Could KCL list all the B1G1Free items from the Publix ad? I often have to go to the Publix website to cross check coupons to make sure I haven’t missed any sales.

  2. At my Publix, the Shedd’s Spread Country Crock, 15 oz was BOGO with a regular price of $2.49. I had $.0.40/1 coupons which doubled to $0.80/1. So, I paid $0.45 each. When most people got the $0.60/1 coupon, my paper had the $0.40/1 coupon, so that made for a fantastic savings for me!

  3. christine says:

publix has paper mate pens 2 for 1.00 with the 1.00 target coupon you get .50 cents overage :) :)

  4. There are other versions of the Ragu coupon mentioned.  My AJC gave $0.40/2 Ragu sauces.  I’ve also heard that others received $0.50/2 Ragu.  If you’re lucky enough to get $0.50/2, your price will be as low as $0.60 each, wyb 2.

  5. Santona1112 says:

I cant get the uncrustables from the faceboo wesite?

  6. There is a .50/1 lucky charms coupon and .50/1 cinnamon toast crunch coupon on coupons.com!

My Husband and I are thinking of moving to Florida to be close to his Dad.  Do any grocery stores in Florida double their coupons or is there some sort of law, regulation, that prevents it?

    • Anonymous says:

I heard there was some kind of law or reg here but FOOD WORLD will double up to 5 coupons .50 or less in value every day and sometimes K-Mart does 5 Q  $1 or less value with certain $ purchase.  I love CVS and Love Publix for their BOGOS and use of certain competitor Q’s.  Now my Winn Dixie is finally part of the gas rewards so I may work a bit harder to find deals there to get some gas rewards.  Usually their bundle deals are decent and they will take q’s on all the items including free ones if you can find some. I am in NW Florida by both Eglin and Hurlburt Field AFB by the way. HTH

I live in the central Florida area  and what jdubnkate wrote is true for this area as well except we do not have Food World.  I have read many local blogs about the double coupons and the answer still remains a mystery.  There is no known law against it.  I believe that it is just understood by the retailers that we don’t double in Florida and non of them want to open Pandora’s box so to speak.  I started couponing about a year ago with out the option to double coupons and have been able to do very well with out it.  As a matter of fact I just came back from Publix and spent $54 out of pocket for about $150 worth of groceries.

        • NanAugie says:

Thank you for replying.  How in the world do you do so well without doubling?  At first I was hoping for an area taht fully doubled…quite a shock to see no doubling at all.

      • NanAugie says:

Thanks for replying….I just kept seeing “not in Florida” and figured it had to be something.  Hope there’s a CVS near Dad cause I don’t think I could move to place without a CVS – LOL.  I’m really not familiar with Florida but his Dad lives in Spring Hill – I do know it’s on the western side…guess it’s time to get out the map.

    • Brosado002 says:

There are no double coupons in Florida, due to much fraud years ago. This is what I heard

    • Sorry Nan, that is a bummer!

    • Anonymous says:

I live in an area that does double and will say that there are some, but not that many coupons that I use that will double.  Only 50 cents and under double and there are many coupon values 55 cents and up.  That being said, even though the 50 cents and under coupons do double, I pay 9% sales tax on pre-coupon prices on everything including food, HBA, etc.  I know in Florida (most of it at least), there are no sales taxes on food. With a limit of 10 items, if I happen to have a coupon that will double, it’s not like I am doing all that great with it after I pay the taxes.  There are definitely positives to each.  Areas that don’t double also have true BOGO instead of half off pricing.  There are also positives and negatives to that.  Wherever you go, find the positivity to it and have fun saving money.  And I am with you on the CVS comment you made…I would be lost without CVS!

Sorry-meant to post the other comment I made under your last  comment.

    • Amanda Smith says:

Yeah, FL is notorious for fraud of all kinds, so this is not a qpon doubling friendly state. However, I agree that we have very good deals involving BOGO at Publix and Winn Dixie. My local Publix in S. FL accepts competitor qpons from Winn Dixie, Whole Foods, Target, and Doris (Italian grocery). The basic rule of thumb is if

    • Amanda Smith says:

the “competitor” they recognize is w/in a 5 mi radius, they will accept the qpon, but you’d need to call your local store. To make our S. FL deals even sweeter, I always use $5 off $30 qpons and do separate transactions for if say I spend $60 so that I can use 2 qpons. You can buy them from enjoythecity.com and a good sale on

    • Amanda Smith says:

them is $2/book (each book contains 4 Winn Dixie qpons) and they frequently have double book promos when you spend say 25+ books. It’s filled with other cool local deals too.

I’m in Pensacola, so northwest florida, less than 20 miles from the Alabama line and  Florida beaches. There is no coupon doubling at the publix I shop at, but I do very well without it. Sales tax is only 7.5%, no tax on food. Also, my publix is on the same street as Target, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, and Winn-Dixie (crazy but true)! That means competitor coupons stack very frequently!

I’m also a student at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and there is a Publix on campus that doubles. Considering the number of coupons that I use for more than $.50, the doubling doesn’t make much difference. Hope that helps and good luck!

  8. Amy Qiu says:

Does anyone know if the Ragu is really still on BOGO this week? I don’t see it on the Ad and don’t see the tag in the store. If anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks.

  9. Progresso soup is also on sale for $.50 each if you still have some in-store $1/1 Progresso soup Publix coupons.  They expire 8/4. Woohoo!  I love Progresso soup and am going to today to stock up!
