Can we still submit a single check rebate even if we didn’t buy that exact Revlon nail buffer?

Oh crud, I missed the part where I had to have a $5 purchase. I decided to get a buffer and emery boards, so it only cost me 33 cents. Would rather have gotten the $2 SCR though. My RiteAid is hit and miss with posting sale prices. Annoying.

I seem to have the same problem at most stores.  There must be a lot of couponers near me. :)

Just tried this deal today (8/3) exactly as stated and it did not work for me (Orange County, CA). Bought (2) Revlon Crazy Shine Nail Buffers – $6.98/2 ($3.49/1). Did not use any coupons. Received $0.70 Discount (Probably Because of Wellness Points 800+) Paid: $6.28 + Tax. Did not receive $4.00 +Up Reward with it. Hoping I will be able to atleast submit for Online Rebate of $2.00.

did your receipt say thank you for your revlon purchase you have received your ups all ready. something on those lines? if not i would say something to a manager if the sale is going on in your area

      • Michael Macy says:

No my receipt did not say anything along those lines (also have not shopped at Rite Aid in two weeks). I tried this because of the date stated via Krazy Coupon Lady was 8/4, I thought it was going on til that time (my fault). I will now take into account that my sales for Rite Aid starts/ends 2 days earlier than rest of the country (not sure why). It is OK though, we will still be able to use the items.

TKCL is still a GREAT site, have saved ALOT on sales that have been listed prior.

    • That could be because you are in Southern California. Your new ad week began today, so the $4.00 +Up Reward would have no longer been valid, as it was last week’s promotion. (But it is still going on until tomorrow for the rest of the country.) Sorry!

I thought I read in the monthly SCR booklet that the rebate was good for only products that had an original price of at least $5.00.

  6. I still have a bunch of $1/1 revlon beauty tool (SS 6/24) coupon too! Even better moneymaker! Yay!

  7. Ihartcoupons says:

I ended up buying 2 of the cheap nail files @$1.25 for the first one and $.63 for the second one (50% off). Total is $1.88, get $4+Up. Makes it a $2.12MM, no rebate required.

Is this a weekly limit for the Up rewards? I did this deal last week, so can I get it on it again? I’m in SoCal so this deal starts today for me.

  9. Anonymous says:

Since the limit is greater at least 2 for both the +Up deal AND the SCR, you could buy (4) of these shine buffers and pay $10.46 OOP and get (2) $4 +Up rewards and submit for (2) $2 SCRs = $1.54 MONEYMAKER!  You could buy any combination of at least 4 Revlon Beauty Tools that gets you to $10 after BOGO 50% off sale and get the (2) $4 +Up rewards and submit for (2) $2 SCRs for a total of $12 back.

love deals like this and i have so many ups great way to roll them

Hi sully! I was planning on using my Up rewards as well, but was wondering if I will still be able to get the $2 SCR, since I am going to be paying less than $5 OOP. Hope someone can help me figure this out, thanks :)
