Argg, I tried to post a comment to you and it is awaiting approval. Then i tried to copy and paste, but I pasted your comment lol.

I was saying I noticed the price tonight when I was at safeway and they had the reduced/wheat. I think it is a newer item which is why you may not have seen it before. Hopefully you find it.

I didn’t see this price in their ad but I checked on the delivery section of their website for prices and sure enough they are $2.50 each! I just hope my store carries the “Reduced Sugar on Whole Wheat” kind so that I can use these coupons. My store usually only carries reg strawberry and reg grape… Either way, thanks for bringing this deal to my attention!

These are 2 for 5 at safeway. Also Safeway has a spend 415.00 in frozen save $5.00 in ad coupons. So the deal looks like this.

    Buy 6 boxes $15.00
Use in ad 5.00 of coupon so spending $15.00
    use 6 $1.00/1 coupons
    Pay $4.00 for 6 so $.66 a box.

sorry that should say $15.00 not 415.00

The price is not in the ad. I went in tonight and I saw them. At my store they did have the reduced/wheat ones. I think it is a new item which is why you may have not seen it before. Good luck! It made for a sweet deal. I actually did my deal a little different if you are interested.

If you have a Giant grocery store nearby (check out Giantfood,C0//) They have these 4 packs for only $2.50 each. This sale ends 8/2 and makes these 4-pks. only $1.50 or $0.38 per sandwich!

these are on sale this week at Publix  2.95 B1G1 at 2.95 with two 11 coupons makes them 47 cents each.

These would have been free last week at Albertsons but they would not let me combine a $1/1 mfc and a store coupon because it gave me .01 overage.

    • Randy says:

I had a similar problem with albertsons so I just bought some blueberries that were on sale for 99c and that took care of the negative.

      • Anonymous says:

I had other items in my cart so it should have covered it but the cashier wouldn’t take it. I emailed corporate and they said they don’t allow the combination of a store and mfc coupon when they give overage. I asked for a copy of their coupon policy and they denied my request. So I’m done with Albertsons now.

        • Good news for you: the Albertson’s coupon policy is on our website! You can read and/or print it here: http://thekrazycouponlady.com/category/albertsons/

I appreciate it but I live in Arizona and I guess that policy is not applicable here.  I wasn’t upset that I couldn’t get the .01 overage or the product for free (the sandwiches would have been .50 with the manufacturer coupon only)…but I was upset that the store and corporate refused to provide me with a copy of the policy.

    • Roslyn Q says:

I went to Walmart to price match so got them free

    • Sorry to hear that. In this case, it is helpful to have a copy of Albertson’s store policy. Sometimes the employees are not aware of the policies, which results in unfavorable results!
