and still come out with a little overage. I’m in the Houston area, our prices were: crayons/2pk of glue .25, 12ct map pencils/thin line markers 8ct .52, and everything was on up from there. I actually got one pack of the 8 count fat markers on my first trip because they were marked .52, but when I went back for a second trip they were priced $1. I know some people complain about the quality of Roseart, but I can tell you my 3 year old & 18 month old don’t care! And the map pencils, markers, & glue I got for the school drive are just as good quality as any other brand :)

  5. Bren says:

Here in NV you have to pay taxes on the products even if it’s free.  BUT– still HUGE savings.  I wish it was in an ad I would have taken it to Walmart for overage, but still can’t beat paying just taxes for school supplies!

  6. Risinstar_21 says:

didnt get it in my redplum does anyone have extra????????

  7. I can’t believe I was finally in on what seems to be a regional deal!  I bought four papers this week, so I was ready to go.  My Target had the stuff on sale and had tons of it.  I got:

    (4) Crayons x .25 = 1.00
    (4) Glue Sticks x .25 = 1.00
    (3) Liquid Glue x .34 = 1.02
    (2) Colored Pencils x .52 = 1.04

    Used (4) $1 MQ

Total OOP .06  (Less than half a cent each!)

I passed on the markers for .52 because they are NOT WASHABLE.  The washable ones were 1.52.

  8. Couldn’t get the rose art coupons…

  9. Does anyone know if you can get a rain check for the crayons & glue?

  10. Lovejoyhope123 says:

i live in ft lauderdale, where can i find redplum and smartsource?

  11. Lovejoyhope123 says:

i wasnt able to find this coupon anywhere, any suggestions?

  12. Slf148 says:

I didnt get the coupon for the Rose crayons in my RP this past week.

  13. Gldngrl_2003 says:

Hey everyone…if you are planning a school shopping trip to  TARGET I hope you got the $5 off a $30 card offer–I used that along with my papermate/bic/write brothers and roseart coupons and got A TON of school supplies for $1.50 !!!!!!! 1–10pk papermate pens (FREE)
8–10pk bic pens (50 cents each after coupons) 5–7pk bic pens (50 cents each after coupons) write brother 12ct pencils (50 cents each after coupons)  roseart mix and match–glue bottles (.25 each) (x2)/glue sticks (.25 ) (x4)/crayons (.25) (x7)and markers (.52) (x7) (21 items–14 cents TOTAL after coupons!!)–after adding the $5 off of $30 ALL OF THAT WAS ONLY $1.50!!!!   WOW!!!!

  14. Coupon Girl says:

I tried to use the coupon on crayons and glue, but my Target in Burleson, TX refused to take the coupon since those items were on sale.  The cashier said that the coupon states that it can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion.  She suggested I come back next week to use it when they are regular price.

    • Well your cashier was all sorts of wrong. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount means you can’t use another coupon with it. She should have adjusted the coupon down.

  15. Auntsissy70 says:

At my store, the 10 count markers are only .52 cents.  So if you get 2 packs of crayons and one 10 count markers you pay .02 cents per coupon.  :)

  16. Juliesvoyage says:

luvflowers, where do I get the Greenfield Daily Reporter Saturday edition? Can I subscribe to it? I am in Fishers, so will they deliver this far north?

  17. Shanukka75 says:

Check out the RoseArt markers 10 ct $0.52 , Final price $0.19

  18. Kainswor9170 says:

target coupon policy states that they do not give overage. if a cashier misses it or decides to overlook it then thats just your luck. for example the coupon that came out for B1G1 head n shoulders always scans at 9.49. the max value of the coupon.

  19. Jennifer Whitbread says:

had a great trip today for roseart, papermate, kids suave, up & up facewipes, stayfree, and aveeno normally target seems to give me a rough time with sale prices i was excited to see everything as shown and the cashier explained to me ( before she rang the roseart in) that most if not all coupons just get reduced so I was able to put a few back before cashing out although it still was a great trip!

  20. Purple13 says:

My Target in NY didn’t have these products on sale! I just got back from an unsuccessful Target trip. They rang up regular price! I didn’t buy them and figured I would wait. Do different Targets have different sales?

    • Purple13 says:

The markers and the watercolors were on sale, but not the crayons or glue sticks. Any idea why?

  21. Z Delagarza says:

The roseart crayons and glue sticks are not .25 at my target. When didit go into effect

  22. Ashleycloud26 says:

I have not gotten my Sunday paper yet. Is there 3 coupons or just 1?

  23. Vanessa Jimenez says:

I found 10ct markers (thin and thick sizes) for .52 cents each… making them .19 cents each.. However after totally up my receipt.. they came out FREE! because of the .25 cent overage from the crayons & glue sticks.. I only paid .66 cents for tax for 18 different Rose art products! so excited about it!

  24. Anonymous says:

I printed the redplum coupons yesterday and went today to redeem… they would not scan for some reason.  they printed correctly too and my printer has plenty of ink. the casher at target was nice enough to accept them anyway.   I did get the newspaper ones too.

    .25 crayons
    .25 glue
.52 for color pencils and markers at Cerritos, Ca target

    • courtingcouponing says:

Aha! finally a target in So Cal that has those prices. I’m not going to drive that far but good to know!

  25. Fleekidd160 says:

In My target the glue sticks were .52 cents and so was the crayons. i was so heart broken when i saw the price but afterwards i still bought 1 glue stick, 1 pack of crayons and 1 box of markers that were .77 cent and the total was .91 cents . :) i was so disappointed.

  26. Jennifer Duke says:

I used these coupons at Target yesterday. The coupon does not say it must be 3 identical items so I mix and matched what I needed off my son’s list. Here is what I did:
2-24 count crayons at .25 ea,
2-2 count glue sticks for .25 ea,
1-10 count markers at .52, and
    1-4oz washable glue at .50.
    Total  $2.02
used 2-$1/3 items and got all 6 items for .02!

Also free at Target this week REACH floss – it is $1.02 regular price here in Northern CA; I got four today using two $1.00/2 REACH floss products from coupons.com, and three $0.75 off REACH floss Target coupons from the Johnson & Johnson 7/29/12 newspaper insert – and voila – free floss!  (not to mention the free pens and free Carefree pads I also got today…=)

  28. Anonymous says:

my Target here is charging $0.52 for the Rose Art products, but I will “wait them out” – I think we are just a little behind here when it comes to the sales!  =)   HOWEVER,  REACH floss is FREE at Target this week (maybe longer) – it is $1.02 regular price here in Northern CA; I got four today using two $1.00/2 REACH floss products from coupons.com, and three $0.75/1 REACH floss Target coupons from the Johnson & Johnson 7/29/12 newspaper insert – and voila – free floss!  (not to mention the free pens and free Carefree pads I also got today…=)  So no way can I complain…..=)

just wanted to share something…..a couple of weeks ago, KCL posted free paper mate pens ($1 off target coupon) but for me and a lot of other pple the pens were $1.27  but right now they’re on sale for .94 (on the ad) so now it will be free for those that didn’t get it last time :)

    • Anonymous says:

me too Edith – this week they are down to $1.00 or $0.94 depending on the ink color – good things come to those who wait (and hold on to their coupons)!  =)

    • Anonymous says:

I got the paper mate pens early last week and they were $1. Not all Targets have the same price, unless it’s in the ad.

  30. Juliesvoyage says:

I’m in Indianapolis, and I did not get the coupon.  Then again, we do not get RP in our Sunday paper but instead only get it once a week in the mail.  It is very sad. :-(.  Are there any national papers I can buy that I have RP in them?

    • Anonymous says:

If you want extra  REDPLUM  and with the rest of the inserts, go get the Greenfield Daily Reporter.  They sell them for $0.70 on Saturday morning; that is there Sunday edition so they don’t compete with Indianapolis Star paper. HTH. :)

  31. Beginner says:

where can i get the RoseArt coupons at?

  32. Jovi says:

I’m new to couponing…. it says “Use $1.00/3 RoseArt products from RP 7/29″ what does RP mean?

    • Edith Chaves says:

it means Red Plum, so that coupon you can find in the red plum insert from july 19th ….. for future reference SS-Smart Source, P&G – proctor & gamble :)

  33. Beginner says:

where can i get the coupons for the RoseArt supplies

  34. Anonymous says:

I’m not seeing it either, it may have run out of prints

  35. Satkielski says:

Where do I get the coupons?

    • Kristensteele28 says:

Get some on eBay!!! As I posted above, I bought some for $2.75 (set of 20) and the seller sent me 40!

  36. Christinabolar says:

Print under 19104 because I had them in my circular and I live in Philadelphia

  37. Liz S says:

RoseArt crayons are the worst. My mother is an elementary school principal and they will not accept RoseArt crayon donations. They are cheap. It is worth it to pay a little extra for crayola.

    • Kristensteele28 says:

Wow!!! My mom is a teacher and she said if someone donates any supplies they take it…it’s better to give that to those kids who have nothing at all…I just can’t see where a school would turn down any donations.. We would certainly be more than happy to take them :)

    • Belle123456789 says:

I love rose art crayons so much better for blending colors!

    • Anonymous says:

My mom is the same way (except she isn’t a teacher) but shethinks Roseart is worthless. Personally, I think its worth trying again or different ones for free. That, and you can use the crayons to do melted crayon art

    • Carothers says:

I feel there quality is better than what they use to be. They even have a little quality guaranteed thing on their crayons now. We’ve never had any issues with the,

    • Anonymous says:

Then get the glue sticks. I personally love crayolla crayons, but glue sticks are just that.

  38. Cara says:

this coupon wasn’t in my redplum insert on Sunday. I can’t find it on their website either… any suggestions? Would love to take advantage of this deal. Thanks

  39. Mfriend120 says:

I cant even find the coupons to print :-(

    • NEPAclipper says:

Like many others, I also didn’t get them in my Sunday newspaper, so I went online Monday & printed them. However, I just tried looking for them under multiple zip codes & have been unsuccessful. It looks like they were pulled. :(

  40. Mariannlws says:

I did the RoseArt Crayon deal yesterday. Final cost was $.08 per box. pretty awesome deal

  41. Carothers says:

The coupon said they can’t give cash back with overages on the coupon.

  42. cer0527 says:

*** Expo has a $1/1 coupon on FB. The 4 pack is on rollback at my Walmart for $2.50 making them $1.50 which is a great price. Also if you have the BIC Mark It coupon for $2/2 Walmart has a 12 & 8 pack on rollback for $3.26! I got 24 markers for $2.52!****

  43. Teamdcoupons says:

I went to several Targets and the price of both the glue sticks and crayons are .52 cents each. I double checked it on the scanner and it still rang up .52 cents. The markers were 1.00. Still a great coupon deal, I just wanted people to know this may be regional. I am in metro Detroit.

    • courtingcouponing says:

Same thing at my target. I’m in So Cal but i’m going to check other targets around here just to be sure.

      • Silvernx211 says:

Is the sale price of .25 in the add for those of you who were able to get this deal? I’m also in So Cal and I don’t see that price posted in the online ad. I’m just wondering before I go to get Target out.

    • Carol_R says:

Same as in the DC area.

    • Beth Vanderq says:

I’m willing to bet it’s the regional thing.  I too come across many price differences in the stores I shop at in my area.  Unfortunately we have to deal with it.  But I would wait.  Check Targets up coming deals on couponmom.com.  According to that site, there will be more FREE offers starting Sunday.

  44. Amber says:

I didn’t get this coupon in my RP this weekend….bummer!!

  45. Anonymous says:

There’s also a printable coupon at  http://coupons.redplum.com/offers/default.aspx?Id=LogicalMediaCD6638b&DefaultZipCode= (bottom of page 3 for me)

  46. i went to my local walmart to buy the roseart crayons and glue sticks and it seemed that they dont even seem to carry this product:( so i have to head out to my local target now

  47. Anonymous says:

I already got the girls supplies, but I will use the coupon and donate to the school =)

  48. Kristensteele28 says:

The markers are .52 so you can get a pack of markers and two packs of crayons for two cents! Also, the coupon states $1 when you you buy three or more so you can actually get 4 packs of crayons at 25 cents a piece- all free! (got these deals off hip2save!)

    • Edith Chaves says:

thats what i was thinking, so you were able to get 4 of the  .25 cent items?…. bc im thinking the coupon will beep if i only get 3 of them, bc a lot of the times it adjust on its own but then again sometimes it takes the overage on what ever else im buying

      • Kristensteele28 says:

Sometimes Target gives me overage, sometimes it adjsuts down. I never know so I plan for the worst case and it to be adjusted down. But since it says on Save $1 when you buy 3 or more Rose Art Products, it seems like it means NOT to adjust it down? But I haven’t tried it myself.. will tomorrow! :)

        • Edith Chaves says:

im heading to target today so i’ll see if the overage is applied :)

…………..so i just came from target, and at my target the crayons & glue sticks are .52 cents and the markers are .77 cents and colored pencils $1.14 :( boo i was so excited to get free supplies to send to my cousins in Mexico, oh well but i guess i can still score some cheap stuff

          • able23 says:

Target coupon policy clearly states that overage cannot be applied. One should tell the cashier of this and have them adjust the coupon down… otherwise it can be considered coupon fraud.

    • Anonymous says:

I was planning on getting 3 of the glue sticks for $0.25, but when I saw the $0.52 markers I did exactly what you did:  2 packs of glue sticks, 1 pack of markers.

  49. gpiggy3 says:

    Will target give overage?

    • Edith Chaves says:

i dont think they do, sometimes it will take the overage off from whatever else your buying but a lot of the time they adjust down the coupon automatically

    • Internetjeanette says:

I had an overage onetime, the lady was really nice, she told me to get additional tape (which was the freebie item) and counted it all on the same coupon! It depends on who is ringing you up really.

      • Jennifer says:

I did this deal and it gave me 25 cents overage on every 3 I bought. Usually it only adjusts down the Target coupons. However, they will not give you cash back it just rolls over to whatever else you are buying.

  50. ash07dc says:

You can get the Roseart coupon from the redplum website!! $1 off 3!!! =)
